First, I live and work minutes away from my daughter, son in law, and grandchildren, and my residence was not questioned when you accepted my money without having met me in person. The sunken, unleveled area near the patio was sunken prior to the children playing there with water, which was brought to your attention immediately by me, and remains sunken. The children were playing on the artificial turf after installation, not during, and also when your crews would come for repairs, always unannounced, whenever they could fit in the time, because new business was prioritized first, according to your employees. My daughter would move toys, including their inflatable pool which was destroyed by cement thrown into it by your workers. The ineffective drainage by the patio was replaced, without a change order, by the structurally impaired lateral drain after I simply asked your professional if it was a possibility. You did us no favor by installing additional drainage that you stated "will help significantly during the winter season", but which we never wanted, never asked for, never saw a change order for, and I supposedly refused to pay for, which is false and libelous. The poorly placed drain at the back of the wall that you speak of was never meant to be located there and was removed because it didn't connect to any discharge or overflow line. The artificial turf, with holes cut in it to fit drain covers in that location, was laid back down and patched up. I cannot accept a repair method that leaves brand new artificial turf with a patched or piece meal finish, particularly to fix an error made by your team. One item I have complained about since the beginning is the safety concerns with the unfastened down and lifting turf which has never been addressed by anyone on your team. And you're saying this is the best you can do.

NX Level helped me get my HOA paperwork together and did some mock ups to supply. They also photocopied brochures and information on colors/styles so the HOA wouldn't come back to me with more questions. The day before the job Craig and I picked up all the plants from the nursery so those could be set where I wanted them. The team thorough with measuring, spray painting locations and details so location was important for my vision. The team worked very hard on my project, and paid attention to detail on my pavers. They were able to lay 2 types (front and back yard) and 2 colors in the backyard (Holland style). They planted many trees and shrubs, and set up the irrigation on multiple valves to ensure even watering and hopefully a long life for my plants! They laid turf, which is perfectly flat and stretched. They built a step up patio, and included under step lighting, tree lighting and walkway lighting. Thanks to Craig, his son Braxton, Armando, Ramon and team I now have a sanctuary backyard to enjoy. 1000% would recommend them. The vision was simple; I needed a retaining wall to manage the slope. Instead of settling for a plain wall and planter, I wanted to actually use the space. When I brought up the idea of adding some type of seating, Craig immediately expanded upon the vision with his professional expertise, and executed brilliantly. The result turned out looking better than I had imagined; more thoughtful and visually dynamic than what other landscapers proposed. Some companies said they wanted to leave out the inclusion of plants because of the desert climate and offered to install them at a later month. With NX Level, the task was no issue. Craig procured a variety of decorative plants that complemented the plants that I chose at the nursery. He even added extra! Originally, I chose grey pavers with a charcoal border. Craig's team made a decision to leave out the charcoal pavers because this specific batch wasn't dark enough, which was a smart call to keep the design cohesive. The turf looks incredibly real, and the colours of the pavers and patio cover came together perfectly. Trusted the process, and the end result was still amazing. You can tell that Craig and his team, shoutout Armando, take pride in their craft. We added a mesh to our gate and I noticed my tiny Yorkie can still slip through. Craig offered to install something to cover that space of the gate opening to keep the dog from going out, truly going above and beyond. Ironically, there were no fancy 3D/2D renderings of what the backyard would look like. Craig made a quick sketch of the vision on the estimate paper. His knowledge and attention to detail were clear from the start. He caught a few things other companies completely missed during their visits. He wanted to charge me $2000.00 more than this company. This was the second estimate. He was very good at following up. He likes to talk more on the phone, but he does text as well. I thought he was very honest, helpful, and gave great recommendations with his experience. I love the after pictures. He let me pick where I wanted the bushes/trees to go, and the type from the approved list. I am getting a rebate back that almost covers everything but $300.00. Then Ancelmo informed me that the City of Henderson has a rebate program too. Now that the work is done and I have the form certified, I submitted to them the notarized form and they will pay me an additional $725.00. After it's all said and done, I am making $425.00 total and then I don't have to pay my gardener $1400.00 a year. Plus my water will be going down. I think this is going to save me about $2000.00 a year.
