It's unfortunate when you try a service and they don't perform. It's even worse when you ask to be notified prior to arriving so you can unlock the gate and ensure the dogs are put away, they agree, and then do it sporadically causing you to scramble when they arrive. When it's windy, you don't get a text saying they won't be there, you have to text them after you get off work. Communication was subpar. Then you add that to a tech breaking some of my pool equipment and not acknowledging the issue when I brought it to them, it's a solid no from me to continue. The next pool guy was the complete opposite and I couldn't be happier switching from this one. read more

Diego provides reasonable maintenance fee per month and cleans the pool very well. I could only use him temporarily until the sale of my property. My overall experience wasn't very good. There was a bit of difficulty with the communication and I often sensed bad attitude from him. I wouldn't say he presents professionalism. He missed the service a couple times, but did not make up for those. Our water leveler broke one day and he came to replace it. Later, he quoted near a grand to fix the whole thing while the material itself was only less than a hundred dollars (charging so much for the labor) because he said water was leaking from the bottom from below and that I had to put water at the appropriate level to keep the pump running well. Well what do you know? My agent found someone else to check and there was no issue and the pool is now maintaining fine without the costly fix. I don't know if he was trying to scam me or did not evaluate well, but just leaves a bad taste with his service. read more

I came across Diego when I had finally become fed up with my property manager and their pool company. I requested a quote and Diego replied that he would take a look and quote the work. I was at first a little skeptical because I needed more than just weekly service. I can now say that after some filter repairs. (my original pool service wanted to change out the whole filter system) Some new LED light fixtures (I did provide the fixtures as I'm in the electrical contracting business). I think he removed and replaced the auto fill valve (original pool guy wanted to dig up the decking??) And finally remove and replace pump motor. When I asked him several months ago if he was up for doing this type of work, he responded, "aside from installing a new pool, he does it all!" I agree, there is nothing I would not trust Diego to do with the pool. Anyone complaining about a communication barrier, there is a simple solution. English is not his first language but he does pretty good. If you are unsure, use google translator. He is also a smaller shop and he works his tools daily. Be patient, he will call you back. But he never minds if you follow up. Text has always worked best for me. His pricing is fair and he is honest in his business. I'm hoping he can scale it up. He's gonna need to! read more

We found Diego on Yelp, called him up, and asked for an estimate on pool service/maintenance in the afternoon and he was able to come by later on that day to take a look at our pool. Texted him & told him, said he would come next day... no show no call. Was supposed to fix tile on Sat 7a, so ok he can just look then. Text Sat at 10am & ask if he's coming. He said yes after 1:00.
