She recommended the lavender pedicure which comes with all the things, hot towel, hot stone, paraffin wax, scrub, massage, etc.. and then we added the an additional massage to the neck, back and arms.. my manicure was also great! I did the dip! Love the color and overall experience was great tho it did chip after a few days.. I'm going to give them a call when back in town and I feel confident that they will get it taken care of for me. They also have drinks of your choice. Overall Super relaxing experience:)

We agreed on the length she cut them to and then she chopped the sides way down. As she filed they kept getting shorter and shorter. I told her twice they were two short. She ignored me. I then told her they were the shortest nails I've ever had. She did not care. At payment the manager asked how my experience was. I said I was ignored and the nails were much shorter than I had asked for. She said Oh and processed my payment. Never had to do a charge back in my life but will be for this. Also was charged for length lmao... She took almond literally. Looks like tiny nuts on my damn fingers.

When I called to make an appointment I explained what I wanted and asked the price since I've been unpleasantly surprised recently. Kelly did an INCREDIBLE job, this is honestly the happiest I've ever been with my nails!! Another woman worked on my cuticles and they've never been so picture perfect. I felt like both women treated my nails the way they'd treat their own. They even did a lovely arm and upper back massage. I requested a look that needed two colors of dip so it took a bit longer than I expected but came out perfectly. Kelly knows her stuff! And guess what- two hours of work by two-ish people, a nice surprise massage and EXACTLY what I wanted was EXACTLY what I was quoted when I called to make the appointment. I'm blown away and grateful to have finally found an amazing business to patronize. I don't have enough great things to share, I could go on. 10/10 recommend

I really tried to like this place, especially because it's the closest nail salon to me, but after…read moregoing here for almost two years, I can't justify it anymore. They overcharge for everything--shape, length (even when nails are short), tips--every little detail adds up, and they don't even provide a receipt. For the price, the quality and service should be much better. The quality of the nails is consistently poor. My nails are often uneven, crooked, and all look completely different. When I point it out and ask for fixes, they act like it's my fault and get visibly upset. I've even had to ask for something as basic as an extra top coat because the first one looked almost matte. The service is careless and rushed. They frequently switch nail techs mid-appointment, which happened to me recently--one person started my nails and did half, then another took over and clearly did not want to be there. I originally asked for chrome over white, but by the time we got to that step, I was so uncomfortable with the experience that when she asked if I still wanted it, I said no just so I could leave. One of the worst experiences I've had here was when a male tech stopped doing my nails halfway through because he was upset I came in about an hour and a half before closing. He complained to me the entire time. I was very apologetic because I understand that can be frustrating, but I work full-time and that was the only time I had. For how expensive their services are, I expected to feel like a valued customer--not an inconvenience. While I have built good relationships with a few people here (and there are about three I've liked, including one who has never actually done my nails), that doesn't make up for the overall experience. The manicure staff is noticeably less friendly, while the people who do pedicures are nicer. My toes are usually fine, but even then, they rush through services and spend part of the "massage time" cleaning instead of actually providing the service. I recently paid $70 for a "Long" set of dipped nails that were just basic white with zero design or detail. These nails are only about half a centimeter to a centimeter past my natural nail, so calling them "long" feels misleading. I will be attaching photos of this set in the review. What makes this most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability or care. I wouldn't be this upset if anyone had shown concern about how unhappy I was, but there was zero effort to fix the situation or make it right. At this point, it feels like a waste of money. Honestly, I could have done a better job myself. I truly wanted to love this place, but after multiple bad experiences, I can't recommend it, and honestly, I'd avoid it at all costs.

I went to get a pedicure a week and a half ago and believe me, I will never return! The man who…read moregave me my pedicure wounded my fourth toe on my right foot and it did bleed! I don't know what he did but it really hurt. He also asked me if I wanted the dead skin removed from the bottom of my feet and, if so, it would be another $7.00! WTH?!? Excuse me, but thought that always came with a pedicure! I'm mad at myself that I did pay the $42 total, which I should not have done! Therefore, I'm posting this review now to spare someone else the potential agony. O yes, when I left, I was waiting for a friend walked around outside a little bit after my pedi, and looked down at my right foot, and sure enough, it was bleeding again! I went back in to the salon and requested a Band-Aid. Loudly. For all to hear. And get this- when it happened he actually blamed -his negligence- on the anatomy of my foot! No joke! They didn't even try to make it right. He hardly said anything when it happened or afterward. I was charged full price and they didn't even offer me a free visit next time. They did nothing. Very rude and most UNprofessional. My advice? Go somewhere else!

I am updating my review: My best friend and I visited this salon while in downtown Dallas, and…read moreoverall, it was a decent experience--but there were a few things that left us disappointed. The staff was very welcoming, and we appreciated that they told us the pricing upfront--no surprises there. The drinks were a nice touch, and the salon had a friendly and clean atmosphere. My nail tech was very kind and clearly a perfectionist. She did get a little frustrated when I moved my hand, but I could tell it came from wanting everything to be just right, which I appreciated. At one point, I told her I felt a burning sensation on one of my nails, and she immediately applied a calming spray, which helped. Unfortunately, my best friend didn't receive the same level of care. During her appointment, she mentioned that her nails felt hot while the acrylic was being applied. Her tech said that happens sometimes, which we understand, as it's not unusual. But several hours later, my friend's nails are still hurting her, and she was not offered anything to soothe the discomfort, unlike I was. It feels like her concerns weren't really addressed in the moment. Additionally, she asked for a tapered square shape, but the tech told her she should ask for coffin nails next time. We know what a tapered square looks like, so that exchange felt unnecessarily dismissive. Another reason for the rating drop is that we were charged for "length"--but we both got fairly short nails. We even posted photos because it's unclear where that extra charge came from. I'm not expecting a refund, and I understand that a salon in downtown Dallas will likely cost more, but with higher pricing should come a more consistent quality of service. While parts of the experience were positive, the discomfort my friend is still dealing with, along with the shape miscommunication and unclear pricing, made this visit fall short of expectations.

It's a shame to have to write this, but I've given Kailey a couple tries with no improvement. So…read moremany things about this place are great, however, the level of professionalism is lacking. After months of overall good experiences at this nail spa, I had one technician who was very rough, in all the ways. Grabbed my ankle too roughly, pushed too hard on the massage, cut the nails too cavalierly while holding a death grip on my foot. I told him once that it was painful. He changed not at all. I mentioned to Kailey that I didn't want that particular technician again and why. She told me she'd take note of it. The next time I went there (with a friend) she told me she remembered that I needed a "delicate touch," which I don't. Just a normal touch would be fine. She gave my friend the rough guy. My friend audibly gasped when he grabbed her ankle. Okayyyy, so it's not just me. Later I was talking about this experience to another friend and before I described the tech in question, she was able to do so. She knew exactly who he was, be cause she had had the same experience. Finally, this very last time I went there, Kailey joked with my friend that I was late (I was exactly on time), and then she AGAIN told my tech that I really needed a delicate touch. I said "Nope. Just normal, please. Been getting pedicures for 30 years and only ever complained about one tech." After the pedicure, while my friend payed her bill, I went to the restroom. While I was in there, Kailey told my friend "And now we wait for the Queen." Ok, game over. I don't like my spa services with a side of passive aggression. I'll take my business elsewhere.
