Sunset Spas provided a wonderful experience in buying a hot tub. After looking around, they were able to provide a wealth of knowledge and get me exactly what I wanted. They were great to work with and went above and beyond to give me a superior customer experience. Todd, Keith, and Anthony are great resources to help you find the perfect hot tub for your needs. For us, it was an Escape model that sits low to the ground and the turn around on delivery was very fast. We are about to get in our hot tub for the first time! Thank you again for everything! read more

DO NOT EVER do business with Sunset Spas in Las Vegas, or any one they are associated with. They can install something improperly and not care, they do not sell a chemical that is supposed to be there for spas, but they don't have it.... And they can use bad language on the phone with you... and just simply say, okay, I'm going to hang up. AND THEY HANG UP !!! They don't care ... and I will not do business with people who do not care . And I was suggest that you don't either... read more

Our experience with Sunset was great. Keith was no pressure, no BS and answered all of our questions. The process and delivery was simple and we are happy customers. read more

Great place to buy your spa chemical system and filters. This is one of the very few places that carries the filter type for my spa. If your in the same situation it's def worth trying to see if they have the one you need. Thank you Tod for your help! read more

After visiting multiple hot tub spots we returned to Sunset Spas. Todd and Keith were a pleasure to deal with. Their priority is customer service and making sure all of your questions are answered. We purchased a Sedona Hot Tub. The sale was pleasant and the delivery and installation was easy peasy. Other hot tub places said we would need a crane to deliver but Sunset delivered through our back gate with ease. We received everything they promised including an on time delivery and set up. I highly recommend Sunset Spas if you are shopping for one. Thank you Todd and Keith for your exceptional service! read more

I bought a spa here just 3 years ago, and a valve switch broke. I physically brought the part in and was told they'd look it up and order it. Over a week went by with no update. I called, and they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to resend the images of the part, was told again they'd order it -- and then a month later, this is the response I got: "Hello. We are no longer ordering spa parts. Very sorry. Ecospaparts.com. They also have a phone number on the website. Very sorry." So basically, no help, no direction, and apparently I'm supposed to figure out the part number myself. When I bought the spa, they assured me I could "always come back for parts or service." Clearly, that was a lie. If you want a company that stands behind what they sell, look elsewhere. These guys disappear the second your check clears. Do yourself a favor -- skip this business and save yourself the headache. read more

We had a great purchasing experience at Sunset Spas. We purchased our hot tub in January 2024 and the process was simple and zero pressure. We went into the store just to see what our options would be, but they had a narrow, 2 person tub that was absolutely perfect for us and we couldn't resist! We've been enjoying the tub for 6 months now and it fits perfectly into our lifestyle. It's the right size for us and super easy to maintain. We couldn't be happier with our Sunset Spa! read more

this is an update to my previous review. Todd the VP of this company read my review and called. Initially he wanted to take my spa back and return my money. All i wanted was to be treated fairly with the sale. We told him what needs to be done to move forward. He finally agreed. A technician came a few days later and sorted out my concerns about the spa. All is well now. I sincerely hope that they have learned from their errors and move forward. I gave them 4 stars because i think that they have potential to be great (5stars). Lets see how they will treat my neighbor when she gets her hot tub. I will be there when her hot tub be delivered and i will update this review. By the way, the K2 tub which I bought is a great product. read more

Keith is a terrible person. He is very dishonest. I bought a K2 spa. He never email me the deposit receipt nor the purchase receipt that he promised. He never showed us how to operate the spa. When it was delivered, we found out that the spa could be wired 110 or 220. He did not know that piece of information. Also the spa did not come with a owner's manual. Up to today, he has not gotten me the manual. I had to write to the manufacturer and the Vice President of Avantikul emailed the manual to me. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this person. Now he is charging my neighbour a huge percentage of her spa because she cancelled the order. Very dishonest business that they run over there. read more

OUTSTANDING customer service. by far the best experience purchasing a hot tub I could image. Todd fitted us with the perfect size and style tub and knowledge to get started. shortly thereafter, there was a manufacturing defect and Todd simply had us come down and pick out another hot tub (which was actually more expensive and he covered the difference) which was delivered in no time as the other one was removed. I highly recommend Sunset Spas and Todd bates without reservation. integrity and punctuality were paramount. read more

Great product at an awesome price. Todd is so super helpful during the purchase and long after the delivery! Very attentive and knowledgeable. THANK YOU Todd for the 5 star service! We came in not knowing anything about what spa we wanted but Todd was patient and full of information for us. We ended up buying a great spa and for a great price! From the sale to the installation and finally the support with the necessary care. All around the best experience.

Todd and his other sales guy are awesome, any and all of my questions were answered. I basically didn't use the financial place they suggested, that was, because I before coming into them was about to purchase a Spa through another business, but when I saw the 16 footer for 25k I was literally blown away at the design and warranty. I basically will return here to buy once my financial institution approves my loan. I also will later show pictures of the spa once it arrives and how it all looks set up. Before I say anything further, why I would highly suggest them is due to there pricing and how they answered every single question I had with professionalism. They were very honest about time frame when I could see this Spa delivered and I also liked how the structure was made and materials used versus wood. read more

From going to the store to delivery no pressure at all. It took us a year of back and forth to decide until the Rona hit. Everyone in this store pleasant and transparent. They we're aware of budget and space. No judging just helping. It took 9 weeks to get delivered so be prepared for that. Their products are not the cheapest, but you have to realize like a car it will break down. So a relationship with a spa guy is important. These are our spa guys for life. Now we just have to put our rubber duckies in. read more

Todd was very helpful in setting us up with the perfect spa two years ago. Todd and the crew at Sunset Spas are awesome. Not just with selling a hot tub, but supporting it afterward. I needed a variety of parts and support for a tub bought by the previous owner of our house. I was dreading trying to track down all the parts and information I needed, but Todd stepped in and put in way more time than would be expected, including his personal time. I will definitely be going here for any and all of our hot tub needs. Everyone else I spoke with was super friendly and helpful, too. Thanks! read more

Purchased a hot tub and cover and within 6 months the cover began to warp. Contacted the Manager Todd and he told me to contact Phoenix customer service which I did by leaving a voicemail. Two weeks later i followed up and CSR requested various pictures and serial numbers which I provided promptly. Waited two more weeks to follow up and CSR said claim was denied because of spa proximity to window but they would honor defective cover anyway. Was told they'd ship replacement cover to Spa World and they would in turn install. Another couple of weeks and was told it would cost me $120 for trip charge. I picked up and replaced myself for free. I'd recommend shopping elsewhere! read more

Sunset spas was one of the first places I looked for a hot tub, I decided to shop around but there was just something about them that felt right, so I returned. Todd and his coworker were extremely helpful, accommodating and fair priced. They even went as far to coming to my home and show me how to properly maintain and care for my hot tub. Upon delivery they even included a care package for spa maintenance. I was also told that I can call anytime I have a question or need help, that was a huge relief as I am new to spas. I knew I had a good feeling about them, I wouldn't even have imagined that someone would take time out of their day to help me at my home but Todd did! I 1000% recommended sunset spas. read more

Well its been about 6 months since I purchased my hot tub from Todd and despite my wife not liking him very much (lol), everything he said was factual and he saved us a bunch of money on our purchase. All i can say is shop around and then go see this guy (no, i did not get paid to say this). I purchased a Vital spa brand and it looks and works great! The part I like about it is that the frame is metal and there is no foam. I learned the hard way with my previous spa that rats get in there and nest since the water is warm underneath (gross right!), and so far this one stays exceptionally clean thanks to the free chemicals I received and no rodents! Thanks again Todd if you read this. read more

Please beware of these scammers. Spent over 11k on on our spa. We were pushed towards a Geo spa because it was a less expensive Cal Spa. The owner Todd see business card picture gained my trust because we are both cancer survivors and we were told what a quality spa it was. It has been a nightmare. We've had several issues and when you call Cal Spas they tell you what a piece of junk it is and it was originally made for Costco but they had too many problems with it so they stopped carrying it. Shame on me for thinking a fellow cancer survivor would be honest and truthful. This spa has been a nightmare. We didn't even get an owners manual we had to download it and it doesn't even cover all the different functions. We are currently waiting for Cal Spa to tell us how to take it out of Lock mode after it's broken 3 times in the first year and the Cal Spa tech said it's a POS but was super nice. The owner my fellow cancer survivor Todd should not be trusted. So angry I let my guard down once we connected with our cancer. read more

Buying a swim/spa is a huge decision and a big ticket item for a home, so of course it can be a nerve racking experience. But we lucked out when we walked in the showroom and were greeted by Robert V. He is very knowledgeable, didn't pressure us, was able to answer all our questions, and asked us the right questions too to make sure we chose the right swim/spa for our needs. Better off buying from Costco! You will get better service. Our spa has had a broken valve controller for over a year now and I have completely given up on getting replacement from Sunset Spa's. Phone calls , emails, all in vain. Nothing has been done. All they say is..." you know how slow things come from China" which is not a valid excuse one year later!! We can only use half our spa! very disappointed! read more

Went to Sunset Spas again this morning and talked to Todd about our spa. We foolishly bought from Proficient Patio and boy was that a mistake but I did not know about Sunset Spas because its about 20 miles from our home and we never ventured that far when we first moved here. We are having some problems with the water and what takes care of what our problem and Todd helped us immediately. I tried calling Proficient Patio for Help and got "we don't sell them anymore so I cannot help you. I also tried calling Karen Hanson at Cal-Spa in Cali and that was a fruitless effort. Todd told us what to do and when to do it and we really appreciate that he helped up even though we did not buy his Spa. If only we knew Todd before making such a Major purchase from Pro Patio on Valley View because they have No Idea of Customer Service & I blame the owner of Proficient for not teaching his staff in Customer Service because they suck. Do yourself a Favor if your Looking for a Spa or in our case we have a Swim Spa that was just shy of 20K. Stop in Sunset Spas & see Todd or Joe & they will help you. read more

Love my new spa. Kuddos to Todd, Joe and Jaques. they did a wonderful job getting us the perfect spa. they walked me through the entire process with ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone. So much more personable then the other places I have researched. This is the second spa I purchased from them. the first spa is still up and running for now 13 yrs. This new one for my new home is bigger and better. The Luxe 300 series (Vita Spa) is a beautiful addition to my home. Thanks gentlemen for giving the absolute best customer service ever!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! This place is great at selling, but any follow-up care you may need is horrible. We bought a swim spa and the sides and molding cracked and warped within two months. Sunset Spas gave us a piece a paper with the name and number for a company in Arizona for repairs. It took them 7 months to replace the siding and within 4 months it all started cracking and warping again. It took me two months to get someone to return a phone call, and all my emails were conveniently "not received." I was told in December that they put in a claim and they would call me to replace the sides again. I have not heard from them and it's March 8th. I have returned to Sunset Spas for assistance only to be passed off to A&G, the "ever-so-helpful" company in Arizona. I would not recommend Sunset Spas to anyone, it truly has been the worst customer service after we spent $30,000 on a crappy product. read more

A short time ago we purchased a twin spa from Sunset Spa's. We could not asked for a more pleasant experience. Todd & Joe were more than professional explaining all of the systems equipment, where to install the spa and personally following the entire process through the install and set-up. We could not of asked for a more hassle free, pressure free experience. Todd even came to our home on his day off to insure we had balanced the chemicals correctly. Talk about customer service-THE BEST. I would recommend Sunset to anyone who wants to receive excellent care and fair no pressure pricing. read more
