LEM-US is not professional. The owner is extremely rude and screamed at me in my own home just for asking clarifying questions. They then created a false report for insurance that costs us thousands of dollars. Not to mention, they did not finish the requested service and reported assumptions without facts/finishing the assessment. Do not recommend. read more

They'll come to "fix your pool" by patching up holes in the wrong areas then try to sell you a new liner. They came a total of 3 times to patch up holes and we are out $450 to do so. Holes were still in the pool. Found another company that found the holes in an entirely different area of the pool. They were patched and confirmed a new liner wasn't needed. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Terrible service. Terrible people, Zero Customer service. Paid $560 for a pool opening and a vacuum. They came out on 05/29/24 as scheduled. First problem was their vaccuum was broken. they promised to come back the following day, failed, and came back 2days later. After completion pool was still murky/dark. Called the office, and they insisted their guys had vaccuumed for 30mins. Pulled my surveillance video and showed them vacuuming for less than 4mins. Emailed the operations manager (Mariam Del toro) with proof, and they claimed my pool was murky and needed multiple services to clear. Mind you, i have done single service clean in the past and never seen my pool such poor state. Other problems i noted: A) They did not replace all the bolts and rubber screens in my pump/skimmer area. B) Flange on the steps were not installed properly, or they didn't know what to do. First and last time i will use these scammers. Do your self a favor, avoid them at all costs. Not worth the headache. read more

After waiting for a repair for over two months with limited to no communication from the store, I was returned the unit when it was in fact unrepaired- despite the implication the repair was completed. Had a very bad experience with this company. Bought a house with a pool, and asked them to come close it, and walk me through a bit about pool ownership. They assured me they would let me know when they were coming so I could be sure to be home. I got an email at 6 am saying they were coming that day (I was not at the house, I was out of state) and when I called around 930 to tell them I wasn't there, they said it was already done. When I got to the house, it had been only a few days, and the cover was already half in the pool...because they didn't put any clips on it. The office manager said they have them in the truck, I could have bought some while he was there, which I would have done if I had been home as requested. But also like...why didn't they just put them on and bill me? Or call me to get permission? Then they told me I needed a cover pump. I said I was pretty sure there was a cover pump in the shed where they got the cover. Office manager said if there had been a cover pump, they would have installed it. So I went in the shed and sent her a picture of the cover pump sitting on the shelf. So fine, I said can you come back and fix it? Put clips on, install the cover pump, and answer some basic questions for me like they assured me they would do in the first place. They said it would be $99 for a service call. $99 to fix the garbage job they did in the first place. Wouldn't budge on it. So that $99 was apparently worth a 30+ year contract with us. Anyway. I cancelled my service after I had an interaction on the phone with the owner Wilfredo. My pool had a tiny hole..and I asked if they had a patch so I didn't have to change the whole liner. I brought it to his attention that maybe it could've been the vacuum they use, because it also had a drag mark by that tiny hole. And if it wasn't. Then FINEEE!!!! The reason is because my pool isn't a year old yet, and no one goes in there barely. ANYWAYS, FIRST OFF, I'M SPANISH, BUT HIS ENGLISH WAS TERRIBLE. So I started to speak to him in Spanish. This man wouldn't let anyone speak unless he spoke first. Unfortunately, his Spanish was horrible too. I couldn't understand most of the words he was saying. He was so agitated for no reason at ALLL, He told me he had 500 customers, and he didn't need me as one!! Well Mr. owner, keep treating your customers like shit, and you won't have any.. Stay off the phone and don't talk to any one of your customers, cause I see you losing them ALL if you keep acting like a jerk everytime someone calls to ask a question! Anyways, I got real upset and my husband took over the phone and the owner hung up! My husband called back up and his employee answered. But he would not get back on the phone.. so I guess from the looks on your reviews. You prefer to yell at women. Well, good riddens. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS POOL SERVICE AT ALL.. Agree with Madeline's experience with the owner. He's constantly talking over you, to the point you feel rushed and not heard at all. Always the same 3 classic lines. Quality, lots of customers, very busy. Not sure if that's him being tone deaf to women. It's why I work more with the staff and avoid him if I can. The place is great for routine service. The owner is involved for anything outside of that so that's when the experience goes down for me. read more
