The chemistry was near perfect, Budget Pools told me to just keep running the filter, but nothing was resolving the slight cloudiness. It was frustrating me quite a bit. It was the folks at Leslie's who took the time to explain to me what was really going on. My phosphates were too high, and the phosphates are able to get through the filter media. Running the filter 24/7 does nothing for the phosphates content. Phosphates also feed the algae so it's especially concerning. Leslie's suggested to me their 'No Phos' product, explained how it works, and took the time to give specific directions on how to use. I was honestly skeptical, I was ready to just replace all the water of my pool and had already scheduled its delivery. But, because the H2O truck could only get to me at the end of the week i figured giving the No Phos a try. Well, OMG, this stuff really works! It binds to the phosphates so that the filter can grab and filter out! I was able to get my phosphates down to a 33 score! Which is extremely low! (Ppm I think) in the end, my conclusion is never to go anywhere else accept Leslie's! Going anywhere else may just be a waste of your time!! Thanks Leslie's!!

I took the cover off my pool this weekend and was shocked to see one of my jets was left unplugged by St Cyr's. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at St Cyr's until yesterday (Monday). I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.

But last year we had an issue with are pool for the first time and this company tried many different times to resolve and even when they said they tried everything it still didn't work right. So we closed the pool for the summer without ever using it for the first time since we've had it. This year we called a new company to open our pool and gave them the history of last year. They started up our pool but it still was not working right. Called this company back for service and they couldn't come for almost 2 weeks. Ended up calling North Shore and they said they could come the next day. Once again I explained the issue and they believed it was "this". They even suggested I could clean or check this first so not to waste my money for them to come if it was that. But I felt ill equipped and not as knowledgeable so preferred their expertise to confirm. So they came and took a look. After tinkering around etc it seemed they figured it out. They said if we have replacement parts in stock we'll replace. They called back later that day, said they did and would be back tomorrow. Pool has been working great ever since. And their prices were completely reasonable compared to the other 2 companies we used which were a bit outrageous, well at least the 1st company mentioned was. We already hired North Shore to close are pool and plan to hire them to open are pool as well next year.

There was no pressure to purchase and she was able to answer all our questions. We felt it was the perfect hot tub with all options we wanted for a cost that fit our budget. We've had our Master Spa twilight since mid April 2018 and love it. Our delivery arrived in the time frame that was given to us. The delivery team was great at setting up and explaining the exact process to set up our hot tub. After our initial set up and filling our tub we did go and do our weekly water tests with Brandy and she was always attentive. She never made us feel like with didn't count after we purchased.
