It's unfortunate when you try a service and they don't perform. It's even worse when you ask to be notified prior to arriving so you can unlock the gate and ensure the dogs are put away, they agree, and then do it sporadically causing you to scramble when they arrive. When it's windy, you don't get a text saying they won't be there, you have to text them after you get off work. Communication was subpar. Then you add that to a tech breaking some of my pool equipment and not acknowledging the issue when I brought it to them, it's a solid no from me to continue. Diego provides reasonable maintenance fee per month and cleans the pool very well. I could only use him temporarily until the sale of my property. My overall experience wasn't very good. There was a bit of difficulty with the communication and I often sensed bad attitude from him. I wouldn't say he presents professionalism. He missed the service a couple times, but did not make up for those. Our water leveler broke one day and he came to replace it. Later, he quoted near a grand to fix the whole thing while the material itself was only less than a hundred dollars (charging so much for the labor) because he said water was leaking from the bottom from below and that I had to put water at the appropriate level to keep the pump running well. Well what do you know? My agent found someone else to check and there was no issue and the pool is now maintaining fine without the costly fix. I don't know if he was trying to scam me or did not evaluate well, but just leaves a bad taste with his service. read more
