He repaired what was entirely the fault of lack of maintenance we were paying for monthly and had the audacity to send us a $670 bill for labor and repair when it was the lack of proper maintenance of the filter that I was paying for that resulted in the breakdown even by his own admission. He also claimed we hadn't drained our hot tub in 2 years which should have been done - isn't that the job of maintenance and not the client? Buyer beware - unless you are overseeing what they are doing closely they will do a shoddy job and take your money monthly.
