I love this location. It's inside the Safeway shopping center. Steve is super friendly and always takes time to explain what I need and why I need it. I bring in the water from my pool and my spa. They test both of them for free and always advise me on what items I need to help keep my pool and spa healthy. Thank you so much Steve for your great customer service, knowledge and kindness. read more

Went in for a broken tube for the pool, i walked in with it and before i could go look for what i needed, they knew what it was and looked it up quickly. Nice that they knew what it was and i didn't have to explain it all. Downside, the system said they had a lot in stock but they did not have any in store. Have to go to another store for the part. Service was good, but seems inventory management needs some help. read more

The last few times I have visited this store, they either don't have enough employees to help or the employees are prioritizing stocking and other work over customer needs. Today was much of the same, I stood there waiting for a pool test for 23 minutes while the only employee in the store chit chatted with a customer and continued to finish whatever other work he was doing. At one point there was 4 people waiting and none of us were even acknowledged once. The bearded dude was very rude to an elderly customer who had been waiting for some time who had asked if he was the only one in the store after standing there unnoticed for over 20 mins. The employees in the store have no urgency or service skills and appear to just be loving life completing their tasks. This is the last visit for me. read more

The store seems to be much more organized these days they hired a couple young women to work there one who is extremely knowledgeable and always very friendly and the other one could use a little friendly training but the assistant manager there whose name escape me is just awesome also. Every time I go I feel like somebody really cares about my swimming pool and that's a lot to be said I usually get the "water looks great you're doing a fantastic job just keep it up" where do you get encouragement like that? for cleaning up their store having a knowledgeable and friendly staff they get five stars for me read more

My husband and I were at this location today to pick up chlorine. Rude staff, what happened to the man that you'd see there every day... bring him back. We waited in line behind three other customers when a couple walks in, grabs their items and proceeds to the counter. The cashier begins to help the couple who literally cut everyone else in the store line. What is this, clown town. The women somehow must have felt bad and told him we had been waiting. So, he helps us but seems to have an attitude. He was working the cash register farthest from the door. The stores very small so you can't miss the line or my 6'4" husband, seriously. Customer service is dying in this area. Yet, we keep people employed by frequenting the stores here. Another store making to much money to care about its customers. read more

You can always be assured of friendly knowledgeable people at Leslie's pools. We take our water pool there for testing, and they give a good commonsense advice, and have everything you need for your pool. I don't trust anybody else but Leslie's's pool supply! Thank you guys! read more

Steven, you are a great individual person. I want to thank you. This morning I limped into his store, having a back issue is not fun. I have been told I must have surgery. The part I needed Steve to inspect is a large heavy cover to my filter. I left it in the car and went into the store where I asked Steve if he could inspect it. He said yes and I went to get it when he said to wait. He asked me where my car was parked and he would get the filter cover for me. He did not have to do this, but he did. Steven, you are a kind, considerate thoughtful person. I thank you for being the person you are. Steven told me I needed a new valve. My unit was just over 10 years old. I left with the new valve and a feeling of deep respect for Steven Jovanovski. Sincerely, Bob Atanasio Gilbert, Az. read more

I went into Leslie's Pool Supplies at 8495 S Power Rd, Queen Creek. I went to purchase a pool vacuum and I had very little knowledge. Kassie was very, very helpful to me. She explained the differences in the models. She also explained to me what was in the box and to put aside the spare parts because they maybe needed in the future. She also explained to me how to apply for the rebate. I was very happy with Kassie because she was very patient and explained everything clearly. My husband and I have been going into this location for the last 15 years and they have always been very helpful to us. Thank you Kassie read more

Purchased a Glacier cooler for our pool and picked it up in Scottsdale. My husband stopped by Leslie's to see what it would cost to have it installed. The manager Steve was extremely rude and unprofessional when stating... that because he did not buy it directly from him that there would be no way would his people be installing it!!! Unfortunately they are a listed retail store for these coolers and my husband went in there earlier in the week to purchase it from them but none of the staff there even knew what it was!!! So next time you are upset about not making the sale Steve...you might want to train your staff to be knowledgeable about it and you wouldn't lose the sale in the first place. Sad to say I will Be purchasing all my pool chemicals and needs from other companies!!! read more

We go to this Leslie store for all our pool needs and any questions. Steve that work there is always very helpful

Steve is quite possibly the best pool guy in the Valley. We have been going to this Leslie's for 4 years, and would never go anywhere else. He's knowledgeable, patient, and actually looks out for his customers when it comes to purchasing pool essentials. read more

I've taken my water here to be tested for months. Every time I walked away with more chems and a $100 less in my pocket. I always felt that I was walking into a sales trap. Buying chems I didn't need. I have started going to another store west on queen creek a few miles. 1000x better. read more

I learned everything I know about pools from the Store Manager Steven J. Great guy, honest, and a tremendous pool knowledge. Thanks Steve!

My experience have been mostly positive and the staff are knowledgable and friendly. Sometimes they get busy but cant fault them for that.

Went over to the Leslie store in queens Creek yesterday and received help from Mick. Just wanted to share how helpful he was and as well as very knowledgeable of getting our pool to the perfect consistency thank you so much. read more

Went to this location over the weekend to learn how to maintain my pool, since my pool guy decided to start not showing up. We talked with Steve for probably a little over an hour. He taught us how to maintain the proper pool water chemistry, which chemicals to use, and how to maintain use our pump (since we had no clue!). I learned a ton of information, and he did it without trying to push anything on us. He and his employee there were friendly, and extremely helpful. He was a pro, and definitely seemed like he was talking about. I also had to talk with another guy over the phone today, and he was also great to talk to. You guys just gained a customer. read more

I never write reviews actually this is my first but after outstanding customer service time and time again I figured I would. The staff here is impeccable everyone is extremely knowledgeable and patient! Steve goes out of his way to make sure you understand everything about your pool, he spent an hour with me going over everything so I left confident about what was in my backyard. Everyone else is extremely nice as well. I couldn't finish this review without mentioning mya she has analyzed my water test lots of times and she is so soft spoken and sweet she says everything with such care and has the best interest for you and your pool! She has helped me a few times turn my pool from green to amazing! I will never take my pool needs anywhere else you guys have gained a lifetime customer thanks guys!! read more

This store has horrible customer service and high prices. Can't see why it's so hard if they are busy to at least acknowledge you are there or since they are under staffed and your waiting to purchase something, the salesmen should remove himself from helping someone else to check you out. Instead, I left my item at the counter and walked out and went to NPS Pool and Spa and got great customer service, in and out in 2 minutes. read more

We salute Steve and the gang, thanks for being honest and knowledgeable. His team will tell you about low/no cost ways to correct pool issues, not try pushing chemicals or gee-whiz equipment down your throat (so to speak). We used to go test water 1-2x/wk, but Steve pointed out we really only need him when home testing indicates a potential need for chemicals (but he'll be happy to test our water daily, if that's what we want). So now we see him 2-4x/mo, and always enjoy the trip, especially when the tech pulls a rock out of our vacuum head (by the way - in-store labor is free). Their chemicals can be costly, so join mailing list, look for sales, incentives and join Rewards; our pool is much happier using Leslie products. read more

Price gauging to the extreme, go in there for a water test and they put a couple bottles on the counter totaling around 100 bucks. Steve is not bright, he's slow...for as much as he talks he doesn't explain things well at all. Go back there a few days later, another guy helps me and tells me to hit my pool with 8 bags of Shock It. Felt that was absurd. Went to the store a few miles down to the West and what I had purchased at Leslie's would have been 20 bucks cheaper, and they told me 3 bags of Shock It, it cleared up. They also recommended Clarifier which Leslie did not. read more

Worst customer service EVER!!!! If I could give them no stars instead of 1 I would...I took my water in to be tested, the girl behind the counter was so rude and acted as though I was an inconvenience to be there.. I had planned on buying chlorine tablets and some other chemicals to stabilize my pool, that was until the rude girl behind the counter treated me like crap, as she stood there yawning when I was trying to get some info on what to buy, she's precedes to mumble what my pool needed instead of showing me, she points out a small bottle of some chemical for $75, I told her I was not buying that, I've never had to buy a $75 bottle of anything for my pool, she looks at me and goes well thats what it needs and turns away from me. I was so furious I told her to get me her manager, he comes out sees I'm visibly upset as I'm telling him how rude disrespectful and unhelpful his employee is, and does nothing about the situation... I couldnt believe it, they both just stood there staring at me as though I was still going to make a purchase... Will NEVER step foot in that store again as long as those two are employed there... read more
