This is a long overdue review for Gustavo. We reached out to Gustavo last year to find options to heat our in ground pool. He was so patient with us and explained the differences between our 3 main options (gas/electric heater/pool solar panels). we decided to install pool solar - Gustavo sent his team out and it was completed in 1.5 days. They were very thorough and cleaned up after as well. We also had a new pool pump installed. After the installation was complete, Gustavo helped us remove our old gas heater as well. Gustavo was always available by phone or text if I had any questions. He is extremely knowledgeable about anything pool related. He is honest and never tried to upsell anything. I've been really happy with these guys. Excellent service, excellent value, and consistency. We have a simple above ground pool that was in really rough shape. They got it crystal clear FAST and have kept it that way. Typical service day for us is Monday. I texted on a Friday with a question about our filter and the owner came out the next day to check it - no charge, and they'll still be back on Monday for regular service. One of the pool guys mentioned they would not service our pool if we did not cut down a beautiful flower tree next to the pool and overcharged us.
