I was told they would get back to me with the quote by the end of the week. Two weeks passed and heard nothing so I gave them a call they told me oh yes, by the end of the day tomorrow, still nothing. I called them two more times after this to remind them to send me the estimate, still nothing. I decided to use a different company since if this was any indication of how they work. I wanted to stay far away. Very unprofessional to just ghost a customer like that! If you couldn't do the work or didn't want to do the work then just say that! Don't string a customer along like an idiot and not even have the courtesy of sending over the estimate that was promised!
