I called ahead on Saturday and was told they would have availability in 20 minutes but after arriving, I still had to wait an additional 30 minutes before my pedicure even started. Unfortunately, the service only went downhill from there. The technician applied the polish so thick on my toenails that it was clumped up badly. When I pointed it out, she removed it only to then apply more thick coats the same way. I explained that it would never dry like that, and I ended up telling her to just remove the polish completely. I left without polished toenails after paying for a pedicure. Before getting my nails done, I showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted. She said "okay," but the final result looked nothing like the photo I showed her. This was my second time giving this salon a chance because I was also disappointed the first time. Unfortunately, this visit was just as disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money. I will not be returning and would recommend finding a different nail salon. The second photo is what I asked for and the first photo is what I got. read more

Only been once but really great quality work so far for price. Just wish there was a little bit better communication while there.

Went for a pedicure. Guy was very rushed and he barely made an effort. I feel like I still need a pedicure.

I had an amazing service. I did the herb pedi. I closed my eyes and went to dream land. Thank you Legend for a job well done.

Not sure how this place got 4 stars. Do not GO!!!!!! I get pedis a lot I hardly ever complain and let me just say a few things to save you time. 1. sat In chair for hour with cold water on my feet and the back massage did not work. 2. Water in chair was cold and ask to heat up with no help 3. The lotion was freezing cold for the massage 4. Technician was so ruff awful she did not listen. 5. Never offered a drink or water nothing. 6. Overpriced for condition of pedi 7. The back of place is gross (head towards bathrooms and look at the was station and tools 8.No communication or understanding 9. The hot towel was a joke... one towel for both legs!!! Seriously? 10. Hit the couch with shin. Ouch so be careful. 10. BIG ONE+++++++quality is horrible. Massage to nails to everything. Do not go to this place. Trust me with the amount of close pay nail places don't trust this one. Try Elite feet across the street read more

I finally found my nail salon to go to in the area!!! The new management that took over are amazing! So please don't pay attention to the old reviews! You can tell that they keep up with today's nail trends and really do their best to give you the nails you are wanting. My nail tech was Mia and I loved how she took the time to make sure the shape of the nails were perfect. Not to mention she was so friendly. I glimpsed over at the other nail techs and they all did a really good job on other clients nails. I definitely recommend this place! It's been over a year now trying to find a nail salon and I've come out of them disappointed, so I'm glad I decided to try this one out read more

Overall my pedicure looks fine. I got the upgraded package but I I still have dry patches on my feet. They had an empty chair between myself and someone else getting their pedicure, but after she left, no one wiped down or cleaned her chair before someone else was brought in and sat in that chair. I didn't see any of the chairs being wiped down after customers left. I will pick somewhere else next time. read more

Very friendly staff. Clean and up to date. Appointments recommended. Lee does a fantastic job on my nails!

If I get HIV, bacterial infection, or flesh-eating disease, it will have originated here. Dirty tools, dirty hands, unsanitary practices. There are plenty of other nearby options... be safe and go somewhere else. Made an 11:30 appointment for regular mani-pedi on a Tuesday, but was not seen until 11:55. Guy gave a great foot massage, but his polish skills were only "ok"... top coat didn't go to the margins, which was noticeable. I didn't want my hands done that way, so I told him I didn't have time for a mani. Language barrier resulted in him carrying my stuff to a manicure station at the back of the store. I didn't want to be rude, so went with it. He used the grinder to remove my old, regular polish (?!), with so much pressure and friction that it was painful, taking off too much of my nail bed. He cut me twice while tending to cuticles, and that's when I looked at the tools... they were not clean and shiny. His hands were dirty. He pulled out the gnarliest, oldest looking antiseptic bottle... which he then touched directly onto my bleeding skin... which means that I now have the germs and blood from his other victims. At this point I stopped, I thanked him, said I didn't need any polish, and had to go... that's when I realized it had been two hours. For a regular mani-pedi at a quickie place? He charged me for a full "signature" mani-pedi, even though we didn't get to massage, paraffin wax, or color on my nails. I asked if that was right and his manager came up and said that's what they charge. I paid without a fuss because I just wanted to get outta this place. Be safe, go somewhere else! read more

Awful! Overpriced gel manicure includes dirty nail station, no customer service, sloppy, thick polish application, and chipped paint, not even 24 hours later. Will have to get another gel manicure right when get home to get this mess corrected. Save your money and go someplace else! read more

Desperately in need of customer service training! Not only were they not nice but the guy that did my nails did an awful job.

I wouldn't recommend this nail bar. I called and made an appointment for my daughter and her friend for 12 o'clock came in, and the place was completely packed even though we had a prior appointment they were unable to get their nails done. We ended up coming back a few days later and they didn't do the nails how my daughter wanted them and they charged a ridiculous price. Much better places nearby! read more

Young man could not understand what I wanted. A full set! Started doing wrong thing. I told him it was incorrect. After 3 times telling him wrong thing... someone finally came over to tell him what I wanted. Nicked every finger on left hand. Then charged me double! Have been here twice now. Everyone is nice.. Salon is clean, masks, temperature check as you arrive appointment-only during this virus. Manis and pedi turned out great, lots of colors to choose from. I took one star off because I prefer a top coat that doesn't require a UV light on my dip nails. read more

Went in for a pedicure and as soon as I sat down, my nail lady looks at my toes and says, "that's an interesting color." My nails were a fun bright orange color for the summer, but it's not her place to judge or make someone feel uncomfortable based off of the color nail polish they have. After that, she asked what color I wanted today. I mentioned that I thought I wanted to do black, she stops and says "black??" Again very judgmental rude. I paid for an upgraded pedicure because the description said "extensive massage" and the foot massage my favorite part of the pedicure. She must have rubbed my feet very gently for about 30 seconds. It's no wonder this was the only place I called this morning that didn't have a wait. I tried to get out for an hour of relaxation it turned into me feeling frustrated and judged, I definitely won't be coming back here. read more

Linda is phenomenal! I came to get a fill with gel polish and my manicure has never looked better. Usually acrylics can tend to get bulky after a couple fills, especially with gel polish on top but she thinned the acrylic out and made it look like these are my natural nails. She took lots of care and time and was really personable. Great customer service! The inside of the salon is beautiful and very calming and my nails look great. My fill with gel polish and nail art on two fingers cost me $38. A little pricier than what I'm used to but worth EVERY penny. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town. read more

The customer service is awful. The Manger needs training and an attitude adjustment. Also, the prices are too high for services you really don't provide. Don't advertise that you have SNS, and you really don't have the product, but a knock-off of the product. That's called "false advertisement." read more

Absolute worst nail salon i have ever been too. Prices are ridiculous. Nail techs need retraining and to go back to school. My nails were so horrible that i had to go somewhere else the very next day soak them off and get another new set. The worst part is that I was there from 12 to almost 3:30. All i did was a basic pedicure and a new set. Absolutely avoid. I will be calling the owner or disputing with my bank. read more

TERRIBLE Experience, went in for a basic pedicure and to change the color on my gel mani. After the pedicure, I went to sit to have my finger nails color changed. after about 20 minutes I looked down only to find the nail polish was like GLUE! LITERALLY GLUE on every toe! so "Ben" went to fix one tow nail...I told him it was every single toe and he should check the polish (basic polish not gel) he had to do all of my toes again. I waited a half an hour after to dry and it happened AGAIN! My finger nails looked like a two year old did it. I complained and got up to LEAVE! after two and a half hours of a basic pedi and nail color change. THEY CHARGED ME 62.00!!!! they gave me attitude and said it was MY FAULT! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! If I could give a ZERO star I WOULD. PEACE OUT! read more

I am here on vacation and needed a fill in. They did an amazing job on my nails. Will definitely go back.

This was the worst nail experience that I have ever had. They were rude and I paid $133.13 for a manicure and a pedicure. Not but a few days later my nails had chipped and cracked and they said they and I quote "I don't care". I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for a pedicure and the water was freezing. My manicure and pedicure were completely overpriced and not worth it. I called the salon days after my manicure and asked what I should do now that I need to go and get them redone and pay more money and they said there was absolutely nothing they could do. The "hot towel" was freezing cold, the Technician was so ruff awful she did not listen, and BIG ONE+++++++quality is horrible. Massage to nails to everything. You COULD NOT PAY ME TO GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! read more
