They walked me through getting my plot plan updated for the permit and worked directly with my contractor so the pool tied into our new deck seamlessly. The result is beautiful. I have used them for service and supplies ever since. Their service techs are knowledgeable, genuinely willing to help, and they look for small signs of trouble and fix them before they turn into real problems. Our pool has been in top shape from opening to closing every year. This season we hit a significant issue. Gibraltar was right there to get it resolved, and they went well beyond what they were obligated to do. That is rare, and it says everything about how they treat their customers. But last year we had an issue with are pool for the first time and this company tried many different times to resolve and even when they said they tried everything it still didn't work right. So we closed the pool for the summer without ever using it for the first time since we've had it. This year we called a new company to open our pool and gave them the history of last year. They started up our pool but it still was not working right. Called this company back for service and they couldn't come for almost 2 weeks. Ended up calling North Shore and they said they could come the next day. Once again I explained the issue and they believed it was "this". They even suggested I could clean or check this first so not to waste my money for them to come if it was that. But I felt ill equipped and not as knowledgeable so preferred their expertise to confirm. So they came and took a look. After tinkering around etc it seemed they figured it out. They said if we have replacement parts in stock we'll replace. They called back later that day, said they did and would be back tomorrow. Pool has been working great ever since. And their prices were completely reasonable compared to the other 2 companies we used which were a bit outrageous, well at least the 1st company mentioned was. We already hired North Shore to close are pool and plan to hire them to open are pool as well next year.

New England Spas and Hot Tubs…read more NE Spas had an incredibly knowledgeable service department that went over and above to support a buyer who didn't acquire the highest end tub AND lives on a island! This issue arose because I chose to plug in my tub (how hard could it be) because hiring an electrician to come to an island by boat is difficult. Turns out, an electrician would have known to clamp the main power cord. Pulling on it over time ended up shorting out the circuit board. That's when the fun began. NESpas made sure to order the right replacement board, put me on a group chat and walked me through the installation. I clamped the power cord and it's operated flawlessly ever since. Don't go anywhere else!

Now we're on the hook for a $25K hot tub that we have no idea when will be available. Would NOT recommend.
