Called 45 minutes before they closed and Cesar was so kind and helpful. He explained I could bring in water to test which was so great to ensure I got the right chemicals for my new hot tub. Someone I spoke with told me that Leslie's is the absolute best company with knowledge about pools and spas. Boy was he right. When I called Leslie's I asked many questions. All were answered totally accurately. I asked for advice. The advice was perfect. I explained that I had been very badly ripped off by a spa repair guy. The advice was to get rid of the spa and get a new one. After months of anguish and being swindled, I was finally in a good place. I took the advice from Leslie to contact Hydro-Spa as they indicated they were the best. And, yes, they are. Hundreds less than all the other spa sellers I had spoken with. I purchased a gorgeous spa and will go to Leslie's for anything I need. I found Leslie's to be an honest, caring and professional company. My faith in humanity has been restored. Leslie's - thank you for making me smile again and ending my sleepless nights of worry. read more

Leslie's Pool Supplies - Hot Tub & Pool Near Me - Alhambra, California

Came in to this store because I was having trouble with algae in my pool and I had also recently let go of my pool guy right before these crazy winds !! However, The manager Cesar helped me step by step on what to do to cure my pool and also gave me some great tips on how to keep my pool nice and clean throughout the winter by myself. Overall great store lots of good products to keep your pool staying clean and ready to enjoy for the summer season! I will definitely be coming back ! read more

When I realized I was getting ripped off by pool guys, I decided to give it a go. I went to this Leslie's location and Robert and Cesar helped me get situated. They answered all my questions and would kindly test my water whenever I brought it in. I'm highly satisfied with the customer service and quality of products. Say NO to pool guys! Believe me, these guys made it so simple with their guidance and of course Leslie's products. A test kit, liquid chlorine and muriatic acid is all you need. Optional: chlorine tablets with floater (I highly recommend it so you use less liquid chlorine to save money in the end). I also recommend a Zodiac FX6. I started off with a cheap robo vacuum and while it did the job, it did it poorly. Get a quality robo vacuum from the get-go. read more

Kenji and Jose have great work ethic and gave us confidence in trusting the Leslie Pool brand. We thank their honesty and their "Don't quit, until it's done correctly" attitude. Gotta say the dudes at Leslies' Alhambra are on top of their game. The staff is always friendly, helpful and honest and treat me like family every time I step foot in this place (which has been often this summer!). Shoutout to Robert, the store manager, who has been my main contact this summer, always giving me good advice on how to treat issues with my pool and showing me how to use the Leslie's app to get discounts and coupons. Not only has Rob helped me out with everything I need, I've seen him work tirelessly with a great attitude with other customers, some of whom don't speak english. Instead of getting frustrated or impatient, Rob works as hard as possible to figure out what they need, their issues and how to help them in a friendly, honest manner. These guys are so friendly I honestly find myself wanting to stop in and spend money at the store just to chat them up about sports, cars and weekend plans. The store is immaculately clean everytime I walk in and everyone adheres to social distancing and mask-wearing. 5/5 for this location, if you need anything pool-related, don't go anywhere else, Rob & crew will take care of you. read more

I wish I could speak highly of the sales rep who helped me. He seems nice enough and professional, however he obviously did not know much about connections to pools. I told him I just bought an above ground pool by best way. I explained that it was 16 x 10 x 42 oval. I was there to buy a vacuum for my above ground pool he asked me how big the pool was and how big the connections were. I gave him the information on the pool but didn't know the connections size. He probably could've looked it up but instead he just sold me a very long hose the vacuum head and a pole. In case you haven't guessed, The hose did not fit my pool connection and I don't have an adapter. So I have to either go back and see if they have an adapter or order one online. read more

Robert and Caesar have both helped us out at this store. Robert is very knowledgeable, clever, and I would consider him an expert. He has real world knowledge. I am thankful when he is there when we stop by. He really needs to start his own business or get some you-tube videos out there to help people with their pool needs. Caesar was wonderful as well! He was also clever and both guys were relaxed and easy going, no pressure, just honest help. Leslie's Pool Supplies - Very helpful staff - Hot Tub & Pool Near Me - Alhambra, California

Leslie's saved our pool from an entire pool replacement by testing our pool and spa free of charge and recommending the chemicals needed to clean up the pool. The biggest factor was that our pool used to be a salt pool but has been transitioned into a chlorine pool. Unbeknownst to us, there was still a significant amount of salt in the pool and just doing a partial drain really saved our pool! read more

Friendly and knowledgeable service. Any time I've gone in they are helpful and informative.

Came in for some advice on how to treat our pool, kinda feeling overwhelmed, our pool guy of 18 years retired...... Robert At Leslie was VERY informative as to how to tackle our new challenge. I don't think we will hire a new pool guy as my teenage son will begin the task of Caring and maintaining our pool with the help And advice of Leslie. I had not idea Leslie offered such knowledgeable staffers, thank you robert! read more

First, I thought my pool vacuum was broken due to low water pressure. After speaking to Robert with what I've done. I was missing my DE powder after my maintenance for my pool filter. After major struggles balancing our chemicals using the Clorox pool app for our above ground vinyl pool, we spoke with Rob at a Leslie's in Alhambra. Rob was patient and professional but more importantly, he knew what he was talking about. He encouraged us to bring in a water sample and listened to me explain what had happened so far. We decided to bring in a sample and left spending far less than what I was spending on the Clorox system. Rob gave us detailed instructions for how to safely handle our over-chlorinated pool. Just applied the first dose of our recommended chemicals and our chlorine levels are already back on track. In this day and age when the world is upside down, my kids can now safely swim and now I know who to call if something goes wrong. Rob from Leslie's Pool supply saved our Covid-19 summer! read more
