The chemistry was near perfect, Budget Pools told me to just keep running the filter, but nothing was resolving the slight cloudiness. It was frustrating me quite a bit. It was the folks at Leslie's who took the time to explain to me what was really going on. My phosphates were too high, and the phosphates are able to get through the filter media. Running the filter 24/7 does nothing for the phosphates content. Phosphates also feed the algae so it's especially concerning. Leslie's suggested to me their 'No Phos' product, explained how it works, and took the time to give specific directions on how to use. I was honestly skeptical, I was ready to just replace all the water of my pool and had already scheduled its delivery. But, because the H2O truck could only get to me at the end of the week i figured giving the No Phos a try. Well, OMG, this stuff really works! It binds to the phosphates so that the filter can grab and filter out! I was able to get my phosphates down to a 33 score! Which is extremely low! (Ppm I think) in the end, my conclusion is never to go anywhere else accept Leslie's! Going anywhere else may just be a waste of your time!! Thanks Leslie's!!

Nancy was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions to make sure we were choosing the tub that was right for us. She also covered all setup and maintenance requirements. Once we placed the order, Nancy scheduled our delivery which was actually scheduled around the site prep we were finishing. On delivery day, three gentlemen arrived to unload and set up the tub in the location we had prepared. Delivery and setup were top notch as well. Our experience with Nancy and the rest of the team at St Cyr was A+++! We cannot recommend St. Cyr enough if you're looking to purchase a new hot tub.

Apparently they will charge a fee for any warranty work after six months. It's pretty outrageous. Just over a year later, the replacement seat module failed. We asked them to replace it. It took numerous tries to get them to actually come out to do the new replacement, and at no time in the process did they ever quote a price. They ended up charging us over $600 for this second replacement. I do not recommend dealing with St. Cyr. Their communication has been consistently awful, and they gouge on price.

But last year we had an issue with are pool for the first time and this company tried many different times to resolve and even when they said they tried everything it still didn't work right. So we closed the pool for the summer without ever using it for the first time since we've had it. This year we called a new company to open our pool and gave them the history of last year. They started up our pool but it still was not working right. Called this company back for service and they couldn't come for almost 2 weeks. Ended up calling North Shore and they said they could come the next day. Once again I explained the issue and they believed it was "this". They even suggested I could clean or check this first so not to waste my money for them to come if it was that. But I felt ill equipped and not as knowledgeable so preferred their expertise to confirm. So they came and took a look. After tinkering around etc it seemed they figured it out. They said if we have replacement parts in stock we'll replace. They called back later that day, said they did and would be back tomorrow. Pool has been working great ever since. And their prices were completely reasonable compared to the other 2 companies we used which were a bit outrageous, well at least the 1st company mentioned was. We purchased their largest and most expensive swim spa at an expo. I had concerns and wanted to wait; however the sales rep dismissed my concerns. This was unprofessional and set the tone for the rest of our experience. We asked several questions about the electrical requirements and received incorrect information from the sales team. My contractor even contacted Crocker directly to verify details, and the manager sent him specifications that also turned out to be wrong. Throughout this process, customer service provided false or inconsistent information and was often dismissive and rude. And tell us this was not the case. A manager from the Merrimack location contacted us once, stating he would be our point of contact, but we have never heard from him again. For a purchase of this size and cost, one would expect at least basic customer service or product knowledge, yet it became clear that many employees were unfamiliar with the swim spa we purchased. When we took a water sample in for testing, the staff miscalculated the required amounts, which caused scaling in our swim spa. We chose not to return for further testing because there was no accountability for the mistake. The delivery process was a nightmare. No one from the company came to assess the delivery area beforehand--not even a simple online review of the property or Google Maps check. On delivery day, the team made us feel as though the complications were our fault. When we pointed out that the swim spa was placed incorrectly, they dismissed our concerns and later told our contractor that we were "vocal." Given the consistently poor customer service, it is no surprise that we had to advocate for ourselves. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Between the misinformation, lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, and mistakes that caused damage, I cannot recommend this business.
