They have no attention to detail and act inconvenienced if you tell them you need something changed or adjusted. Not to mention, they offer to use the "cheese grater" metal file, which is illegal! Very unsanitary and high risk for infection. There is definitely something fishy going on here, staff acts very odd. I'm really bummed I had to find a new spot as the One Daytona location was very convenient. I wish this place was like how it used to be!

Bao, the owner, is super nice and always accommodating if I have to change my appointment time and date occasionally. He has also done my pedicure several times - great job! My regular nail tech is Calista and she is great! She does a wonderful job (gently!!! So important to me after having been to other salons and suffering abrasions on my feet from rough treatment!!). My pedi always lasts at least a month and always looks amazing.

She saw my mom had a walker and she offered to put my mom in one of their chairs with wheels and wheeled her down the sidewalk to our car, which was parked in the handicap spot several spaces down. She even helped get her out of the chair and into my car. Service like that is rarely seen; Maya is beyond wonderful and we will continue to go there and ask for her :)

My nail tech Etianee was on point. I felt like I was talking to my favorite bar tender yet she never lost focus of doing a meticulously perfect job. Sterile use of tools and equipment, trimmed my cuticles gently and properly (because they still look perfect a week later!) made sure she got my approval of the shape she filed my nails, collaborated in my color choice and all! Love her! Overall vibe was energetic yet inviting and I was made to feel comfortable. I really liked the manager too because she was so passionate and engaged as if she were the owner. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The salon offered both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, and of course I had to try the strawberry daiquiri--it was VERY good! I was quickly introduced to Christina, who made me feel right at home, and seated for my pedicure. At the same time, I met John, my manicurist, who was just as warm and personable. Both Christina and John were highly professional and made me feel completely at ease, like I had known them for a long time. In short, I've found my go-to nail salon--Serenity! The equipment is old and coats of dust all over the seats. Look at the seats they sit on to work on you, covered in dust. Filthy. Horribly managed.
