The geniuses who built the pool made it so the pump is up against the side of the house so everything would have to be taken out. Talked to Jennifer I believe, who has good customer service, from JNJ Pools and she schedules me their next available which was not soon. But I get a text later on the day and they had a cancellation and would be able to send someone out the next day. Tommy arrives to help me with the pool pump and he knocked it out. I called them back on July 27, but they didn't return until August 4. Instead of standing behind their work, they claimed the repair was outside their 30-day warranty, even though it was the exact same capacitor they had installed. Because of that, I had to pay my American Home Shield service fee again. That's $100 on the first visit and another $100 on the second visit--all because the part they installed failed. I'm now out $200, have wasted weeks waiting for repairs, and my pool has turned green because it couldn't run properly. American Home Shield should seriously reconsider using this company as one of its service providers. A reputable contractor should stand behind the parts they install, especially when the same part fails so quickly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend JNJ Pools to anyone. The low rating they have is consistent with the service I received. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and choose a different company. Mine to Matt came here and tried to tell me that my capacitor went out because it's hot outside. They just came here on June 11 and by July 27 when I made the request for them to come out again my capacitor went out because the capacitor is like a battery and it doesn't last that long because of the heat anyone that has a Pool nose that is complete BS they are scam artists!

We gave Splash Pools another chance after having issues in the past because their manager, Stephen,…read morepersonally stepped in, resolved the problem, gave me his number, and asked me to put my faith in him. Unfortunately, the service since then has been extremely disappointing. We've had multiple technicians come out, some spending much of the visit loudly talking on the phone, and they're routinely in and out in less than 15 minutes. The photos speak for themselves. Their apparent solution has repeatedly been to simply add more chlorine. We tested the water ourselves, and the chlorine level was so high that the pool was not safe or usable for swimming. Meanwhile, the pool has deteriorated to the point that Splash Pools is now quoting us to drain and acid wash it, rather than addressing how it was allowed to get into this condition while under their care. One technician blamed our trees, despite the fact that our home and mature landscaping have been here since the late '90s and our pool has never looked remotely this bad. I reached out directly to Stephen again using the number he specifically gave me for future issues and received no response. I've also contacted the company, and instead of resolving the underlying service problem, the primary response I've received is a quote for additional work. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for ongoing pool maintenance, end up with a pool that looks like this and cannot safely be used, and then be asked to pay even more to correct the condition that developed while they were responsible for maintaining it.
