He'll be coming back to inspect my pool equipment more thoroughly since my spa jets aren't working and the heater keeps turning on and off. What really impressed me was how quickly he assessed the situation and gave me an immediate quote to replaster the spa and repair the missing tile. He's clearly experienced and committed to getting things done the right way. I appreciate his prompt attention, honest communication, and willingness to work with me to get my spa looking and functioning like new again. They have their own crew (do not outsource most of the job - exception concrete hard scape and coping/tile), I was impressed how polite they all were, and how hard they worked staying late to get the job done, ALWAYS cleaning the job site. They are reasonably priced and just enjoyed their professionalism, how often they visited the job site to check on the progress and communication with us. I highly recommend. We love our new pool. It is rare to find that level of care and attention to detail these days. Highly recommend

Many months ago, I decided to resurrect my hot tub as both my wife and I are afflicted with arthritis and get a lot of comfort from the hot tub. But, my pump was bad, my motor was bad, and my filter had a hole in the case. I called K&J about getting the pump motor repaired. Mike Guido was most helpful. He came out to my house picked up the motor and the pump. (I felt guilty because my modest 40 year old hot tub was such an insignificant thing, but he treated me as though I had it an olympic sized pool ! ) He returned in a couple of days with the new motor ready to install , a repaired pump and a new filter. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete that installation just then, and just now got everything installed and turned on. but I had a filter leak, I contacted Mike today and told him that I had bought the filter some time ago from him, and oil was likely out of warranty, but it had a leak I thought was a mfg defect. Mike could not have been more helpful, he talked to the mfgr and they are sending him some new parts which HE will install as soon as they arrive, We are very pleased! I just hope he has some really expensive pools to take care of. He'll sure have all my business.
