I've had Aqua Pro Care for a few months now, so I can attest to several months of service: 1) GREAT COMMUNICATION- if he doesn't answer outright (and he often does!), Martin returns phone calls almost immediately. He texts in advance of arrival, and answers all of my questions throughly 2) RESPONSIBLE- My #1 ask is to be an early early pool clean. I work from home and the hubbub of someone in the backyard freaks my dogs out, so it's good to get all of the excitement over before my workday begins. Martin and his staff (shout-out to the WONDERFUL Jordan Gonzalez!!) accommodate this SO WELL, and I'm just tickled to see them out there first thing Monday... THANK YOU THANK YOU you guys, you make my week start out perfectly1 3) HONEST- I didn't realize that I was accidentally overpaying (if you pay via Zelle as opposed to credit card you get a little discount) and Martin caught my mistake and made it right. I SO APPRECIATE that! 4) TRUE PROs- Martin caught a little leak from our filter tank when he first began service (my previous pool guy, who ghosted his entire client base for weeks when he hurredly moved out of town and didn't tell anyone), must've been ignoring it!). Martin patiently problem-solved with my husband, and took his time to consider the most economically conservative way of addressing the issue... resulting in a perfect fix that was mostly free! (just needed some lubricant!) Now... it seems every.single.time I write a review for a Las Vegas pool service, they wind up ghosting me, moving out of town, divorcing their wives and giving up the business... Aqua Pro Pool Care.. please please, I beg you, HANG IN THERE for the long haul with me! I want you forever! :) read more

Aqua Pro Care - So sparkly and clean! - Pool Cleaners Near Me

This review has long been overdue. I meant to write and post my review but work, and life in general, took much of my spare time. To Martin and Aqua Pro Care, my apologies! Martin/Aqua Pro Care has been nothing short of outstanding! From the time I started yelping for pool acid wash, to quick responses to my questions and inquiries, to the actual day of acid washing, and to refilling and balancing the water. I second all the 5 star Yelp reviews. All the 5-star reviews are legit, and I am joining the list of their satisfied and happy customers. I do my own pool maintenance but I leave the acid washing to professionals/experts, and Martin/Aqua Pro Care will be my go-to acid washers from here on out. He showed up as promised for pool draining and acid washing, and did not waste time. He's very efficient and works fast! They are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but they offer very reasonable and competitive prices. They also give military discount, by the way! Highly and absolutely recommend Martin and his company! read more

Martin & his guys did an amazing job with my pool while I lived in Las Vegas. They are the absolute best!

We had Martin take care of our pool while we were living out of state. He and his employees did an awesome job. Very responsive, reliable, good communication, reasonable price. He did some extra work on our pump for a reasonable price to help us get our home ready to sell. read more

We got our pool drained, chlorine washed, refilled, and pool spot light replaced by Martin. He charged a fair price and delivered an excellent service. Would recommend Aqua Pro Care for any pool maintenance needs! read more

Martin is awesome! He initially came out to fix a leak in our pump, and while he explained that it was more of a bandaid fix than anything, he didn't put any pressure on us or try to use scare tactics to get us to spend more than we had to. When we finally decided to upgrade our pump system and do an acid wash, he was our obvious choice! He did an amazing job, our pool looks brand new. He's been punctual, reliable and fairly priced throughout the process, can't recommend enough! read more

I called this company because the last one I had started out great but by 2 weeks ago my pool had turned green and they never cleaned the filters or vacuumed. Martin came out from Aqua Pro and he was amazing. Cleaned, vacuumed, added the right chemicals and skimmed. He came back every other day to check on it. It truly turned aqua and is crystal clear. Martin is the best pool cleaner I have had in 27 years of having a pool. He really knows his business when it comes to equipment also . I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a pool guy. He is awesome! read more

Just switched over to Aqua Pro Care and I couldn't be happier. I was amazed at how fast Martin responded to my Yelp request. I was able to schedule an appointment immediately and his service has been stellar. Compared to my previous pool guy, Martin has been honest, reliable, diligent, friendly and open to all of my questions. My pool has never been so clean. If you are having problems with unreliable pool guys, switch immediately to Aqua Pro Care. I wish I had done so sooner. read more

I can't say enough great things about Aqua Pro Care. Their customer service, QUALITY of service, affordability /fair pricing, and prompt response are top tier. Martin was very punctual and went out of his way to find the part my older motor pump needed for repair. Very reasonable price as well. Will definitely use again and recommend to my friends. read more

We hired Aqua Pro Care to do weekly service on our pool at a newly purchased house. Martin responded quickly to my request for an estimate. They charge what others charge but what made me decide on Aqua Pro Care was that they are a family owned business and how Martin explained the ins-and-outs of maintaining our salt water pool since we've never had a pool. They send emails promptly after their visit with a photo and important readings. They communicate when there is a deviation in their schedule or a change in technicians. My pool looks great because of their care! read more

My only critique is the response--other than that, Martin was excellent--did a great job cleaning the pool and he's knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. Well worth the price. read more

Martin is great! We previously had a pool guy who messed up our salt water pool adding chlorine to it and turning it into a chlorine pool! Martin came in and fixed the salt cell and restored our pool back to its salt water origin! Now he comes once a week to clean it and our pool is perfect back to silky smooth salt water! Highly recommended and reasonably priced read more

I reached out to Aqua Pro Care for a quote after my pump stopped running. Martin responded in a timely fashion, offered to come by and look at my system for free so he could give us the most accurate quote.
