As a…read moreconstruction and design professional, I had to source materials and design several bathrooms -- selecting tile, coordinating ground colors, finishes, and all the necessary materials. Oscar truly went above and beyond. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to help me choose everything I needed and made sure the materials coordinated perfectly. His customer service and attention to detail made a big difference. We did experience a hiccup with one of the cashiers, which caused a significant inconvenience. However, Seaan stepped in immediately, handled the situation professionally, and provided the appropriate credits. He took care of business exactly the way a strong manager should -- fair, solution-oriented, and respectful. Because of how they handled everything, I will absolutely continue giving them our business. Great customer service and true professionalism go a long way. Highly recommend this team!

I would suggest parking on E. Live Oak St, rather than on San Gabriel. Besides the fact that San…read moreGabriel is a super busy street that backs up with traffic, if you decide to buy a bigger item that needs to be picked up from their back warehouse, you have easier access to get in, instead of circling your car around the block. The prices here, in-person can be better and even more discounted than on their website, depending on what inventory they need to clear out. There are lots of chairs, like office chairs, gaming chairs, dining chairs, bar stools, that you can get for a really, really, REALLY good price. I'm not gonna say they're the best quality, but I think it's perfect if you need to quickly furnish a place on a budget, ie - a college student needing a desk, chair, etc for a dorm or an apartment. I would say, try sitting on the stuff in store before you buy to test it's durable enough for your usage. You have to imagine that stuff this cheap is built as mail-order stuff for skinny Asians. I picked up a side table that's lasted the better part of a year, so far. I was SUPER tempted to get a fluffy cat tree for $20. Some cool selection of outdoor furniture. And even some random household things, like a clothes steamer. The thing is, I get the sense that their inventory is rather randomized. But I think you'll find some cool deals or something useful for a bargain if you take stroll and walk around. Their pricing puts a lot of other "outlet" warehouse furniture stores to shame.

TL;DR: Cheap quality stuff at low prices…read more Saw this place advertised on some social media video and it's kind of close by and we were looking for outdoor furniture so we decided to go take a look. The room is pretty big so thought there was going to be a lot of good stuff. Looking around the place it became quickly apparent that this stuff is really just overstock stuff. Sitting in the chairs and feeling the fabric of the furniture you can tell the quality is somewhat lower which is reflected in the prices. After walking around for a few minutes we decided to leave. The prices are good but the stuff just seems disposable. Like you just replace them every year. We just didn't find anything worthwhile and the social media post was obviously an exaggeration and just had to pass. Only go if you want low prices over quality. But we had to pass.

The staff are always welcoming and always smile when they see my dogs! Their stuff is well organized and kept. Good selection of things as well. I like to look at their home decor section, pet section, and sometimes adult clothing on the TJMaxx side. Compared to other locations, I find that this one has the best selection of things and I almost always find a hidden treasure. There can be a line during weekends especially near the holidays but nothing too crazy compared to some other locations and the cashiers are fast!

This is my neighborhood HomeGoods store. TBH, I come here weekly due to the convenience, not…read morebecause they are the most organized or offer the best exceptional customer service. Pros for this location aside it being just minutes away from my house is its huge parking lot. Cons is their broken shopping carts. Not sure why but if you take the shopping cart outside, the wheels freezes up where you would need to lift up the cart to move it out of the middle of the parking lot. This happens every time and not just to me, but also those around me with shopping carts. It's extremely frustrating when you have bigger items in your cart and need to carry it to your car. Like most HomeGoods stores, it is directly connected to a TJ Maxx where you can find apparel and accessories for the whole family. I don't shop there so I just usually get what I need at HomeGoods and head straight to checkout. Overall, HomeGoods in general is one of my favorite retail store, because I love shopping for home decor and kitchen things. My favorite location is probably the store in Pasadena or Walnut. My obsession? Their $0.99 reusable bags - I literally have hundreds of them, because they seem to come out with different designs every week. My trunk is full of their bags but I still go in without them so I could buy new ones to add to my collection.

The problem when shopping for cabinets and tiles for home remodeling, is that there's such a wide…read morespectrum of places to choose, with often many having the same or similar items (some I imagine are all white label / private labeled from generic goods coming from the same manufacturer in China) at around the same prices, give or take a few cents or dollars. Make sure you look at your "all-in" costs of whether it includes delivery. If there's any upcharges based on geography (or if you live above a 1st floor residence). Does it include installation. Do they only accept cash, or can you pay with a credit card (a huge benefit for some to defer payment and earn bonus points). Is there a cash discount. Is there a discount for tying different purchases together as one big buy? It's always something shoppers are paranoid about when going to places that are not structured like Home Depot or Lowes. Usually, when encountering Asian, Latin and Middle Eastern vendors, it feels like prices are negotiable, and they often are. So, you always have the seeds of doubt on whether you got a good deal, the best deal or over-charged. You'll drive yourself crazy trying to optimize the pennies and even dollars. That's where you have to do your own research, and also figure out what your budget is. Also, it doesn't hurt to ask negotiation themed questions, the worst they can say is "no" So, the other aspect, a sometimes overlooked x-factor, is the integrity of the company and vibe you get from the staff on whether they'll provide you with good solid customer service. Too often, people will tell you what you want to hear and even stretch the truth to you in the name of the sale, but once they have your money, the relationship can quickly turn adversarial if you encounter any problems with the product or service. Use your gut intuition. First off, if you feel the least bit comfortable with the staff, and that's when they should be at their best, trying to earn the business and close the sale, then you know it's going to be downhill from there if you commit and encounter any issues. I'll say this, the guy here, ANDREW was very welcoming, friendly and polite as well as helpful. I'd have to rank him high on his disposition and presentation, as well as lacking any hard core sales tactics to try to coerce a sale with any high pressure. For that reason, I'd say visit Cabinet King and talk to Andrew, you'll get instilled with confidence and a good sense of endurance of customer care.

Shabby chic furniture, plus when I was there she was talking to a lady that brought in shelves to have painted for a small price! I would of gave it 5 stars but the parking is crazy at certain times you can't find a spot to park, but besides that I don't know any other place like this to get things personilezed or cheap like hers. Anyways cool little place to check out intead of the mall for a quick gift! Happy shopping!
