We have been customers of Corwin Pool Service for over five years, having our pool cleaned by their technician weekly. Our 20-year-old pool equipment needed an upgrade, and we had the entire system replaced by a different company. Unfortunately, the system upgrade did not function correctly for several months, even after multiple repair attempts from the original installers. In an effort to keep an existing customer happy, Tim at Corwin Pool Service cleaned and repaired our system AT NO CHARGE. We couldn't be happier with the prompt service and how well everything works today. If you're looking for reliable and reasonably priced pool maintenance, please be sure to contact Corwin Pool Service at (702) 460-2406. You won't be disappointed. read more

I have used Corwin Pool Service for the last 4 years. My weekly technician, Alize, has been the best, maintaining my pool, and answering my questions. Great service, and wonderful to work with! I reccomend Corwin Pool Service to everyone. They do great work, and are a joy to work with. read more

Blew me off and blamed the app that they didn't get notified. Provided my contact number in lieu of Yelp and never responded to a rescheduled visit. If this is the service to expect, no thank you. read more

Update: His response can give you an example of the type of personality my poor renters were dealing with. I see a lot of fake reviews on this Yelp page. This is NOT someone you want to have access to your home. ---- We are based in California, and have 2 rental units in Vegas with pools that we were using Corwin Pool Services for weekly cleaning. Too often, Corwin would find something "broken" that needed urgent replacing. Being out of state and not knowing enough about pool maintenance, we would agree to everything that needed to be done. At times it was about $600-1500 in things that needed to get replaced. When we got to thousands in repairs, I started to question what was being done and Dan got hostile and defensive when I questioned it. He also got hostile on my renters and got into a yelling match with them and made them feel so uncomfortable that they asked me to find a different company. Fast forward from 2022 to 2024 and the pump that Dan sold us and installed is now loud and making clunking noises. Our current pool guy checked it out and said we were sold old/refurbished equipment at a really high markup. $600 for a used pump that stopped working after 2 years. Horrible. read more

These guys are the best! Tim diagnosed our pool problem very quickly! He was super friendly, honest and informative! He fixed our problem on the spot! I highly recommend them! read more

Best pool cleaners in Las Vegas. Always on time and always do a great job. Absolutely love these people and will use them forever!

Dan from Corwin Pools is Amazing. 2 yrs ago I called him because "Splash Pools" couldn't maintain my pool. The next day he was there to help tell me what I needed. The customer service & communication is great. read more

Corwin Pool Service has been taking care of my pool for almost 5 years, and they've always done a great job. Anytime I had an issue, they were quick to respond and get it fixed. Super reliable and easy to work with. I want to mention how helpful Markell was throughout the years as well. I recently sold my property, but I'd still highly recommend them to anyone looking for pool service! read more

OH boy!! Dan, you had 30days to resolve the issue I had with the algae in my pool. And you did nothing that I could tell or saw in that time (30days) That's why I had to buy chemicals. And since the month was paid for You had two extra weeks to fix the cavity. Only after that did I advise you that Corwin pool service was no longer needed. So my only question on this open forum is Did you fix it? Or ever follow up with the tech or with myself. Well ? read more

I have used Corwin Pool Service for three years now and I am very satisfied. Dan is very responsive to my questions and his people are on time and do a great job. I have a home warranty that covers my pool. When I have an issue that it will cover, Dan lets me know and doesn't try to encourage me to use him instead of the warranty. He just tells me what to be aware of. Dan is probably not the cheapest option, but I feel I get a fair value for my money. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Anyone who feels otherwise might need to look in the mirror and see if they are the issue. read more

I don't give a lot of reviews but after 3 years with Dan and Corwin, especially after seeing a crazy negative review, I felt compelled to post. I have had everything from a broken pipe from landscape work, storm debris, tank seals cracking and flooding my yard and through it all Dan and the team have taken care of we quickly and honestly. He has been upfront about costs and timelines, possible alternative options and pros/cons and every turn. I have had nothing but great experiences with Dan even when the situation sucks. read more

I would highly recommend Corwin Pool Service for your go to pool company for cleaning and maintenance. We learned so much about our pool cleaning. The other company we used left our pool a mess. They go above and beyond to insure your pool & equipment is top notch! Dan & Tim were easy to work with they communicated extremely well with us. Their prices are more than reasonable. I contacted several companies who ran me around in circles. We felt as ease with them. We are now having them clean our pool & taking care of the maintenance. read more

Spoke with Tim today while troubleshooting a pump problem. Very helpful and friendly. I will consider using Corwin for future services.

Beware!! This is probably the WORST company I have ever dealt with!! My pool looked as if it was not being vacuumed on a regular basis. It got so bad at one point I did not want to use my pool because the bottom was so dirty. I emailed asking if vacuuming was part of the weekly service because it was very obvious it was not being vacuumed. The owner belittled me and accused me of lying. All I wanted was to find a solution on how to get my pool vacuumed. Instead of trying to resolve my issue, he wanted to call me names. I have never had a company owner argue with me like a child would. Maybe his employee was showing up, ( I doubt it, but let's give him the benefit of the doubt) my pool floor was disgusting . Why? I sent the owner pictures and not once did he address my concerns. NOT ONCE. He was only wanted to argue. I just wanted my pool clean. This guy needs to learn about customer service. Beware because if you ask him questions or bring up any concerns you have he will call you a liar and say anything and everything to not address the issue. He can try to call me a liar all he wants, but pictures and third party reports don't lie. These are the pictures I sent to him. As a owner, would you not want to investigate and find out what is going on? Instead I was verbally attacked and called a liar. Why would I go through all the trouble? I just wanted him to do his job. Nothing more, nothing less. BTW... I saw your reply. Again, you never answered the simple question.. did your employee vacuum the pool or not? But, by all means, you keep ranting about emails. This shows EXACTLY what I have been dealing with, and EXACTLY why I fired you. Can you explain why my pool is so dirty right after your employee left? read more

I rent my house & the owner pays for the pool service. After having the same pool guy for approximately 6 years the realty company changed the pool services over to Corwin. I was given their contact information. I contacted Dan the owner to find out what day they were planning on coming & to give them the gate code & some information. He answered right away, was very friendly & nice. He told me Billy would be the guy to come take care of my pool & gave me his number so I could contact him directly. I called Billy & got his VM & left him a message. I also told him he could text me too if he needed. Billy ended up texting me back to let me know when he would be headed over to my house. I later found him outside cleaning as I had mentioned to him earlier I wasn't going to be home but left the gate unlocked so he could get in. I got home before he got to my house. I went outside to say hi & introduce myself. Billy was also very nice & friendly. We chit chatted about stuff, got some info about the pool like when it was last drained, how the filters had been replaced a few years ago, the current "sealed" leak in the pool pump, how that will be fixed, the day & time frame he will be coming to clean the pool, etc. While he was there he cleaned the pool & it looked fabulous afterwards. I didn't take a picture but I will do a before & after. I can't rate on their price of their services as I'm not the one who pays for it but I can give them 5 stars for their professionalism, work ethic, great communication & getting on the job right away & taking over. Thank you Dan & Billy! read more

Corwin Pool Service showed up when no one else would. I had an acute issue with my pool that I had been dealing with for months and Dan took the time over the phone to explain to me my issue and a solution that would work even when he was unsure he would get my business. He is very knowledgable and clearly passionate about his profession which is very refreshing in today's day and age. My experience was elevated even further once I met Tim who came out to change my filter. He matched Dan's expertise and took the time to show me different elements of my system and explain things, he even offered his number incase I ever needed additional help. Both were very honest that my job would be alot of work but they gave me a fair price and were quicker then I expected. Even more then that they show up on time and return texts and calls! I just wish more people were like Dan and Tim. read more

My husband and I highly recommend Corwin Pool Service. Josh accurately assessed that we needed a chlorine wash and power wash and detailed the difference between a chlorine wash and an acid wash. The price quoted by Josh was reasonable and the results were outstanding! Pool looks great. Excellent work, great job! read more

After changing pool service providers in the past, it is worth taking the time to review the company we are so happy to have found and stuck with for the long-term. Markeal, the tech, at Corwin Pool Service has been consistently on time and professional. I even had a special request for him long ago when our dog was a puppy for Markeal to notify me 15-20 minutes before he comes to service our pool so I could grab or redirect the dog. A couple years later and Markeal still texts me every Monday when he's en route. Our pool is always clean, pumps functional and chemicals perfectly balanced thanks to Markeal and Corwin Pools. Also, it is important to note that I have texted and called the owner, Dan, on several occasions to ask unrelated pool questions (solar heater advice, lighting, tiles, etc.) and he is very responsive and knowledgeable. It feels like a family when working with Dan and Markeal and their prices are competitive. read more

Corwin has worked for me for a few months and now I have simply had enough. Worst service I've ever had and he's not cheap! The pool is never properly clean. The last cleaner had his phone in one hand and pool brush in the other, cleaned for maybe 5 minutes total, then left me a dirty pool. UNSAT. Then my heater stopped working. I asked if he could check it out and he said he's 2 weeks out. So now he is out of a job. -Poor work ethic. -Attitude. -Costly. Shall I continue? read more

Corwin Pool Service - Pool AFTER cleaning.....judge for yourself - Pool Cleaners Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

We have had our pool for almost 4 years. Unfortunately, we always had to go outside and flip the switch, anytime we wanted to turn on the pool light. Corwin pool Service came out and installed an automatic timer, so our light will go on and off on its own, and we can just enjoy it without having to even leave the house! He even figured out a way to make it so the timer is inside the box, which looks so much better. He was polite, on time, didn't leave a mess. We are happy, on every level. Highly recommend!!! read more

I hired Sink or Swim, without reading their review.. Big mistake. Then after checking a half dozen pool services. I came across Corwin Pool Service, when I explained my situation with the misfortunes of the last pool service Dan was very understanding. Within 30 minutes Dan had boots on the ground accessing the damage, later that afternoon I met Markeal who immediately started acid washing the pool. He was was finished by early evening and began filling the pool up. Markeal showed up early the next day to install new filters and vacuum hoses. They were upfront and honest, I'm definitely hiring them to service my pool. read more

Long story short, corwin pool service let our pool build up algae, bottom was barely brushed, had to remind pool guy to vacuum the pool, brush the tiles. Pool never looked clean, tiles were always dirty. The best part is the owner, Dan. Owner has a condescending way of talking, simple conversations turn heated. Yes heated, on the owners end. Pretty unprofessional. Also pictures were directly AFTER a cleaning, 5 mins after pool guy left! This is what my pool that got service by Corwin Pools EVERY MONDAY look like, pissed with how much money was WASTED on this business. read more
