Besides the two teal pots and covered patio visible in this photo, everything else is new installation.

We started our bidding process back in March and met with Phil. We had received a few other bids and decided to go with Distinctive Exteriors because we felt their pricing was the most fair (not necessarily the cheapest). Over the next few weeks, we had gone back and forth with Phil and Edgar to design our new backyard, which was a complete remodel. We then met in April to finalize material options (which we felt were high quality) and have them complete and submit our HOA paperwork. We received HOA approval in mid-May and they were not able to start until mid-July because of delays caused by weather and COVID in previous months; however, we were assured that the wait would be worth it. Construction took about a month. We dealt with Kevin and Roberto throughout construction. Kevin was more than accommodating on several occasions and we cannot compliment Roberto and his crew enough. The attention to detail was fantastic and overall customer satisfaction was paramount. We've also been assured that should any issues arise (even outside of the stated warranty), they would stand by their work. The wait WAS worth it and even though our design wasn't the most complex (pavers, artificial turf, water feature/fountain), it is beautifully done and we love spending time in our new backyard. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking!

During construction always left clear and clean daily.

We had interviewed 4 companies and was referred to DE from my pool guy. From the start Phil was not like the other company reps. He was helpful full of knowledge and most importantly for my wife and I he was patient and willing to help us through the whole process. We were remodeling a pool and not just a new build in a Vegas dirt yard so we were expecting lots of extra stress and problems. When the crew first started we were put right at ease. The crew was professional clean and more importantly were there when they said they would be. There are a lot of pool builders out there but if you want professionalism, reliability, a schedule that is real and not based on what the pool co feels like doing that week; then Phil and distinctive exteriors is your choice. Try dealing with couple others first and then give Phil a try. Compare the bullshit from the other companies to Phil's honesty and you will not be disappointed. Remember in Vegas you get what you pay for. Side note. A friend of mine started a new pool build out at the same time I started my rebuild. He chose another contractor (Laguna) who started doing the raiders presidents pool. Mine has been completed for two months and his is still on hold. He has a hole in the ground and I am swimming. You get what you pay for guys!

The service was solid, and the artificial turf looked amazing--totally exceeded my expectations and held up beautifully. What stood out to me were the following: Premium yet budget-friendly turf options. They offered upscale, durable artificial turf that stays looking sharp year-round, but at a price that was very competitive and easy on the wallet. Professional install. Oscar led the install team, Dale kept the project moving smoothly as the project manager, and Martin was our sales guy who got everything set up with us. The crew did careful groundwork, clean seams, and seamless irrigation integration to keep everything looking natural and neat plus lighting. Putting in bay trees, Little Ollie's, and rocks. Tasteful landscaping accents with bay trees, Little Ollie's, and rock features to elevate the space without breaking the bank. Low maintenance & longevity. Strong warranty on the turf, plus practical care tips they shared. Attention to detail: Lines and corners were treated with care, delivering a really great finish. If you want a high-end-looking outdoor space with budget-friendly, competitive pricing and people that are professional, Us Turf is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Leaves a really a bad impression. Will consider others now with the first being Bully Turf to see if they're more professional.

They complete a 4500 sqft project in only 3 days, and fulfill all my change request. Although their waiting list is long so you need to book early and quick. A huge thank you to Taro, Ken, Briceson and all the wonderful workers for their hard work and attention to detail. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the final result. Everything Turf Pros - New pavers and tree removal and added rock to the left and right

We recently had our yard overhauled by this company, and have nothing but the highest rating for…read morethe work they completed. We obtained quotes from at least 5 companies, and Mark their designer felt like the most honest from all the contractors we had quote out our yard. Getting our yard completed was a big investment from our side, and while Everything Turf Pros were not the cheapest option, we later found out that hiring cheaper, unlicensed contractors can only lead to disaster. Some other turf companies are not licensed for full landscaping and can only legally install turf. We had a large tree that we needed removed, and in addition we wanted our yard to feature some hardscaping and pavers, so we elected to go with them, and our yard looks incredible. If you are looking for a contractor to level up your space, I highly recommend them.

I regret hiring Everything Turf Pros landscaping company and would not recommend them. The product…read morequality and workmanship did not meet my expectations, to say the least. The contract terms were unclear and inconsistent with their salesperson's promises, and inconsistent with a fair, professional contract. Communication was poor, and concerns were not addressed in a professional manner, if at all. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful when issues came up. Overall, it was a very stressful, disappointing experience. I recommend thoroughly reviewing state specific laws and regulations regarding residential contracts and contractors, taking time to read ALL the fine print in their contract, and doing a thorough background check on the company and it's ownership, before deciding if you want to work with them. I found them to be very unreasonable, unprofessional, argumentative, refusing to take the time to listen, and consistently coming up with excuses as to why they wouldn't fix their mistakes. Instead of focusing on resolution, they keep escalating matters, and making more and more poor choices - even trying to intimidate me to remove truthful reviews about their bad faith business practices, terrible materials and products, and poor workmanship. Perhaps learn about contract law, practice professionalism, and conflict resolution, instead of obsessing about "reviews." This has been going on for several months, and I have been more than patient with them. I had to file several complaints with the NSCB and others, and more are to follow. Overall, it's been a disappointing, toxic, terrible experience.

Every contractor that came into our yard was knowledgeable, hardworking, and polite. They were available to answer any questions and made sure they cleaned up before they left. We were told that the pool would be completed in 120 days and it was, even with delays because of weather. Once construction started we dealt with Teri, the scheduling manager, and Jon the supervisor who oversaw the construction of the pool and kept us informed of the process from start to finish. Teri is a gem; she schedules all the workers and lets you know when they will be in your yard. She is there to answer any and all questions. Jon is the person that makes everything work. He comes after each step of the pool construction is done and frequently visits to make sure you are up to speed on the process. His job does not end once the pool is complete he continues to visit and make sure you understand the operation and your responsibility as a pool owner. Jon explains everything in detail. A word of caution, whether you use Vintage or another company, make sure before signing the contract that in the plan design that all inspection codes are met or will need to meet in order to pass final inspection. You will then know if you will have additional financial responsibility. Finally as a pool buyer please understand that all the pool builders in the valley are using the same contractors so delays because of weather etc, are inevitable. Be patient. Gary, Teri, and Jon do their best to make sure everything is done in a timely fashion. If you want a great pool at a reasonable price, quality construction, and people who care about you as a client you can not go wrong with Vintage, a class operation.

Within a month of our pool completion, the decking began to bubble, flake, tear. Contacted Vidal multiple times; he blamed it on our pool water or our pool guy, then sent his guys out to patch it up (done poorly, texture didn't match). Within days it started to bubble again. In fact, we are now on year 3 of continuous decking issues. The decking has NEVER been acceptable, we just get busy & tired of begging Vidal to stand by his work. Communication with Vidal is exhausting; I have the text to prove it. Finally we decided to get advice from other concrete companies. Both companies immediately identified the concrete as bad; likely mixed improperly or expired when it was installed. (Interesting how 2 separate companies diagnosed bad concrete immediately, whereas Vidal blamed it on pool water?!? I believe he knew it was bad all along, just was hoping we didn't ever find out.) We received quotes between $5,000-$15,000 to repair what Vidal & Vintage did. When I reached out to Vidal again, he offered to fix it.....at my expense. How generous of him to charge me for concrete twice. No thank you. I do not trust him or his work ethic. At this point, the concrete is in such bad condition that it's becoming a fall/ foot injury risk. The flaking decking is sharp, the underneath concrete is slippery when wet. I highly regret meeting Vidal & I would never give him another dollar.

They drained my pool and did an acid wash, charged me over $300 for "startup chemicals" and assured me the pool would be clean for my tenants but they knew all along that they were going out of business so they stopped sending the pictures with the weekly status reports and started ghosting me when I inquired about why I haven't been receiving the pictures and of course no reply! Against my better judgment and as a gesture of good faith, I prepaid my pool service from September until February so I didn't have to deal with very unreasonable tenants. To my surprise, Johhny and Trinity did not refund the remainder of my prepayment and lied to the new contractor Desi at Pool Medic who to my surprise tried to get me to pay for Dec & January pool service . They seemed like honorable people, but I can't warn you enough to stay away from these people if they ever get back into the pool business again. They ghosted me and then claimed they didn't sell their business to another vendor and to my surprise I got a bill for services that were already prepaid from Pool Medic. Johhny assured me he would send me receipts of the credits to my credit cards but as of today that never happened.
