Provided bid, clarified everything was included that we asked for. They said yes. They were competitive so we went with them. They then came back and said they did not include things we asked and increased the price. They don't call back, missed appointments, forget what they told us, lose the measurements, and took three months to get thru the process. They said they are landscape architects but put in all the wrong plants in inappropriate locations. We are now having to pay even more to fix what they did. Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this company period. The 1st time he came out in July 1.5 hours of my time wasted they lose all the measurements and I understand things happen. So I decided I'll give Peak another chance and once again same old thing late. Today was the final straw no communication or follow up from Chris Garza the sales manager definitely not punctual always punctually late and a master of lateness says he is going to do something (3D) you will get Saturday and once again never follows through no 3D Then I'm told days later we don't send those 3Ds out until we sign a contract and Peak receives a deposit so why didn't you tell me that on the Friday when you came out instead of telling me you will get these Saturday I understand this is not transparent until after the fact. Today I had an appointment at 1200 pm which he voluntarily took upon himself this was not a urgent matter and at 1155 I get a text running late gps says 1145 so I canceled the appointment due to having another engagement at a specific time. While on the phone with Chris he says he's in front and tells me to come outside and talk to him like a man what kind of sales person who represents Peak Services who is trying to get a 50-60K project for landscaping tells a customer this he is clearly someone who lets his emotions get in front of professionalism. Here is some good advice young man the customer should always be right in some circumstances and sometimes it's better to listen and remain silent because all you did was ignore what I told you and all you did is talk about how hard you worked on the project and how hard this project was to design and how you drove almost an hour even though you were late it was all about you and you're concerns don't make appointments if you cannot obligate you're self to a committed time frame. We will see how the Lake Las Vegas residence feel about Peak Service's at the next board meeting. Unprofessional conduct. Peak Services is the perfect name for these landscapers because their work is of the highest quality. They literally built my dream Zen garden, including a stunning Buddha waterfall, using Japanese design principles. I didn't want a typical desert landscape, but a peaceful, meditative sanctuary with open space to entertain my family and friends. Peak Services certainly stepped up to the challenge. Designer Taro is one of the few people in Las Vegas truly qualified to build a Zen garden, in my opinion. He has visited Japan and studied Japanese gardens for years. What I appreciated most is that he really listened to my ideas and considered my sketches, then added his expertise to create a masterpiece. Not only do I have a one-of-a kind design, but it's beautiful day AND night! The fountain has varying speeds, so I can lower the flow at night. The entire raised bed is highlighted with multicolored lights with numerous settings for colors and modes. And soft white running lights glow subtly down along the garden bed wall. His crew, especially Ken, went above and beyond to transform a boring dirt lot into an oasis. Ken is also just a great guy - hilarious, creative and hard-working. He quickly took care of any changes I requested. I actually miss seeing him in my garden and all the funny conversations we had during the process. I had a fantastic experience working with Peak Landscaping. The entire project--from planning to installation--was handled extremely professionally. Once the project started, the team moved quickly and efficiently, completing my yard installation in just four days. One of the things I appreciated most was their flexibility and customer service. I made several revisions throughout the project, and the team came to my home multiple times to walk through different ideas and adjustments. They were incredibly accommodating with my schedule, and even when I changed a few things during the installation itself, they handled it without hesitation and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable about the changes. After the project was finished, they took the time to do thorough walkthroughs with me and make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. From our meeting he made me feel comfortable and confident about the services (bird colony removal, repair of a poorly installed bird abatement fence from another company, bird poop removal and our back yard turf cleaning). Peak Services is awesome! I have been having so many problems with pigeons that my walkway and my trash / recycle bins were being decimated with pigeon droppings! I requested a free quote and they showed up the next day to take some pictures of my roof and solar system and showed me how disgusting it was up there. Price was reasonable, actually was a couple hundred cheaper than other quotes I got and they even lowered my initial quote some more after talking about it when they were here. Scheduled the service to be done and Josh + Tony were punctual and explained everything in detail that they were going to do in steps. They finished the job in about an hour and a half- 2 hours and after blasting my roof, they even cleaned my whole walkway where it was decimated with droppings. While we made every effort to limit my Great Dane using the turf for anything other than play and sunbathing, it's inevitable that things were going to happen from time to time. We have a very small dog run for our tiny dogs, but it's right near our pool and we couldn't enjoy the pool without the odor slapping us in the face! Peak came out and fluffed up the turf and it actually smells GOOD out there. I never thought those words would come out of my mouth. I had an issue with pidgins nesting under my solar panels. They also were leaving waste on my window sills as well as on my roof. Sunrun did a terrible job with the "Critter Guards" that were installed. Peak Services came out and took a look at the job. They related that the damage from the pidgins and workmanship provided by Sunrun was bad. After working with a full crew for about 5 hours, everything was looking great and all new guards were set properly.
