You can go to anyone at this salon and they will do a good job. Great color selection and everyone is kind. I would highly recommend this salon for a manicure or pedicure. It's clean and in a convenient location right by Target. read more

They are very rude here, often do not listen to requests. Most important, their safety and sanitary policies are subpar. They are not showing they are using cleaned tools between clients. One lady cut my cuticle very bad, it has been weeks and I still have an open wound. They did not offer me a discount, they were abrasive, rude and aggressive about their wrongdoing. This is not a safe space, for vibes or safety. read more

It's a good place for mani/pedicure services! The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the technicians did a great job! They have a big selection of scents for the pedicure and lots of colors to choose from. They also take CC. I would come back for services! read more

Jennifer is an excellent nail tech! And she remembers what I like every single time! Service is excellent as well! I broke a nail (accident hit it hard) and Jenn fixed it no charge! read more

Just moved to port orange and this was the first time going here. I'm always a little nervous to visit a brand new nail salon beside you never know what to expect! However, I was really impressed with this place, particularly my nail tech Jennifer! She did a great job! She made sure to check the length and shape of my fingers and was really nice when I asked her to shape my nail a little bit more for me. The color is 575 if anyone was wondering lol! read more

I was a loyal regular patron for roughly 3 years and had been overall pleased with the quality of my dipped manicure; however, over time I have noticed that they seem to be very understaffed for the amount of clientele they service. They are very rarely able to accept walk ins and often times have to rush through services. Even with appointments I still find myself waiting, and recently one of the staff was very argumentative about an error with my appointment time and had a very demeaning tone of which I didn't appreciate nor deserve as it was an error on their behalf. Not the best way to handle a long term paying and tipping customer so I won't be returning. read more

They are all amazing...Helen did amazing on my nails and pedi! Momma (sorry I didn't get your name) did amazing on my hubby's pedi (you made a believer out of him) and my full face wax! I love giving my money to good people and this "family" run salon is worth my money! We will be back!! Glitz and glamor nail dip ! 100% recommend read more

Vacation time at Daytona Beach means I miss my regular nail appointment but I lucked out and found a great one very close by. Classy Nails was close to Great Clips so my husband could get his shaggy hair cut while I got a rebase gel. The service was wonderful and the price was better than at home! Then we went next door to Panera for a great salad. What luck read more

I believe this place has a new owner because I did not have any problems that anyone else had. I got a manicure and a pedicure. I came in with my husband. Mike helped me and he was awesome. I've gone to other nail places and they've been not so friendly because I'm a guy and I guess mostly girls normally get manicures. But not mike, he was so great and friendly and made me feel at home. He did an awesome job on both the manicure and the pedicure. He took his time and made sure they were perfect. I will definitely be going back. read more

So me and my friend wanted to get our nails done and we heard some great reviews about this place. We come in and they are pretty packed so we decided to stay. I just needed a fill and my friend wanted a acrylic set. I go up first and it went pretty smoothly, except for the fact that the nail tech pushed my cuticle back with his own nail. NEVER in my life of getting my nails done has anyone ever done that. Then came my color, so my nail tech came switched with someone else. The french tip came out amazing. Once finished I got a complementary hand massage which was great. Then I went to check on my friend and the nails were horrid. They were shaped like claws and were unbelievably short. I confronted the lady about it and she cut them off and put foils on. By the end they were fixed, But i do not recommend going here. read more

I took my 13-year-old daughter to have her nails done here and it was the absolute worst job I have ever seen. I should have went online and read reviews because I would not have even gone here. Sophia is the one who did her nails. They are all uneven, three of her cuticles were bleeding Sophia applied glue to the cuts on her cuticles, we ask that the sides of her nail to be filed narrow instead they are very wide. I cannot speak for anyone else who works here but do not go to Sophia. I would normally never write a review like this but I am highly upset!! read more

Love Helen she does my nails beautifully, and I am picky! Everyone in shop is very friendly and helpful.

I went on a recommendation .... I had pink & whites... the very next day nails were lifting on the sides. Although I had an appointment, Lena rushed through my nail application , leaving dust on nails under the gel coat. The pedicure was done by another tech... who actually cut my toe... & scraped my heels to the point they were sore to walk on... will not go back there... read more

Looks are decieving. I live here in Port Orange Florida, and as every women I had a desire for a nice pedicure. Let me just say you get what you pay for. Yes, its cheap, $32.00 for a "deluxe" pedicure. What you will get. A person who doesn't speak english, AT ALL, and a massage that not only HURTS but when you tell them it hurts they don't do anything about it. Sure they trim your nails, but what you end up with is uneven, unfiled nails. They thin the polish out with remover so its clumpy and uneven on your nails. Lastly, I learned, that the "disposable" flip flops they give you to "dry" are used over and over again. Who knows whose feet have been in those things and for how long. I was not only discusted, but grossed out as well. I experienced COLD water rinse and when I expressed that to the women she said "NO ITS NOT COLD IT WARM". Ummm nope its ice cold lady. When I told her I had two different colors I wanted to try out before she polished them, she said; I LIKE THIS 1 and that is the one I got. I brought my 8 year old daughter for a "special" day and she was grabbed by this women, by her arm, and there is even a mark on her hand from her digging her nail in her arm. Either way, I will never attend a salon like this one ever again. I will now go to a salon that actually is own by someone other than Asian's. And I will pay the extra for CLEAN equiptment, for English speaking technicians. If you are visiting, please do not go here, please do not encourage this unsanitary conditions. read more

Horrible!!! She forced me into getting gel nails at a special price of $20 instead of $28 and the assured me she had the same color of gel polish as I had picked out in regular polish. After she had already had the base coat on and sat under the UV light NOPE not even a color close! I picked another color out and went on my way. Very next morning the gel had basically slid off my nail. 3 fingers completely gone. I drove back over to get them fixed and I was accused of picking at them. She then agrees to just polish them with regular polish. She sits my bare hands in straight acetone for 19 minutes! After my fingers were burning I removed them and the gel basically was off. She yelled at me for taking them out of acetone. I finally just said I'll go somewhere else, please just give me my money back. She said no she would only redo them. I kindly said no thank you and walked out read more

I came here with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law to get some pedicures. It was fairly busy but we got three chairs in a row. After I put my foot in the water, I quickly retrieved it because the water was scalding! I told my guy that it was really hot and I think he added some cooler water but it still was almost unbearable. My MIL and SIL thought I was being a baby until they saw the my skin was a bright red once the guy started working on my feet - it looked like I had socks on. He was rather gentle and did a good job but I would have preferred a more aggressive massage on my calves. The place seemed sanitary but it always concerns me when they wear the masks. It was $22 for a pedicure, which is not bad. Even though we were in FL, it was a cool day so I wore flats instead of sandals. Bad choice. Two nails were smudged by the time we got home. Ah well... read more

Pink and white tips were chipping and breaking away from nail bed after two days, same with French pedicure....polish chipping off. It wasn't like I was washing dishes or swimming, I had it done the day before I went I to the hospital for a hysterectomy!!! So disappointing!!!! Staff was very nice, but for 75 bucks, you should not be dealing with this!!! read more

Do not wax here ever! I went to get my full arms done and it took them over an hour and they did not even complete the job and charged me more. I actually had to go home an redo it myself . I am not sure why they claim they can even wax. I have been getting waxed for years and this was by far the worse waxing job ever! read more

I always get my nails done here. They do the best pink & white acrylics ive ever had done or seen. My neighbor only goes here too. Never tried the wax, but my mom had a pedi here and he really took his time and massaged and she doesnt have great feet, Lol. She loved it. read more

I had pink & white acrylics done and they looked amazing. The woman who did them was very friendly and helpful. I loved my nails so I also had a pedicure done. Although it felt wonderful and she did a great job, my nail polish only lasted for 2 days. I've never had this happen before. I probably won't go back there for a pedicure. read more

Wish I would have read the reviews on how awful this place was before I went and spent the money. Every nail polish on the shelf was extremely watered down. I got the deluxe pedicure there was nothing deluxe about it. Parts of my nail were not painted and extremely extremely streaky. I will give this place one star for the friendly staff otherwise I highly suggest that nobody goes there and waste their money. I had to leave there and go to another place to get a polish change. read more

I went in there for a gel nail removal about 5 weeks ago and I am still mad. My nails are damaged, when the tech took of the top layer of the nails. My nails are brittle and keep breaking off to the quick. I shold have left when she started using a tool to to peel off the polish. Then she talked me into a manicure, only if I could understand her. BEWARE? read more

Only 1 Nail Tech in this shop ever did a great job with Pink and White. I was pretty much out of luck if this Tech was out. Nail shop used to be clean but now, the floor and work stations are kept not clean and nails are left on the floor...........NEXT! I went elsewhere and found Victoria's Nail and Spa which is a keeper for me! read more

Absolutely the worst mani / pedi I've had in *years.* The service was excruciatingly slow, yet the end result suggested a rush job. The tech could not (or did not) follow my instructions not to cut my nails or cuticles, so the pretty, well-cared-for nails I walked in with were sloppily polished nubs with frayed and torn cuticles when I left. I was in town for a party and hoped to have great-looking nails; instead I wore dress gloves to cover the damage. The pedi was expensive, and although i paid extra for the deluxe treatment, my callouses were not smoothed down and the polish job was as bad as the one that came with the mani. I did not even want to give them a one stat but yelp made me put something. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been living in Port Orange for 20 years. I have been to many nail salons, however Classy Nails has been my favorite salon for the past year. Everyone is so kind and makes you feel like your family. No matter how busy they are they always find time to accommodate you. Lena and Tony make sure everything is clean and all the clients are comfortable. Everyone is so friendly, I have never had a bad experience. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I would never ever recommend this nail salon. My mother and I went in to get our nails done (gel manicure) and pedicure. We made the appointment and once we got to the salon it didn't look the most modern or sanitary. The whole place had a weird smell and the towels used smelled horrible (as if they'd been put away wet and not dried completely). The woman attending us seemed to be in a rush wanting to get us out ASAP despite the fact that we were the only two customers there. Our "gel" manicures were HORRIBLE! The polish wasn't opaque with either color (nude and red) and seemed very thin. At other nail salons we usually pay $45 (not including tip) for gel manicure and a pedicure...this woman charged us $60 EACH FOR THE WORST MANICURE OF MY LIFE. She didn't cut, file, or care for our cuticles, just color and at that a bad job at coloring. Both our nails 2 days after getting done were PEELING BACK. 1 week post nail appointment we both have 4-5 nails that the polish has lifted completely. ITS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. By far one of the WORST places to get your nails done in Port Orange. Don't say someone didn't warn you to stay away.... read more
