I called ahead on Saturday and was told they would have availability in 20 minutes but after arriving, I still had to wait an additional 30 minutes before my pedicure even started. Unfortunately, the service only went downhill from there. The technician applied the polish so thick on my toenails that it was clumped up badly. When I pointed it out, she removed it only to then apply more thick coats the same way. I explained that it would never dry like that, and I ended up telling her to just remove the polish completely. I left without polished toenails after paying for a pedicure. Before getting my nails done, I showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted. She said "okay," but the final result looked nothing like the photo I showed her. This was my second time giving this salon a chance because I was also disappointed the first time. Unfortunately, this visit was just as disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money. I will not be returning and would recommend finding a different nail salon. I finally found my nail salon to go to in the area!!! The new management that took over are amazing! So please don't pay attention to the old reviews! You can tell that they keep up with today's nail trends and really do their best to give you the nails you are wanting. My nail tech was Mia and I loved how she took the time to make sure the shape of the nails were perfect. Not to mention she was so friendly. I glimpsed over at the other nail techs and they all did a really good job on other clients nails. I definitely recommend this place! Overall my pedicure looks fine. I got the upgraded package but I I still have dry patches on my feet. They had an empty chair between myself and someone else getting their pedicure, but after she left, no one wiped down or cleaned her chair before someone else was brought in and sat in that chair. If I get HIV, bacterial infection, or flesh-eating disease, it will have originated here. Dirty tools, dirty hands, unsanitary practices. There are plenty of other nearby options... be safe and go somewhere else. Made an 11:30 appointment for regular mani-pedi on a Tuesday, but was not seen until 11:55. Guy gave a great foot massage, but his polish skills were only "ok"... top coat didn't go to the margins, which was noticeable. I didn't want my hands done that way, so I told him I didn't have time for a mani. Language barrier resulted in him carrying my stuff to a manicure station at the back of the store. I didn't want to be rude, so went with it. He used the grinder to remove my old, regular polish (?!), with so much pressure and friction that it was painful, taking off too much of my nail bed. He cut me twice while tending to cuticles, and that's when I looked at the tools... they were not clean and shiny. His hands were dirty. He pulled out the gnarliest, oldest looking antiseptic bottle... which he then touched directly onto my bleeding skin... which means that I now have the germs and blood from his other victims. At this point I stopped, I thanked him, said I didn't need any polish, and had to go... that's when I realized it had been two hours. For a regular mani-pedi at a quickie place? He charged me for a full "signature" mani-pedi, even though we didn't get to massage, paraffin wax, or color on my nails. I asked if that was right and his manager came up and said that's what they charge. I paid without a fuss because I just wanted to get outta this place. Be safe, go somewhere else! read more

Linda is phenomenal! I came to get a fill with gel polish and my manicure has never looked better. Usually acrylics can tend to get bulky after a couple fills, especially with gel polish on top but she thinned the acrylic out and made it look like these are my natural nails. She took lots of care and time and was really personable. Great customer service! The inside of the salon is beautiful and very calming and my nails look great. TERRIBLE Experience, went in for a basic pedicure and to change the color on my gel mani. After the pedicure, I went to sit to have my finger nails color changed. after about 20 minutes I looked down only to find the nail polish was like GLUE! LITERALLY GLUE on every toe! so "Ben" went to fix one tow nail...I told him it was every single toe and he should check the polish (basic polish not gel) he had to do all of my toes again. I waited a half an hour after to dry and it happened AGAIN! My finger nails looked like a two year old did it.
