My stand-alone hot tub stopped working after I accidentally overfilled it. Antonio was our repair person from AG Spas. He showed up precisely on time. He was friendly while being very professional. He deduced that pump #1 was disabled, which caused the spa not to work. Antonio said he could replace the pump, but first, he wanted to see if there was a reason it wasn't working. He found the wire leading to pump #1 was lying in water and had a small break that caused the breaker to flip. Instead of paying for a new pump, I just had to pay for a new wire to pump #1. It's very nice to have a repair person who looks for the most inexpensive way to fix your hot tub. I will continue to do business with AG Spas! read more

I had technician come and repair that he could do and was told he would have to come back when parts came in to finish other repairs. He stated that the $150.00 that I originally paid for them showing would be credited when final repairs were done. I contacted them when I received itemized bill and noticed $150.00 was not credited to itemized bill. I was told that was not the case and that no credit was due to me. I know for a fact I was told $150.00 would be credited by office and technician. I would not recommend them and if you do hire them document or record what ever they say. read more

We are moving to Las Vegas and in the process of purchasing a home. We decided to get a hot tub. We have been in many hot tubs, but never owned one. Saw on Yelp! AG Spas, almost 5 star reviews, and decided to go take a look. Walking in, the place was quiet, no customers, smallish showroom. Joe came out and greeted us, answered all our questions, very patient, very knowledgeable, not pushy at all. Well, to make a long story short, we pulled the trigger! Sundance seems to be industry leading in quality and stands by their products with a good warranty. Joe hooked us up with everything we need to get started, including delivery and set up, even has a recommendation for an electrician too. One stop shopping! This review is just for our shopping experience, we did not even close on our new house yet, but knowing everything is set, it's a big relief! Next review will be on the hot tub itself! read more

I highly recommend AG Spas, we had some issues with our spa and we were able to get an appt pretty quickly and the tech (Antonio) was ontime, identified the problem and fixed it for us right on the spot. We have never been disappointed with A G Spas. read more

We purchased a Hot Tub, unfortunately they delivery company would only leave at the gate to our backyard. AG Spas was recommended to us for moving the hot tub to our backyard and setting it onto our hot tub base. They offered moving it by hand or alternately moving it by crane. The AG SPA crew showed up on time along with the crane. The entire crew were professionals, friendly and made the Spa move hassle-free!!! A few days later the electrican we hired to connect the hot tub noted the hot tub was not square on the hot tub base. I called AG Spas and they sent a crew out to remedy the situation. Once again the crew was professional and friendly. They realigned the Spa and it looks great. If your looking for a company to get your hot tub placed on your pad they can do it right and stand behind their work. I fully recommend AG Spas and would hire them again!!!!! read more

Scheduled service with AG Spas on a recommendation and was NOT disappointed. Jason showed up, he was super personable, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He is truly an asset and I would definitely use and recommend the company in the future based on him alone!!! read more

I've had so many come give me an estimate for our hot tub we purchased from Creative Spa, who by the way took months and months for them to even come see the hot tub then turn around to tell us we needed to crane it out to fix it or just trash it because it's use less. This is a $18k hot tube they sold us that is only 3 years old, they wanted to rip us off by charging us to crane it out for $8k. We started to get bids and talk to other hot tub repair companies, we thought we found one but he ended up not coming back. But AG Spa came assessed the problem which all the others pretty much told us was one the pumps and was fixed the same day. Jason did such a great job, he also recommended for Ace to come out and drain, clean and fill, Ace made the hot tub look brand new! Cleaned everything including the cover! Now they are maintaining the hot tub monthly. I would definitely recommend AG Spa to anyone. read more

It took us several calls to nearly all spa repair companies in Las Vegas to find one who would (a) come up to Mt. Charleston to do the repair and (b) had the confidence to make sure they had all the parts they needed. AG Spas made the grade in both areas. Eric showed up on time, with the right tools and parts, to fix our spa, a leak in a pretty complicated place. I always admire professionals in their field who really exemplify how it should be done. Thanks AG Spas and Eric. It's great to know where to get the right help, at the right time, at a fair price. read more

We wanted to buy a used spa and found AG Spas. Bryan and Rich took such great care of us. On our very first visit, they had a great selection to chose from and we ended up buying a spa that same day. Rich was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of info on the spas, which helped us make the right choice. The owner, Bryan, took great care of us in setting up the spa delivery and other details. Delivery was quick and easy. This is a wonderful family run business that really cares about this customers. We absolutely love our new spa and are using if often. We highly recommend AG Spas! Thank you! read more

AG Spas - The lights change to many different colors. It's very pretty! - Hot Tub & Pool Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

My grandfather went out there to the showroom to try to purchase another hot tub he already bought one the lady in there Stephanie first thing out of her mouth was you already bought a spa why you want to buy another one who cares it's none of your business. What he doesn't this money if you wants to buy 4-5 more let him buy it that was really bad customer service you should be fired for that you have no respect for the elderly read more

My hot tub, of unknown origin, started having the pillows disintegrate in them. Not knowing the brand or anything else I was referred to AG. Over the phone the lady asked me to send her a picture of what little logo I could see on the foam pillows. From there she found out exactly which pillows were needed. Upon asking her boss if they could get those and she called me back and told me the website that I could go to in order to purchase four of these different pillows. I love the service. The lady on the phone was super sweet. This company went above and beyond as far as helping me goes. I will definitely use them if I have to move a spa or put a new one in. They are terrific. I only wish they could have charged me for the advice. It was perfect. I now know that I have a Spa Builders spa with Diamante headrests. read more

There was a bit of a wait for scheduling but they were very responsive via email. The repair person Val was very nice and knowledgeable. Found it to be a bad pump. Took a little over a week to order part and come back out to replace. He accidentally switched one of the wires for the jets after replacing pumps but came out the next day and easily fixed it. Overall good service would use them again for any future repairs. read more

I highly recommend AG Spa. I bought a swim spa from them. John Mayo kept an excellent communication throughout the purchase and installation process, and very open to discuss options and provide additional suggestions. Jason did great job to keep it up and running and comes quickly to initial setup and training. Bianca in office is always there to help and answer all questions from me and provide instant feedback via call or email. It went great so far. read more

I wanted to finally give AG Spas a review thats been long overdue. Ill make it short since i dont have much time on my hands. Ive had them service my spa 2x now. First service was to fix my spa LED lights that were not working. Second service was when my jets 2 werent working. Both times were an amazing experience with them. Theyre prompt with time and communication. Any time my spa needs attention, i will only trust AG Spas read more

Very friendly people, I purchased two spas from them over several yeas and they both worked great. The first was a starter with only one pump, and the second was a Master Spa with 3 pumps (had to leave it with the house when I moved). They also move and repair spas too. My only knock is that they don't always have the best selection of spas available, so I ended up buying a brand new spa from Sunset Spas and guess who delivered it - AG Spas lol. read more

This was our 2nd time using AG Spas and we will always use AG Spas. This company is heads above any other company in Las Vegas. Jason came out because there was an issue with not all of our jets working on our swim spa. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem. He took his time and checked multiple issues that it could be just to make sure he was correct. Jason was very nice and knowledgeable. He even gave me tips regarding long term care for certain parts of the spa. Thank you AG Spas, we appreciate your help with our spa! read more

They were very affordable. Great price for the service, and very helpful. Not trying to gouge us! They didn't try to sell us unnecessary products to keep our "new" used spa clean - in fact, he said, "You only need these two. Don't waste your money on those." Very appreciative! Breath of fresh air to find a company that just does what you need without trying to upsell you at every turn. read more

I had an older SPA transferred from one side of town to the other. The crew took care of the SPA as they moved it in and out of each yard. They re-connected it and we discovered a new problem. Jason tried a few troubleshooting scenarios and attempted to provide the best option to repair our older SPA (discontinued parts). The SPA was eventually fixed and has since worked like new. I would use AG SPA again. Thank you Jason. read more

We are new here to the Las Vegas area and needed a large in ground spa removed. Bryan at AG Spas took on the project and in spite of weather and wind completed the removal without a problem. His hand shake is his word in getting things done and his crew was courteous, efficient and very neat in excavating this spa tub. My self as a business owner know the customer experience is the defining factor in a company's long term success, and AG Spas provided an exemplary customer experience for me that I will remember. Bryan is not about just getting the job done, but doing the job properly and making sure his customers are satisfied.
