I want to specifically recognize Oscar and the store manager, Seaan, at Floor & Decor. As a…read moreconstruction and design professional, I had to source materials and design several bathrooms -- selecting tile, coordinating ground colors, finishes, and all the necessary materials. Oscar truly went above and beyond. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to help me choose everything I needed and made sure the materials coordinated perfectly. His customer service and attention to detail made a big difference. We did experience a hiccup with one of the cashiers, which caused a significant inconvenience. However, Seaan stepped in immediately, handled the situation professionally, and provided the appropriate credits. He took care of business exactly the way a strong manager should -- fair, solution-oriented, and respectful. Because of how they handled everything, I will absolutely continue giving them our business. Great customer service and true professionalism go a long way. Highly recommend this team!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced…read more Before I paid, the salesperson specifically warned me that tiles from different production batches would have different colors. Because of that, I made it crystal clear that I wanted ALL of my tiles from the SAME batch. I was promised that would not be a problem. After my contractor finished installing and cleaning the floor, we immediately noticed an obvious color difference across the floor. At first glance it may not be obvious, but once you see it, you can't unsee it. A brand-new floor should NEVER look like this. I checked every box myself and discovered that about two-thirds of my order was Batch 1M21, while the rest was Batch 1M35. The store literally mixed two different batches together after promising they wouldn't. The most outrageous part? The correct batch (1M35) is NOT out of stock. They still have more than 140 pieces available. They simply gave me the wrong batch. When I went back to the store expecting them to fix THEIR mistake, the manager refused to take any responsibility. Instead, he told me I had to: * Buy replacement tiles again with only a 20% discount * Pay the transfer fee * Pay the shipping costs * Pay any other related expenses * Contact corporate myself Are you serious? If you truly believe your store did nothing wrong, why offer me a 20% discount in the first place? That tells me you know a mistake was made--you just don't want to take responsibility for it. I paid for matching tiles because your employee promised matching tiles. Your store mixed the batches, not me. Yet somehow I'm expected to pay thousands more to fix YOUR mistake? That is beyond unacceptable. Now I'm left with a brand-new floor that has visible color variation throughout my home because of the store's negligence. Replacing it would mean tearing out a newly installed floor, buying new materials, and paying labor all over again--simply because the store failed to provide what they promised. I would never recommend buying tile from this store. If they make a mistake, don't expect them to stand behind their product or take responsibility. Save yourself the stress, time, and money, and shop somewhere else.

Pros for this location aside it being just minutes away from my house is its huge parking lot. Cons is their broken shopping carts. Not sure why but if you take the shopping cart outside, the wheels freezes up where you would need to lift up the cart to move it out of the middle of the parking lot. This happens every time and not just to me, but also those around me with shopping carts. It's extremely frustrating when you have bigger items in your cart and need to carry it to your car. Like most HomeGoods stores, it is directly connected to a TJ Maxx where you can find apparel and accessories for the whole family. I don't shop there so I just usually get what I need at HomeGoods and head straight to checkout. Overall, HomeGoods in general is one of my favorite retail store, because I love shopping for home decor and kitchen things. My favorite location is probably the store in Pasadena or Walnut. My obsession? Their $0.99 reusable bags - I literally have hundreds of them, because they seem to come out with different designs every week. My trunk is full of their bags but I still go in without them so I could buy new ones to add to my collection.

The problem when shopping for cabinets and tiles for home remodeling, is that there's such a wide…read morespectrum of places to choose, with often many having the same or similar items (some I imagine are all white label / private labeled from generic goods coming from the same manufacturer in China) at around the same prices, give or take a few cents or dollars. Make sure you look at your "all-in" costs of whether it includes delivery. If there's any upcharges based on geography (or if you live above a 1st floor residence). Does it include installation. Do they only accept cash, or can you pay with a credit card (a huge benefit for some to defer payment and earn bonus points). Is there a cash discount. Is there a discount for tying different purchases together as one big buy? It's always something shoppers are paranoid about when going to places that are not structured like Home Depot or Lowes. Usually, when encountering Asian, Latin and Middle Eastern vendors, it feels like prices are negotiable, and they often are. So, you always have the seeds of doubt on whether you got a good deal, the best deal or over-charged. You'll drive yourself crazy trying to optimize the pennies and even dollars. That's where you have to do your own research, and also figure out what your budget is. Also, it doesn't hurt to ask negotiation themed questions, the worst they can say is "no" So, the other aspect, a sometimes overlooked x-factor, is the integrity of the company and vibe you get from the staff on whether they'll provide you with good solid customer service. Too often, people will tell you what you want to hear and even stretch the truth to you in the name of the sale, but once they have your money, the relationship can quickly turn adversarial if you encounter any problems with the product or service. Use your gut intuition. First off, if you feel the least bit comfortable with the staff, and that's when they should be at their best, trying to earn the business and close the sale, then you know it's going to be downhill from there if you commit and encounter any issues. I'll say this, the guy here, ANDREW was very welcoming, friendly and polite as well as helpful. I'd have to rank him high on his disposition and presentation, as well as lacking any hard core sales tactics to try to coerce a sale with any high pressure. For that reason, I'd say visit Cabinet King and talk to Andrew, you'll get instilled with confidence and a good sense of endurance of customer care.

Like yard stakes for different holidays, kitchen decor-cat and dog items for animal lovers- tea pots and china dishes. Shabby chic furniture, plus when I was there she was talking to a lady that brought in shelves to have painted for a small price! Really nice person who owns it, she talks to everyone like family every time I come in she remembers me and is very warm. I would recomend you come in afternoon. The hours are 10:30-6:30 but she's usually there at 11:00 or so. I would of gave it 5 stars but the parking is crazy at certain times you can't find a spot to park, but besides that I don't know any other place like this to get things personilezed or cheap like hers. Anyways cool little place to check out intead of the mall for a quick gift! Happy shopping!
