I was in the market for a hot tub and had already visited another shop in town. I called to schedule an appointment (due to COVID19) and Paul took me through the various models. I was really impressed by the Artesian lineup and being a first time buyer, I didn't know what I wanted. He was very patient, showed me the features of each model and provided me literature to take away and review as well. It was tied between two different Artesian models, but not quite sure which. No pressure to make a sale, he suggested I go home and think about it and call him if I decide and he would hold it for me. I did just that, gentleman's agreement he held it until the next afternoon until I could come back and sign the paper work and make payment. Delivery was super fast, there was a lock hasp for the gate in the way getting it into the backyard and the crew was able to remove and reinstall it to fit it through the gate! They were very professional and efficient, I was actually sleeping and woke up and they already had it mostly installed! A month later, one of the motors kept overheating and shutting off. I called Paul and he walked me through some troubleshooting steps but the conclusion was the motor seized and he was more than accommodating offering to pull a motor out of another tub and have the guys come the next day. I was not in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal, they came the next week and quickly swapped the part - literally 20 minutes. I was a little disappointed a new hot tub had a failure within 21 days but with I understand its a piece of machinery and can fail. I was more than pleased how it was handled which made all the difference. I love my Artesian Island Elite Spa, Vegas built only 5 miles from my home which made it more attractive! At a time when many Las Vegans are financially struggling due to COVID, I was more than happy to support both Creative Spa Designs and Artesian! Thanks Paul for the exceptional job! read more

HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, GREAT PRICES! Did I say HONEST! Needed a Spa repair and Home Warranty didn't have a vender. I contacted them and April handle and understood my dilemma and they were willing to deal with my Home Warranty by doing a diagnostic the calling and waiting for authorization. The 2 mechanics were quick and knew what they were doing. Since Spa did not start they could of told us anything but said one motor needed in my large spa and they shut it down and reset one's to run half of Spa while I wait for repair. Buyer beware! The install of our swim spa/jacuzzi went without a hitch (except for the fact that now almost 2 years later, the ground has shifted underneath because due to the fact that we have puff dirt here and the hole was packed with only sand (which I explained during the purchase)! That said if you need service, good luck with that! Buckle up, this is going to be a long one! We purchased our swim spa/jacuzzi last year and it was installed in March 2020. The install was in the beginning of the pandemic, our orientation was done via FaceTime. Because of this, we were not provided with key information, such as priming the jacuzzi after emptying and refilling the spa. When we called Creative Spa to let them know that our jacuzzi not working, we were treated like dummies. Well, if someone would have told us we needed to prime the pump and showed us how to do it after refilling, we would have. Oh, and as a side note, don't talk trash about the customer when they can hear you in the background! Very unprofessional Paul! Then he actually had the nerve to yell at my husband? In what world is it okay to scream at your customers? CUSTOMERS!!! These units are NOT cheap, $30,000 is not pocket change for most of us! After a few months, the tiles that go between the swim spa and the jacuzzi were falling out along with some of the tiles in the swim spa. Creative Spa sent a technician to re-do the strip of tiles. The job their technician did was so horrible, that the install team had to come out and completely re-do his work (which took them several hours). They also needed to replace the panels around the swim spa due to buckling. Creative Spa has one technician, he's no-showed or had excuses for not being able to come out several times, and when he did show up, he shared all of his personal problems with us. The last time he showed up with a broken foot or leg (which is not ideal for bending down to work on our spa). When asking for someone else due to being blown off or coming up with an excuse as to why he cannot come out to service our Swim spa/Jacuzzi, we were told that they only have one technician and they weren't going to send out installation staff. Is the owner too cheap to hire more people for the number of Swim spa/Jacuzzi that they have sold? We live an hour away from Vegas, and maybe that is their issue, however, not our problem. And, we've been told that they have several customers in Pahrump. Over the last several months, we have called many times because our swim spa had stopped working. It would run for a few minutes, then just stop. After the technician came out the time before last, he had to replace the pump. He did not have a pump with him, so we waited again. After a new pump was installed, the Swim spa worked for a while and just stopped again. This last time, the technician reported that the filters were clogged and that is what was causing the problem. Those filters were only a month old and we were told BY THE TECHNICIAN (and Paul's son Tanner who works there) that they (Creative Spa) want you to buy new filters every 3 months, but they don't really need changing until every 6 months. And one of the filters can only be purchased through them? What a scam!!! Now, the technician is putting the blame on us because he said the filters were dirty (after he just changed them a month ago), we live in the desert and there is construction going on and he told his office that we were not covering our swim spa. Why would he assume that? He doesn't live with us, that was just a ridiculous comment. Considering he is here for all of 5 minutes then runs off without even letting us know he's leaving, it's pretty funny. My husband has drained and cleaned our swim spa and jacuzzi several times since we've had our unit and it was just cleaned about a week or so before we needed yet another service call. I resent the fact that Creative Spa is now trying to put the blame on us because they have had to service a non-operational swim spa so many times. On July 3rd 2021, right after the technician left, our Swim spa stopped working AGAIN! We called immediately to let them know this and were told that this issue now has to go to Paul who will call us back. I am still waiting for that phone call Paul! Oh, and you should know that while my husband was asking questions about this issue, the technician was texting the entire time and didn't provide any answers to the questions, completely ignoring my husband (you know, the CUSTOMER). I called their office in August then again in September for broken pieces on our spa. The divider between the filter and jacuzzi is broken as well as many of the strips that hold the outside panels. At that time, I was told that it would take a while to order these parts. It is now NOVEMBER 2021and when I followed up with their office, I was told that they need to speak to the manager! My guess is that they haven't even ordered the parts even though I sent them pictures of what was broken. read more

Paul promised me a worry free seamless process because I let him know that I wanted zero headaches or stress over this install. Three days before install I started getting calls from all of the players. The crew showed up at 7:00am on the day of install as promised. Nacho was in charge of the crew. Talk about a nice guy. He was sure to clear everything with me (placement, etc.) before proceeding. The crew didn't mind me looking over their shoulders and taking pictures/videos.... cause you gotta Facebook it. Next thing I know the electrician showed up and did his part. Next thing I knew the state inspector showed up to survey the job for the permit. I didn't coordinate any of this. Key Players: Paul is the business store manager, Paul. Paul is a very big man with a very big voice to match, but was very kind and patient with the decision making process (colors, design, etc). He has an infectious smile and a lot of personality (really funny). He reminds me of that loud uncle that was the life of the party. I liked him a lot! He kept telling me that "He got this", and he delivered. I'm not use to the level of efficiency that he provided on a project that big. Nacho was lead and made sure that the install was to my specification and he maintained quality control during install. He held the workers to a high standard. The electrician showed up one day before the install crew and same day as the install crew. Paul coordinated the electrician. The electrician scheduled the city/state inspector and acquired the electrical permit on my behalf. The job took 4 hours. read more

We rescheduled and finally someone showed, waiting for the HOA drawing that never showed, followed up a few times only to be ghosted by Chris. Now we will look to get our spa some place else. Update: August 2019 Although years has passed and had our hot tub fixed and still maintained by AG spa, the owner did reach out to rectify what he could. Which was really simply the rock facade that had fallen off when the spa settled. Yes this was minor at this point because the big issue we dealt with ourselves. But we appreciate the efforts the new maintenance manager and owner had taken to ensure the rocks were put back on. -----------------older review------------------ We purchased an $18k spa from Paul in 2015 and since we got this hot tub we have had problems with it. Every year we called to get service done to it, the jets didn't works, the lights didn't work or the pumps weren't working. Every time they came out it was fixed temporarily then something else would go , now the stones are falling off the walls and pumps again aren't working. Now they said it's rats chewing up the hoses? I got an exterminator and no rats or mice found the last two months. So they told me I have to crane this giant tub and get it to their place and get new pumps which all together an estimate of $7k to get it fixed. WHAT? we've used this tub about 5 times because that's all the times it worked every time it was broken. The quality and service is unreliable and they got very defensive and testy when you're calling them to get repairs. I'd save my money go elsewhere!! Well the show room seems very nice sales person was rude and actually started yelling at me because he was seemingly frustrating but I kept asking questions.Fortunately for us this is not the only option in town but if it were you would opt to do nothing rather than to do business here. Be careful of these scammers. Their tubs may look pretty but they are going to be your worst nightmare if anything ever goes wrong. Paul the owner is a know it all that is full of himself and currently trying to price gouge me on a repair. I had them install an overpriced $22k hot tub in my back yard where a crew of lazy foreign workers showed up to half ass my install. They did not fully break up the concrete that was already there because they wanted to use it to level the base, as it was easier for them to do it this way and they didn't want to have to do all the work to make it perfect. The back side of the tub looks hideous as a result. Paul also told me multiple times that he could not install the WiFi module because these tubs were "not compatible with it." I am software engineer that works on low level hardware and I know Paul isn't doing anything special that would prevent this from working. When I questioned him about it after the installation, he flat out ignored me and never responded to my emails. Paul knows nothing about technology apparently because after they refused to sell me the wifi module, I went to a dealer in California who sold it to me and I hooked it up to the balboa controller no problem, wifi has been working great ever since. I let it all go and didn't care at first, but now its been about a year and a half since our install and because of how they installed this thing propped up on one side with concrete and in the rocks around the rest of it in my backyard without sealing the bottom, rats were able to burrow under their enclose and get to my tub. There is now a slow leak in my tub. I couldn't even get a straight answer out of them at first on how much this was going to cost to repair. They told me Paul does all the pricing and would need to sit down and do a quote when he gets in. I imagined maybe 1-2k would make sense, so I patiently waited. Well the day came and went and I heard nothing, so I called the next and caught Paul on the phone, only for him to tell me I needed to wait to talk to April the next day because she had already left at 2pm.... not sure why the business owner who came up with the quote couldn't just give me the answer. The next day I get a message from April telling me they have a specific statement in their contract that says "acts of nature" are not covered under warranty and the repair would START at $3500 just to bring it to the warehouse and diagnose it and go up from there depending on the damage. They essentially want to take my tub and hold it hostage for $3500 until they tell me how much more they'll want to charge me to do the actual work. This is really messed up and horrible business because their "acts of nature" statement means they are fully aware this happens and do not do anything to combat it. If anything, they were hoping this would happen some day so they could try to screw me over. When they came out to see the tub and realized the rats are there, they told me I could pay them to come out and seal it after it's been repaired.... WHAT A JOKE!!!! This should be standard for all installations across the valley, as they know DAMN WELL that this valley is full of rats that come and go and they know this would be a problem on any installation that isn't properly sealed around the bottom edge. I am now in search of another company that will be more reasonable and fair repairing this. They are not the only players in town anymore that do in ground hot tubs. This thing was already incredibly overpriced and the fact they neglected to do their job properly and then blame nature for their neglect is ridiculous. If I cannot get this tub fixed, I will be contacting dealers in another state to order a new shell from someone else before I ever go back to these scammer. I'm contact my lawyer this week and I will for sure sue them blind long before I let them take advantage of me again. read more

Covid has been difficult for the spa business but Creative was responsive through the process and answered delay questions honestly and delivered the swim spa when it was complete. We ordered at the worst time possible and had to wait many months to get the spa but Creative was responsive and Paul answered all my questions.
