Nancy was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions to make sure we were choosing the tub that was right for us. She also covered all setup and maintenance requirements. Once we placed the order, Nancy scheduled our delivery which was actually scheduled around the site prep we were finishing. On delivery day, three gentlemen arrived to unload and set up the tub in the location we had prepared. Delivery and setup were top notch as well. Our experience with Nancy and the rest of the team at St Cyr was A+++! We cannot recommend St. Cyr enough if you're looking to purchase a new hot tub.

We…read morerequested service under warranty, and it turned out that the seams had failed in one of the seat modules. The seat module was under warranty, but they still charged us $129 for this. Apparently they will charge a fee for any warranty work after six months. It's pretty outrageous. Just over a year later, the replacement seat module failed. We asked them to replace it. It took numerous tries to get them to actually come out to do the new replacement, and at no time in the process did they ever quote a price. They ended up charging us over $600 for this second replacement. I do not recommend dealing with St. Cyr. Their communication has been consistently awful, and they gouge on price.

I also paid for a customized cover for the pool, but the owner kept giving me different excuses and repeatedly told me, "next week," just like he did about the pool. I also paid for in-ground outlets, which he insisted would be done at the end of the job, but he later claimed that the electrician couldn't do it because the inspection had already been completed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The owner will say one thing today and deny it later. Please be cautious if you consider hiring them.
