I highly recommend using this service. They were prompt, clean and very friendly. My pool needed to be replastered. They gave an estimate of 2 weeks. They were finished before that deadline. Alvaro replastered and retiled my 20 year old pool back in May. It came out beautifully. A chlorine disk fell out of the floater during a storm and left a burn stain on the new plaster. I reached out to Alvaro to see if it could be fixed. He came over and acid washed the stain. Their quote was fair and their timeline was spot on! When choosing tile they met us at the showroom twice! (I wasn't 100% sure on my first pick) They weren't annoyed by me wanting to go back and look, they offered their opinions and didn't push me to make a decision. Only thing I can say is he came out on time. He told me it would be 1,000 to get a drive for my Leslie brand pool pump. He said the better thing to do is to buy a new 2,200 pump. I said I couldn't really afford that but if he would give me all the options via text I would let him know what I wanted to do. Never heard from him again. I would never do business with someone who doesn't follow through. Waste of my time and my time costs money since I had to take off work! Look elsewhere. As to company response: Bottom Line... man said he would text and never did. It is worth noting that the part WAS available. Even more noteworthy... IT WAS FREE to fix and install as it was a Leslie's Pump and Leslie's install so it automatically had a 5 year extended warranty. Very shady not to tell me that (man knew it was a Leslie's Pump and knew it was only 3 years old because I told him). If you knew your business should've known it was a free job and not try to sell me a 2,000 pump + 180 for install. Shame on you. read more

As someone else has said, don't let the number of reviews sway you from these guys....they are AMAZING. I think we might have one of the largest wet-deck installs in all of Vegas and don't regret one movement of it. We had a typical mid-90's pool -- the plaster was in really rough shape (chipping and lots of rust stains), it was so deep that even when it's 110+ outside the pool was always 72 degrees. Yes we have a pool heater but it would literally take 8 hours to get the water to 80 or 82, and cost a small fortune in natural gas. We had a few different companies come and bid for a solution to the problem at hand -- it's too cold to enjoy and what solutions could make it warmer without just running a heater all the time? WET/SUN DECK is the answer folks! They basically took the deepest half of our 6 1/2' deep pool and turned it into a deck -- there's still A LOT of deep water to still swim. And the best part....it basically is sitting at 80 to 82 without heating right now -- crazy. Anyway, more about True Pool -- family owned and operated, great people who are passionate about what they do. Do what they say, do it on time, do it in a very budget conscious way and were 100% professionals. In addition to the wet deck and pool re-plaster/re-tile, we also had our actual decking (which was chipping horribly) re-surfaced as well. Alvaro and his wife were fantastic to work with. We had a heater we moved from our old house to new that we needed installed. I reached out to many companies for quotes and a date I wanted the work completed by. Not only was their quote and value the best, they responded immediately and had the work completed within a few days. They laid a cement slab, placed the heater, changed the size of the gas line, and ran all the tubing to the heater. It looks fantastic! I have lived in Vegas for a couple year and have had two houses with pools that have needed various work, and this is by far the best and easiest company I've worked with. They came out promptly to change a light in my pool. At a quick glance, they immediately noticed that there was water in the light fixture. They didn't have the equipment on hand to fix it right then, but came back a couple of days later and quickly fixed the issue. Hired these guys to do a drain/clean/refill on my pool after five years with the same water. It's not an inexpensive job so was already sad I had to do it but after the work they did I feel great about the money spent. They got all the white crud off my tiles at the water line and my pool looks like new. Called back this service and although the owners were very nice my experience was very different. He had to return a few times because of a miscommunication and seemed very disinterested in doing the job. When they finally replaced my pump I asked him if he noticed the leaks that were coming from a different area of the plumbing. He said yes. I asked if he could return to fix it. They showed up changed out my actuator valve, took pictures, sent it to me (I wasn't able to check my phone until a few hours later), and left without payment.
