He asked me a lot of questions to learn what was important to me and explain all the differences in the types and models. We agreed upon a fair price and he had it all taken care of. He kept in touch with me the whole way through the install. After the sale any questions I had he answered. He even connected with my pool person to walk him though how to take care of my spa. In my experience most times when you buy an expensive item you never hear from the salesperson again. Not with Ketie he follows up with his customers to make sure they are extremely happy and that any and all issues are resolved. I had some challenges with app to manage the hot tub and he helped me to get to the right people at Calspas to get it fixed. I absolutely recommend this place and especially Ketie. I love what I purchased and I feel confident if there were any future issues I can not count on Ketie to care and get them resolved.

This guy has been taking care of business a LONG TIME and it shows. Everytime I called with a question or any concern,the phone was answered. The issue was resolved. They worked everything out to my husbands satisfaction (he can be even more critical than me). So, when it came to replastering an existing 'model home' pool albeit a modest pool (originally built by Nevada Pools) that was deteriorating, I called Distinctive. All in all, I figured it to be a straight forward job as the footprint would be staying the same. Owner Edgar Herrera impressed me as knowledgeable and well equipped. Upon his recommendation, I also decided to replace the waterline tile. I was so confident in him that I did not feel the need to even stay in town to oversee the process. For this job, I selected a quartz product (new to me) in Cappuccino, and I was excited for the change to come. Throughout the process, however, I felt as though my job was just too small and not a priority. In fact, I know that Distinctive was performing a large scale new build near me as more than once, I was told that a rep would swing by after visiting the other site. Had my son not been home when my pool was initially filled (we did this twice), it would have overflowed into the backyard. While Edgar did respond to my concerns, I feel that had he and his team been more proactive I would not have needed to shoot off trouble calls after hours. My main concern involved the quartz material as rendered (which I was viewing as cell phone photos from my son). While Edgar did initially tell me that the pool needed to be 'swept' after being filled with water, I interpreted that to mean the pool needed to be cleaned to establish the correct water quality and PH. It had not occurred to me that the plastering process was not yet completed?! I have never had a pool contractor hand off a job that was not actually done and ready for swimmers. Further, Edgar knew that I had not yet hired a new pool tech. Long story short, I have a distinctive pool all right (see photos). I refuse to believe that the resulting mottling, uneven distribution of quartz and staining in the body of the pool are my fault. To his credit, Edgar did have his plaster sub, Rainbow Pool Plastering, return to perform an acid wash on the pool, but it really is no better and certainly does not reflect the nearly $30K spent on it. I am still waiting on the pool accessory kit $500. The only reason this is not a 1-Star Review is because Edgar is a nice guy and I do not believe this was his desired outcome either. In searching for a residential pool build with a design in mind for our new Las Vegas home, we cast a large net using Yelp and personal references to 'interview' for this project. On first contact, we informed Crystal of BYOP that we were shopping around for the best builder to make our dream come true. Without going into minute details, we only wish to say that from the initial contact, we were met with friendly professionalism and a desire to make our dreams come true. Crystal was able to take our conceptual design and come up with exactly what it was we wanted and answer any questions we had regarding any aspect of this proposal project. Her communication was always cordial and without delay. Ultimately, the one stop shop approach turned to a contractor/builder situation to save costs for another project. Had funds been unlimited, it would be another story. Xterior Creations have been nothing short of amazing! I…read moreinitially reached out to 5 pool builders to spec out a potential project I had roughly designed for our backyard. Although the other pool designers/builders did reply and some actually showed up to take photos, measurements and do a mock up design, Jason Jolfs of Xterior Creations took the cake on this one. Jason was very thorough and listened to everything I showed and explained to him about my backyard ideas. When I received the renderings back from Jason we had a winner. Out of all the designers I had met with, Jason nailed every single little detail I had shown and mentioned to him. He even included where our little chihuahua would be relaxing on the artificial turf in his rendering. Not to take anything away from the other designers since they all added their own design ideas/suggestions in the renderings but Jason just had every single thing we wanted in the design he created 1000%. The build process was swift and smooth thanks to our amazing project manager Marco. He was there with us every step of the way and walked us through everything we were to expect and encounter. The steps and time frame was quite accurate as well barring any weather delays. From the dig team to the truss to the concrete and plaster it was a very fun and interesting process to see happening. Marco always stopped by to check on the project and went above and beyond fixing/sorting a few things out himself when needed. For the cost of this pool project which was below the others bids, we definitely got our moneys worth and have been recommending Xterior Creations to friends and neighbors. Instead of sending me off with the things that I asked for being a knowledgeable in the pool sector of things, Bill asked me to go home and collect a sample from my pool and bring it back and he'll diagnose everything will thing and supply me with what I need. 24 hours later my pool has the correct salt levels and conditioner levels and pH levels.
