I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. Contacted the company for a quote to fix our cool deck that had bubbled up and was starting to…read moreflake. It is very difficult to find a company that is even taking on small jobs at this point because everyone is so backlogged. Marc came out that day and looked at what needed to be done, he followed up with a quote within a day or so and the crew was out to fix the deck within a week. They redid 3 sections of our deck and it looks awesome. I am very happy with the work and will absolutely contact Marc for any future repairs or upgrades we make to the pool/deck. Only complaint is that we found a razor blade laying on the floor outside which could have been bad if my son had found it or if anyone stepped on it, but other than that I am very happy with the work completed.
