This restaurant is ok rating in Paris. We are here because of local recommendation. They also serve escargot. The restaurant is expensive during dinner. We chose to come to lunch special. The menu includes soup with entree. The soup is is butter squash and carrot base. It is a bit sweet. The soup is delicious. The entrée is the cod steak. The cod steak is well pan stirring. It is place green base mash. It is sauce with aioli green sauce. It is also delicious. The presentation of the food is pleasant. The service is just ok. Food come out in the right timing.

Came here on Oct 7, I ordered a formule €40 for an entree (appetizer), a plat and dessert. My appetizer was oeuf Bio Mollet, Fondue de Poireaux & Chips de Lard. It had half boiled egg on top of pale green vegetable that was salty. The bacon topping was burnt. My main plate is Magret de Canard Rôti aux Fruits Secs, Mousseline de Patate Douce (pictured). I asked the server what is the recommendation on how it's cooked. He said medium which I was amenable but then he later said "mais, for you maybe medium well". I had forgotten how the temperatures are and completely trusted him. But alas. I should have not. He thought that I would not like it rare but he doesn't know I have eaten medium duck before. Anyway, it was a little tough and I did not think that the mashed sweet potato melded with the duck nor the red onion. It is so disparate even just in sight. And finally the crème brûlée. The saving grace! First of all the size is humongous! Nothing like the dish size of when they serve it up in the US. I thought I had taken a picture but I must have been lulled before I could. It was heavenly!

Came here twice during my most recent Paris trip and the first time was excellent everything-food and service. I use a cane and they even made a special accommodation, so I didn't have to hike up the stairs to use the public restroom. Food was excellent both time with the foie gras being absolutely delicious and the escargot and potatoes being so tender and perfectly seasoned. The only complaint I have is my waiter the second time was less than friendly, but no points marked off because that is more what I would expect attitude wise in Paris. Definitely recommend this place!

Love this sea bass, creamy tarragon sauce, tender green beans.

Welcoming environment with jazz playing in the background (piped in and not loud), smiling friendly servers, free really good green olives and peanuts with your drink. Delicious reasonably-priced food (almost all under €30 for protein and veggies etc.), comfortable red leather chairs, Parisian view with most chairs facing out enjoying an active street view through the wall of windows (open in nice weather), good cocktails and wines by the glass. Open all day everyday (I think, be sure to confirm). Great option for an early dinner (before many open at 7:00). Embarrassing to admit how often I've returned. Alex and Cliff gave me their names, all have made this my go-to place. That and the sea bass and green beans with extra sauce.

I love this place! No matter how busy they are, you will be taken care of. Sitting outside is as charming as sitting inside. Their stuff is very polite and accommodating. The food is consistently good. We've dined here many times before. Last night we had chicken special with vegetables and salmon. Amazing! It's fresh, tasty and the plates look beautiful. The restaurant is trendy, cozy and in a great location. Looking forward to coming back here.

This restaurant is absolutely lovely. My waiter, Matthieu, was wonderful- made it a great experience. Highly recommend!

This restaurant in St. Germaine was fabulous. From the moment we walked in we were greeted so nicely. The atmosphere is great. All local patrons. Karina our waitress was excellent and recommended two delicious dishes. We ate every bite of the duck medallions with Morrell sauce and cod with coconut curry sauce. Don't leave Paris without dining here!

I don't speak French but they were super sweet at helping me out . The French onion soupe is what I ordered . I had been walking all afternoon and desired a snack . This was a perfect atmosphere and the lighting was relaxing for my eyes . I would recommend this spot while walking Odéon neighborhood.

    French Onion soup!

This my place to go after I land on Sunday morning . Great bistrot atmosphère. I recommend their French onion soup! Very tasty great croutons and lots of cheese gratiné. Sit outside and admire the people..

    Escargot ...delicious!

So the little red door has a cute red door but the bouncer lets you in through another door (novelty observed haha). The man takes your jacket and umbrella (what a gentleman!) and sat us on the second floor. While the space between the couch and the seats were rather small, we were able to manage. I got the permaculture and resilience. The resilience is a club favorite and my favorite too! The way the sorghum, pineapple sage (syrup), pasquet cognac, and savanna rum all tied together was a blessing. I was going to get a third but I was tipsy by my second drink. My first drink was the permaculture and while I was considered it would be strong, it didn't seem strong to me. I love clarified dairy in alcohol so this was a win in my book. It consists of chestnut, butter, wakaze umeshu, avallen Calvados. The bar let's you stay for an hour but if you sit elsewhere, you can stay as long as you want. 5 stars and I hope to come back someday!

As expected the service was flawless. Immediately upon being seated, a young lady brought us olives and mix nuts in a divided dish. The waiter soon followed to take our initial order. Pro tip- They open at 5 pm so get there 10-15 minutes before to stand in line. We got there at 4:45 and there were several people ahead of us.
