E-Z Test Pools/D&P Pools installed a fiberglass pool in my backyard…read more I cannot say enough good things about this company. I started my research on in ground pools 3+ years ago and E-Z Test Pools/D&P Pools exceeded my expectations. Everyone was beyond professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable about the industry. Matt, Rick and the team answered all and any questions I had in a very timely manner (and there were A LOT!). There was (and is) a lot of uncertainty in the pool industry now with so many supply issues and E-Z Test Pools/D&P Pools was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. Picture is of our pool this spring (2022), before the patio was installed.

My pool was never clear in the whole 6 weeks and the unit started leaking badly last week. I was done. Brought my water sample to Budget, was helped by Mike who spent quite a while explaining the chemicals I would need to switch to chlorine sanitizing. Got all the chemicals I need for a reasonable price. Came home followed Mikes' instructions and presto-5 hours later my pool is clear!!!! I am so very grateful. I have had St Cyr's close and winterize my pool the last few years. I open my pool myself, but I…read morepay to close it to ensure that it is properly winterized by professionals. I took the cover off my pool this weekend and was shocked to see one of my jets was left unplugged by St Cyr's. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at St Cyr's until yesterday (Monday). I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.

They were the only ones who suggested a pressure test of my lines to diagnose them. THE ONLY ONE! MacLachlan was able to provide a reasonable price quote for the line repairs and pool liner replacement. Jim and his crew turned around the long dormant inground "Frog" pool in to a beautiful back yard oasis. I would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone I know, or in this case on Yelp to consumers at large. Do your self a favor and call these guys to include them on your bidding process.

New England Spas and Hot Tubs…read more NE Spas had an incredibly knowledgeable service department that went over and above to support a buyer who didn't acquire the highest end tub AND lives on a island! This issue arose because I chose to plug in my tub (how hard could it be) because hiring an electrician to come to an island by boat is difficult. Turns out, an electrician would have known to clamp the main power cord. Pulling on it over time ended up shorting out the circuit board. That's when the fun began. NESpas made sure to order the right replacement board, put me on a group chat and walked me through the installation. I clamped the power cord and it's operated flawlessly ever since. Don't go anywhere else!

Careless installers…read more After the technicians came out to fix my Andersen windows, I emailed Missy Corelle detailing the issues. I waited five days with no response or call back, even though I confirmed the email was opened. Their complete lack of follow-up is unacceptable, and I will not recommend this company to anyone. Below is the email that I sent: "Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with the window installation service on July 29, 2025. Unfortunately, it was far from positive. First, I found both installers to be careless. The younger installer literally ripped the valance off the blind and broke both brackets. It didn't appear that he examined how they were mounted before removing them. If he had been unsure, he could have asked me for help--I've removed that valance several times myself without issue. Not only did he break both plastic brackets, but he also never informed me. Instead, he jury-rigged it so it appeared intact. I discovered the damage when I tried to close the blind, and the valance fell. Secondly, the older installer dropped a hammer on my new end table, which we purchased just two weeks ago. I had placed a clear plexiglass top on it the previous weekend, which saved the table itself, but the plexiglass now has a dent. Again, this was never mentioned to me--I only noticed it after they had left. Both representatives appeared to be in a rush and did not treat my home or me with the respect that any customer deserves. It is important that I share this feedback so that you and your team can work towards creating a better customer experience for your future clients."
