For years, our outside drains were clogged, and I found myself setting up pumps during the storms to get the pools of water away from our home. Every year, I would tell myself that I would get the drains cleared. Before the rains came this past winter, I hired a company to hydro jet the pipes. They tried to clear the drains, but because they were so clogged, their equipment failed. Again, I was setting up the pumps during the rain storm. So, I researched and found Joel and Sons. I met Joel and he examined our front/back yards. He gave an excellent and fair estimate that would fix the drainage problems. Throughought the entire project, Joel sent videos of the work being performed. He and the crew went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn't have any future issues. I visited Sunburst Decorative Rock in Irwindale right off the 605 freeway for the first time…read morerecently. I was working on a gardening project and really needed some specific white medium sized rocks. I had already checked out Home Depot and Lowe's but their prices were way too high for what I wanted. The people working there were so nice and helpful. They did not try to upsell me or make me spend more money than I had. In fact they did the opposite and helped me find something that was very economical for my budget. The place is impressive because they have a huge yard filled with all kinds of different rocks. They have everything from volcanic rocks to ones that look like they belong in Red Rock. They also have huge piles where you can haul rocks away in a truck for larger projects. I could not believe that they even sell giant boulders there. This is definitely my new favorite place for any rock or gardening projects. Fast forward after the job was done and court appearance for shoddy work, I had to hire someone else to come in and fix what they had done. Plants that they installed died within months of being put in the ground. Landscape professional that I hired to fix their problems told me "you get what you pay for" I spent another $15000 fixing what they did and what I was promised by the husband Couldn't be more true....avoid avoid avoid....You would have better luck doing it yourself with half the cost and headaches... Before my dad used to take care of the yard and now he can't. Jaime showed up right when he said he would, listened to exactly what I wanted, and the two of them got straight to work. I do enjoy knowing there's restaurants, grocery market, and other stores within walking distance to spend the time waiting for charging to complete. Baskin Robbin's is right next door for a quick ice cream stop. The north gate market is a few minutes walking for groceries, deli foods, and baked goods. There's a donut shop, Piara pizza, KFC, Carls Jr, Tacobell, Indian restaurant (was closed when we went), TC bakery, and Chinese deli. For nonfood stores there's a smoke shop and "dollar" store as well. Warning for late nighttime charging: At around 11:45pm, last year before Yelp made this searchable, me and another car were charging and suddenly a car pulled up blocking our way from moving forward. Someone came out to walk around and seemed to just take a look at the charging stations. But he went back into the car and they didn't move. The car stayed and it was just strange they're right in front of our cars. Good thing I still had time in my charging before idle fees would occur, they didn't leave until a police car came by the plaza but the police were actually on their way to a store in the plaza where more police cars arrived. Just a warning, probably only charge here in the daytime when everyone is around and places are open just to be safe.

There are 20 stalls with V3 chargers which support up to 250 kWh. These are not magic dock fitted. This location is convenient if you want a place to charge somewhat near the freeway. There are no direct amenities (like restrooms or shade) for the superchargers but you can visit any of the nearby chain restaurants for food and potentially ask to use the restroom.
