There's no possible way that I can say enough good things about Pufferfish Pools. They have been incredibly consistent, reliable, professional, and efficient from day one. What really stood out to us was how quickly they responded when we had an issue with our pool over the weekend. They came out fast, handled the problem immediately, and made the entire process completely stress-free. My pool has never run better in the 11 years we've had it. It's rare these days to find a company that truly cares about both the quality of their work and their customers, but Pufferfish Pools absolutely does. The ownership is fantastic, and the person who takes care of our pool is always kind, knowledgeable, dependable, and does an amazing job every single time. Our pool always looks great, communication is excellent, and we genuinely feel taken care of as customers. I hhighly recommend Pufferfish Pools to anyone looking for trustworthy, responsive, and top quality pool service. LOve you, Puffer Pools! read more

Eric came out during a pool crisis to find out why my plaster was already starting to chip and why my system was making a huge amount of noise. He was able to squeeze me in the very same day! The chemical imbalance from my current pool service was way off, one chemical being close to cancer warning levels. He was able to fix my system, drain the pool to begin the water treatment again and his team is excellent on the weekly clean up. They text you when they are headed over and when they are done. Communications with everyone at Pufferfish Pools knows how to make you feel like a priority. read more

Eric at Pufferfish is a gem. I'm a first time pool owner, and he has kept me afloat. He contacted me immediately after a yelp query, and has been very helpful ever since. He got my pool ready for business, he labeled all the levers so I would remember how to heat it, and he and his son keep it clean and pristine week after week. He even got on an emergency FaceTime with me when I accidentally drained the hot tub! Great customer service! The rates are very reasonable. I know I'm in good hands with Pufferfish Pools! read more

When my filter drain plug decided to leak while I was trying to cure a late Spring algae bloom, I returned to Yelp for professional assistance. In due course, I chose Eric with Pufferfish Pools. The plug had been damaged during a prior "professional" removal, but Eric was able to remove it and install a replacement. Eric was knowledgeable and professional. He explained my options in case the replacement did not work. He followed up the next day to check on the status. Happily, as of this writing, the new plug worked and the leak was cured. Based upon this positive experience, If/when I next need pool-related assistance, I would gladly call upon Pufferfish Pools to review and resolve the problem. read more

Eric came out to assess a situation I was having with my inground spa. The jets were not generating the pressure they once had. The maintenance/repair couldn't be made at that time, which was okay because he didn't charge us for the service call and was very friendly. He came back out this morning to reassess the situation, and did not give up till he was able to fix the problem. My spa is now working great again. Thank you Eric! read more

If you're looking for a reliable, responsive, and attentive pool service, look no further. I initially contacted Eric to look at my spa and pool lights that were not working. Eric responded within minutes and set up a time to look at my pool and spa. He showed up on time and conducted a thorough inspection of my entire system explaining to me what would need to be done to get things back in order. Within about a week the parts he needed had arrived and the work was conducted. I can't say enough good things about the results.
