I worked with this pool company for over 6 months, and my experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, they present themselves as professional with messages about filter cleaning and routine maintenance, but in reality the focus is constant upselling. They provided inspection reports filled with unnecessary and misleading claims, including telling me my pool motor needed replacement and suggesting multiple expensive "repairs" that were not actually needed. The most serious issue was with my pool heater. They initially claimed it was not working. Later, without my knowledge or consent, a technician turned it on. I only discovered it the next day when my gas bill jumped from around $60 to $450. When I confronted them, they first denied responsibility and said their technician did not do it. Only after a long dispute and the possibility of legal action did they reimburse me. Service quality was also inconsistent. Different technicians showed up almost every week, and the pool was often not properly cleaned. When I documented this with photos and videos, their response was to blame external conditions like wind. Overall, this company relies heavily on marketing and upselling rather than honest service. Everything I mention here is documented. I strongly recommend avoiding them. read more

Ron has been taking care of our pool for 4+ years and as long as I own a pool in Vegas, I won't use anyone else. He is an amazing person and because of that, he is honest and truly care for his clients. One day, my mom was visiting me and got sick. I had already pre-planned trip to SF and was out of town. My dad called and texted my mom but couldn't get hold of her and called me worrying about her wellbeing since she was too sick and I wasn't home. It was during work hours and I couldn't find anyone to go check on her since all of my friends were at work. I called Ron if he was in my area and if he could stop by at my place to check on my mom. He was 15-20 min away. He immediately went over to my house and let me know my mom was ok (Thankfully she was just taking a rest and phone was dead). This is one of many examples of how of an amazing person Ron is. He would fix my backyard gate if it's wobbly, let me know if my dog was acting strange when he came by and got out of his way to help me to get the best prices on parts when my pool needed replacement parts. He truly cares. I met him as my pool service provider but we became friends over time. I recommend Ron and his team to everyone. You have Ron for your pool, you're in the best hands possible! read more

Excellent service! Purchased/Installed pool with California Pools. Ron came to do our "pool school" . Super nice guy. Very patient. Very knowledgeable. We knew nothing about pools other than what we researched prior to the purchase of pool. Ron went over every detail ie. Chemicals, mechanics, electrical panel/automation possibilities etc. We felt confident with a few new pieces of equipment and this new knowledge we could maintain our pool ourselves. However, with 2 little ones and lots of construction still going around the pool (patio cover, grass, rocks, etc) we thought it best to hire Priority Pools. Best decision! We had shavings of metal in pool from patio cover, debris from landscape, and issue that blew fuse and pool couldnt run etc. In every instance Ron himself or someone from crew came out that day or the next and sometimes multiple days in a row to ensure everything was in tip top shape. The communication between Ron and California pools was awesome to! Really on top of things. I totally appreciate good customer service. Theirs is great! Our pool looks amazing all the time. I definitely recommend Priority Pools. Thanks guys! read more

We were frustrated and upset with the pool service we had for years before discovering Priority Pools. From the minute we reached out to Priority Pools for a quote, we've been getting unrivaled attention, communication and service. David came out on the initial visit to check everything out and within 20 minutes he solved a problem that our last pool company couldn't find a solution to for nearly 8 months. He is skilled at what he does, honest and dependable. We are also so pleased with our weekly pool service gentleman, Narkin. Even during the sweltering heat, he is always so pleasant and charming. He is hardworking, adept and meticulous in his profession. We have 5 dogs and it's so nice to have peace of mind when Narkin is here because he is vigilant and cautious to always make sure our gate is secured. The company itself has their pool operations down to a T, and we are satisfied that our pool is in conscientious hands, along with getting a weekly visit from one of the most affable and hardworking people I've ever known! Thank you Priority Pool Solution and Narkin for your continuous, unparalleled service. read more

Priority Pools is wonderful. The pool service technician reported that there were some leaks in my system. Priority's office contacted me that day and we set up an appointment to have the problem evaluated. A repair technician was out the next day and explained the problems and solution and indicated that his supervisor would review his findings and provide a quote. While we were speaking, I also requested a quote on a new motor. The following day I received two quotes. After reviewing them, I emailed an acceptance of the quote for the quote that included the new motor. The following day, I was contacted by a very nice woman from the repair department to schedule an appointment for the repair. Within about a week of being informed of the leak, the new motor, pipes and connections were completed. The repair technician did a fantastic job and even labeled everything for me. I'm very happy with the installation of the new equipment and all the people from Priority Pools who made happen so quickly. Thanks to all the staff who made this such a wonderful experience for me. read more

We are extremely satisfied with every aspect as other reviews have pointed out. We have been with them for 8 months & can't say enough about how awesome the response time is, the weekly cleaning report with photos provided via email, & the overall professional service provided. Today we had Desiree M. come out to repair our pop-up heads. She was courteous, super happy & made great eye contact while explaining what she had to do. Desiree had our pop-up wheel repaired in 15 minutes! If you're looking for a reliable, professional in every manner then this is the company to hire!! They are not a one-person shop & they truly have an entire team; Ron got us set up via DocuSign and explained everything. Ryan always has timely communications if there's a change. Our weekly guys (Francisco, Luis, Derek, and Steven) have been awesome:) My husband used to manage our pool for the past 15 years & Priority Pools treats our pool as if it were their own. My husband is impressed too! A sincere Thanks to everyone at Priority Pools!! read more

We looked at various pool companies and talked to a few people before deciding to go with Priority Pools. Once we met with Josiah, our pool tech, we were impressed with his patience in explaining aspects of our pool system. He comes to attend to our pool weekly and is there within the stated time frame which is handy to know when you've dogs. He is thorough and efficient. His friendly demeanour and professionalism is welcome. He is attentive to what needs to be done and easily reachable if we have an issue with the pool. The weekly report and photos are helpful for keeping a record of ongoing pool cleaning, filter replacements etc. Josiah has been wonderful as well as the admin staff. The company has always been quick to respond when we have had specific requests, e.g., necessity of a pool cover or pool vacuum. I am a first time pool owner so I need extra attention l. First came out Rob and explained everything about my pool to me, took time and care and treated me like a sister! I was so impressed. Then my pool tech Cody came out on my scheduled day he was here for a while looking at everything taking time (he didn't know I was watching from the window) then when he was done came to my front door to introduce himself, I was blown away, the personal touch was amazing. He said if I ever needed anything to let him know he'd be happy to address! A little after he left I received a report of what was done to my pool and what chemicals were added and my pH levels. Pictures of my clean pool too! This company has a customer for life! read more
