I can't recommend Eric enough. I'd been struggling with my old fiberglass pool for over a decade. I'd had several people work on the pump, surface, and cleaning. I was always told that my pool was difficult because we live in the country and there is so much organic material that gets in. The amount of money I have spent on new equipment and robots is obscene. In comes Eric, he looks at the pump, does a one time full overhaul, and starts weekly service. The pool has not looked bad ONCE since he started servicing it! I can hardly believe it. I tell my kids regularly how lucky we are to have such a beautiful pool now. Over the years I have had a few pool service company's and not one of them compares to Eric and his service. He is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure my pool and equipment are top notch. I wish I knew about Eric years ago and I would have never had wasted my money on the other companies. IF there is any issue or ware and tare with my equipment or Polaris or even my chlorine floater he advises me and gives me his honest opinion on how we should handled it right away or if it can go though the winter months. When I needed my pool filter cleaned,, I went on Yelp because my regular pool server was not responding quickly and my pool had turned very green. Eric answered my request very quickly and was able to come. I found his charge for the service very affordable and not as expensive as others I had researched. Eric was very polite and listened to my explanation of my dilemma. I had never had such a problem with so much algae. We usually took care of it with our normal chlorine, but this time it took more chemicals. After spending so much money on the recommended chemicals from Leslie's it still was not working. After cleaning our pool filter, Eric said the water should be ok but it would take some more filtering. So we waited several days. He offered to return if needed. I had to call Eric again to come and recommend what more we should do since there still was some algae and we hoped to use the pool. Eric took care of the problem immediately.
