We had another local weekly pool service company for about 4 years and we were having lots of problems like mineral/calcium buildup on our new pool tiles, replacing components in the equipment etc because unbeknownst to us they were ONLY doing the most basic, if that, maintenance. We have finally found the pool guy that does what he says he will do. We have gone through many pool cleaning companies that promised us the moon but deliver nothing close to it. We were fed up with the last guy telling us he would come to get our pool clean and chemically balanced so that our grandkids could go swimming, but one excuse after another, our pool was turning green with algae, so bad we could not see the bottom of the pool! Anyway, that was a blessing in disguise because it pushed me to search for another pool company. And this is when I found Jeremy at J.P.O. Pool Service. Texted him and he answered within 2 minutes. We set up an appointment for 2 days after but then, 1-1/2 hours later, I got another text from Jeremy that he was in the area and he could come over right away. He showed up right on time and he was very pleasant. He knew exactly what to do to turn our pool around and we hired him on the spot. This was on a Tuesday. He came back on the following Saturday to check on the pool that was looking so much better already. He added more chemicals and asked us to run the filter for 24 hours which we did. The next morning our pool looked like a mirror, never saw our pool that clear! Came back on Monday to service it again (brushed it and netted it) and cleaned the filters (extra charge). Jeremy knew how important it was for me to have the pool ready for the kids and grandkids to swim safely and that means the world to me. The kids and grandkids had a ball, enjoying the coolness and cleanliness of thee pool in the 102-degree heat. Jeremy texted me on that day to see how the pool was and I answered him with a picture of the kids enjoying it, could not be better. It's such a relief to know our pool is finally in good hands.
