First and foremost, I met Greg and Clay before, I think, several years back, and at the time, I couldn't get the right loan. Needless to say, I have done a load of research on them before choosing them. I looked into their licensing, bond, team, better business reviews, Google reviews, and yelp. I have seen many negative reviews on many pool builders, including a close brother of mines, friend who gave me a rough quote. Greg and Clay legit communicate through phone and text, and if they don't reply right away, they will within a day or so. Throughout the process, I was aware of everything that was going on, and if I had any dumb questions, they replied. Their subs were professional and kind towards me and my family throughout the entire process. I will say this if you're looking for a builder, this is the business you want to use. I do not believe the negative reviews by far as Greg made a lot of crap right and did right by me and my family. I have had only a handful of pool Builders that I sought out, but truthfully and respectfully, they can not compete with Greg and Clay's business period. Once the pool was finished, Clay and Greg did a walk through and saw some small problems that they did fix and made sure it was repaired in a timely manner. They have a welcoming package that, as an owner, you must read, and it tells you a step by step process of what to expect throughout the process. No bs I would use them in the future for replastering and acid washes and even a new pool build if I grab another home. Greg and Clay don't mess around when it comes to professionalism. Don't believe me, just look at the work they did on my home. Look at the better business bureau reviews, State Contractors Board, bonds, subs, and reviews. Some of the reviews are BS as I come from an investigative background, and they are a solid pool business. We can go back and forth all day, we know plenty of people who have had the same crappy workmanship from your subs. The main issue I have with you guys is that our Spa still has rust after you guys "fixed" it. so explain that one to me. Correct our chemistry was off , we drained the pool and fixed it. What's funny is our neighbor also had rust and after your great subs fixing their they demanded you send someone else out because theirs also came back. What's funny is the rust is from your piping nothing to do with chemistry. the issue with the re plastering was fixed that's not once what I complained about here. I promise you that this post wasn't a threat it was to warn others of the poor experience we've had with you. EVEN if you guys offered to come out and fix any of this i'd never want you or any of your subs to try and fix this as the craftsmanship of this pool was done so poorly. We own multiple businessss and I would never treat a customer the way you guys have treated us, you also told us you would come out and have our cool decking fixed as we do not ever "drag" our furniture to cause it to lift. That's how much of a joke you are you'd rather assume than to reach out to your customers to make things right. Absolutely thrilled! Couldn't be happier about a process that just finished up that can sometimes be a gamble. A big thank you to the team over at Outdoor Visual Werks. They turned my dusty rock filled headache of a backyard, into a incredible landscape I'm now so proud of. I now have a lovely functional space with a pool / spa combo, a covered gazebo, and we chose to install turf for a side run for my dogs. The guys put in a misting system around the gazebo, which helps keep it cool when I'm bbq'ing. When I was first looking for a company to possibly choose for the project, I did my due diligence and read many reviews. I never just choose the first thing I see. So after a bit of research, and checking them out with the Better Business Bureau, I decided to try them out.. I called them out and was met two gentlemen by the name of Greg and Clay. I could tell from the beginning these two knew their field. They brought ideas to the table and made my choices fairly easy. Just had my pool done by Pools R US by Greg and his team and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome, they where very responsive with every question my wife and I had and belive me there where a few, the only issue we really had was I was requesting pentair pool equipment and the pumps where unavailable, now they did warn me they where on backorder so i give the credit for that , luckily we where able to get one, So the project did run 2 weeks later then estimated but we where called by Gregory or his team every other day with updates which really helped us get through the waiting process. Pools R Us turned what looked like a desert junkyard into a beautiful oasis. They were fantastic from the planning stage through to completion. I did get bids from other pool builders, but they wanted more money for less pool. This is the first pool that I have had installed, so I had a lot of questions. They were patient with me and explained every aspect of the construction. Their representative was at my beck and call. He answered all my emails promptly and would even come over on his own time. Today he was here cleaning my windows because they got a bit dirty during construction. The pool is finished, yet he told me, to quote the Beatles, "anytime at all I have to do is call, and he'll be there." Would I recommend this company? Absolutely! And I would dissuade others from using anyone else. read more
