I've had Aqua Pro Care for a few months now, so I can attest to several months of service:…read more 1) GREAT COMMUNICATION- if he doesn't answer outright (and he often does!), Martin returns phone calls almost immediately. He texts in advance of arrival, and answers all of my questions throughly 2) RESPONSIBLE- My #1 ask is to be an early early pool clean. I work from home and the hubbub of someone in the backyard freaks my dogs out, so it's good to get all of the excitement over before my workday begins. Martin and his staff (shout-out to the WONDERFUL Jordan Gonzalez!!) accommodate this SO WELL, and I'm just tickled to see them out there first thing Monday... THANK YOU THANK YOU you guys, you make my week start out perfectly1 3) HONEST- I didn't realize that I was accidentally overpaying (if you pay via Zelle as opposed to credit card you get a little discount) and Martin caught my mistake and made it right. I SO APPRECIATE that! 4) TRUE PROs- Martin caught a little leak from our filter tank when he first began service (my previous pool guy, who ghosted his entire client base for weeks when he hurredly moved out of town and didn't tell anyone), must've been ignoring it!). Martin patiently problem-solved with my husband, and took his time to consider the most economically conservative way of addressing the issue... resulting in a perfect fix that was mostly free! (just needed some lubricant!) Now... it seems every.single.time I write a review for a Las Vegas pool service, they wind up ghosting me, moving out of town, divorcing their wives and giving up the business... Aqua Pro Pool Care.. please please, I beg you, HANG IN THERE for the long haul with me! I want you forever! :)

Stay away--sales-driven company with terrible weekly maintenance…read more I hired Priority Pools based on their high ratings, and over the course of more than a month under their care, my pool was green with algae. Key Issues: Constant Upselling: Right after onboarding, they tried to sell me unnecessary overhauls--including a new saltwater cell, completely missing that my pool already had a one-year-old salt system running. Poor Tech Knowledge & Reporting: The technician assigned to my weekly route didn't speak English, which doesn't have to be a problem, but he didn't seem to know I had a saltwater pool despite my messages to the company and they assured me that he was aware. Weekly reports lacked basic chemical breakdowns and only provided a photo of a meter. Weeks of Ignored Algae Blooms: Despite multiple messages alerting them to worsening algae over several weeks, proper testing (like CYA) wasn't done until a company leader flagged it when called me after I notified them I was cancelling. Offering free service doesn't fix persistent bad service. I had to hire outside help just to restore my pool. Look past the marketing and check their most recent 1-star reviews before hiring them. I don't take this review or my experience lightly, I don't do bad reviews.
