I'm so used to being in a packed salon where no one is speaking in English or to me and it's a very cut and dry experience, but he is also so personable and also just the most professional and skilled artist! I stopped here to get a gift card for a friend. After I purchased the gift card and paid for it…read moreon my credit card. The lady went back to get an envelope to put the gift card in. She took the gift card with her to the back. When she came back, she handed me an empty envelope. I told her there was no gift card in the envelope. She claimed that it was in my pocketbook. She then searched my pocketbook and did not believe me that I didn't have the gift certificate. One of the other workers went to the back room where the envelopes were and discovered that that is where the gift certificate was. She had placed it back there when she went back to get the envelopes. I understand that mistakes happen, but there was no apology for the fact that she insinuated that I stole the gift card. I was so humiliated infront of the other customers. This was not good customer service.
