Something to know: they do not allow "floaties" or "bubbles", they swim with an instructor assisting them if necessary, use a bar with floats on the ends or stand on this really large block in the water with railings where they can stand and wait turns to swim. Parents are not allowed in the water for group lessons. My son has mild autism and really needs one to one in the water, but they have a 6 month wait for private lessons. I went with him for 2 group lessons and did not realize the groups could be larger than 3 with only 1 instructor usually, he requires more attention unfortunately and will not return. They charge high $$$ and do nothing properly. Pool openings are a joke. They do not pump water off cover, allow all debris to fall in pool, do not clean it, or add chemicals, do not clean the cover to put away, and are more expensive than any other company. The help is all inexperienced, which causes major problems. Some of the stakes that hold my cover were sticking up. Instead of screwing them down like you're suppose to, one dope decided to pull them out! During the winter my cover, (of course fell in) ripping up my patio even further causing thousands in damage. They said we'll fix it in the spring. Spring came and they and just pulled the cover off doing what I stated above. (nothing!) Further calls about a leak he pretended to fix on my light, got no call back. After he pretended to fix it and charge me, he told me to put the light back in the first time I went in the pool! Can you imagine!! He texted he was busy and didn't care we were adding water every day, costing a lot!! He was avoiding something he had no experience being able to fix and all the damage they caused by pulling out the stakes. He has an attitude and is a lot of talk. Says he can do it but really can't. I should have read real reviews on Yahoo etc. One of the workers told me how he puts the reviews to get customers. This is true because I saw his picture on a review. I guess you can't trust anything but seeing for yourself. We are seniors and he took complete advantage and left us hanging with severe damage. I will be taking legal action. Once we placed the order, Nancy scheduled our delivery which was actually scheduled around the site prep we were finishing. On delivery day, three gentlemen arrived to unload and set up the tub in the location we had prepared. Delivery and setup were top notch as well. Our experience with Nancy and the rest of the team at St Cyr was A+++! We cannot recommend St. Cyr enough if you're looking to purchase a new hot tub.

We purchased a hot tub through St. Cyr and at just under one year the tub started losing water. We…read morerequested service under warranty, and it turned out that the seams had failed in one of the seat modules. The seat module was under warranty, but they still charged us $129 for this. Apparently they will charge a fee for any warranty work after six months. It's pretty outrageous. Just over a year later, the replacement seat module failed. We asked them to replace it. It took numerous tries to get them to actually come out to do the new replacement, and at no time in the process did they ever quote a price. They ended up charging us over $600 for this second replacement. I do not recommend dealing with St. Cyr. Their communication has been consistently awful, and they gouge on price.
