Stay away--sales-driven company with terrible weekly maintenance…read more I hired Priority Pools based on their high ratings, and over the course of more than a month under their care, my pool was green with algae. Key Issues: Constant Upselling: Right after onboarding, they tried to sell me unnecessary overhauls--including a new saltwater cell, completely missing that my pool already had a one-year-old salt system running. Poor Tech Knowledge & Reporting: The technician assigned to my weekly route didn't speak English, which doesn't have to be a problem, but he didn't seem to know I had a saltwater pool despite my messages to the company and they assured me that he was aware. Weekly reports lacked basic chemical breakdowns and only provided a photo of a meter. Weeks of Ignored Algae Blooms: Despite multiple messages alerting them to worsening algae over several weeks, proper testing (like CYA) wasn't done until a company leader flagged it when called me after I notified them I was cancelling. Offering free service doesn't fix persistent bad service. I had to hire outside help just to restore my pool. Look past the marketing and check their most recent 1-star reviews before hiring them. I don't take this review or my experience lightly, I don't do bad reviews.

Unfortunately the hot tub we bought would experience air-lock every time we would change the water. A month ago, that specific store went out of business without notice and now we are stuck in Vegas without anyone else to represent that specific brand of hot tub. My wife and I did some research for help and we were recommended to see Josh at Hot Tub Liquidators. He sent his staff out to our house, worked with the Techs for this particular hot tub based in California. Monday, they installed a new pump and after experiencing air-lock since purchasing this brand of hot tub. Humberto and Jerome were fantastic and our tub works now without any airlock issues. They provided excellent customer service and made us feel like we now have a great resource in the Las Vegas area to help us moving forward with our current hot tub. Thank you Josh, Humberto and Jerome for the excellent customer service and now I can go back using our tub without worries. You guys are The Best!!

Recently (August, 2026), I received a call from their customer service director, Owen. telling me that they want to make amends (5 years later!) and see what they can do to "rebuild their customer service. I was a bit skeptical, and definitely had good reason to be so. After a couple of phone calls, conversations and emails, what they really wanted was to pay me to remove my prior Yelp review. The email I received included directions on how to remove, or change my Yelp review. Attached to this email was an agreement they wanted us to sign. This agreement including a NDA as well as a clause that would prevent me from saying anything negative about the company on social media sites in the past or present (so, forcing me to take down my Yelp review). Along with us signing this agreement, I would receive a check in the amount of just over $2,000. Of course, we declined. I replied to that email, saying we are not comfortable with this and would not want any further contact from him. Of course I got a reply to my email, asking if I would agree to sign a different agreement and the money I would get would be $1,999.99. I ignored this email. I wanted to come on here to inform consumers like me, that this company is willing to pay people for their Yelp reviews.

We were at our wits end, trying to find a replacement pool pump filter basket when ours literally melted from the recent heat wave. After ordering online, checking with local stores, we couldn't find one that fit because ours is an older model which is at least an inch shorter than what are available. Finally, hubby located Aqua Pool Supply in Summerlin, and talked with a sales associate who was not only personable but quite knowledgeable. She did say that many suppliers will claim the current baskets will fit, but they really don't. Luckily, they had one on hand that fit the bill. To think that we wasted so much time and energy locating the right filter basket, and all we had to do was check with Aqua! This has now become our store of choice. The sales associate also told us that we can bring our pool water to them for free testing. That's good service, and a great way to keep us as customers.

Only 2 large tables that have outlet/plugs access. Lots of couches around. *Tip: Bring your laptop charged. Outside food and drinks aren't allowed. But no one stopping anyone if you bring your own water bottle, etc. Don't leave a mess or be too obviously annoying. Review mostly for Cafeteria/Study experience. Everyone understands how Ikea stuff is....cheap, sometimes good and sometimes bad. Tons of household furniture to home goods. We'll always end up buying something here to organize, or such our place (spray bottle, organizers, etc all by the restroom easy to grab area). Thinking of buying a large mirror next time haha They know how to get you!! IKEA is know for cardboard tasting food. Cheap and filling: $2.99 for pasta, marinara sauce, cheese served by food staff. So you can customize like no cheese if you wanted. $1.50 4 meatballs. $2.99 Almond cake. $1.50 coffee or tea with free refills. This is completely free when you scan you ikea membership. Where $1.50 will be deducted from the total. Study/Cafeteria seating: On a Thursday 1pmish, both large tables were taken up. Maybe 1 seat available on one of the large table for sharing. Some couches looked dirty and kinda questionable, especially when someone is full on sleeping on one of them with a full size luggage by them (layover resting place?). High ceilings, good air circulation, fake plants around, large window views definitely makes this place feel relaxing. Cafeteria and study area are separated. Two big tables have people talking. Another area by the restroom has laptop users too. There is an area with 2 microwaves, next to the restrooms. Another area I've seen people studying/working. Temperature: Love it's great weather system ;). We must be in socal weather in here haha Perfect, no sweater needed like most wifi cafes to work/study at. It's usually freezing at many other places. Noise: Moderate. No loud music or voices. Mostly echos, babble noise. Possible to take zoom meetings if you use noise canceling headphones or earplugs. You can try to snatch an area and get fully covered with dividers too. Restrooms: Gendered by only female, male. Not far. Near the food area. The water fountain and bottle refiller is here too.

I bought a candy bar and wanted to redeem the free coffee included with my IKEA Family membership. The cashier asked if I had the app to scan, and I told her I didn't have it available and asked if she could use my phone number instead. She initially told me no. I explained that I come here regularly and other employees have always been able to look up my membership using my phone number. She then rudely told me, "I'll do it for you this time, but next time you need to have the app because they might stop taking phone numbers." What bothered me is that IKEA's own website specifically says that if you don't have your digital IKEA Family card available, you can provide your phone number or email address at checkout. I wasn't asking her to make an exception for me. I was using an option IKEA itself tells customers they can use. I didn't get the cashier's name, but she was a white woman with dark hair and was wearing a hat, in case management wants to identify who was working at the restaurant register at the time. This happened Friday, 9/25, at 2:35 pm. The coffee obviously isn't the issue. It was the unnecessary attitude and being made to feel like I was asking for special treatment when I was simply following IKEA's stated policy. I normally enjoy coming here, so hopefully the restaurant staff can be better informed about the IKEA Family policy and communicate with customers more respectfully. I attached a screenshot of IKEA's stated policy.
