Made an a few appointments last minute for two services for myself (gel pedi + acrylic fill) and two friends'. They were so nice over the phone and very accommodating! I am not from this area, so checked out two salons before this one. I wasn't happy with the others because they seemed dirty. This nail salon was very clean, they were following the Covid protocols, and so I went ahead and got a fill. The gentleman at the desk was very professional and quite nice. I then went to the nail techs station and he was the best nail tech I've ever had!! His name was Sam, and he really cared about what he was doing. He made pleasant small talk, was extremely gentle, and he'd ask me how I liked the shape after he filed, and he would even ask me to look twice to be sure I was happy with the nails. This salon had a peaceful vibe, and I wish so much I could transport it to my hometown. I really don't enjoy having my nails done, it's a chore to me. All they do is massage your legs and apply a ton of alcohol to your nails to try to make them look clean without actually doing the job of cleaning underneath your nails or the cuticle trimming , filing nothing . We both got pedicures, and the Lady convinced us to get the hot rock pedicure. My girlfriend and myself both got burned from the hot wax that they applied to our feet. Also, my girlfriend got a basic French tip polish and the application was done sloppy. Even checking up they didn't even ask how our appointment was. They just cashed us out and said bye. Definitely do not recommend this place if you were yesterday getting a decent pedicure. read more

I have been in Ponce Inlet on and off for the last six months and this is the only place I will go to get my nails done: it is super clean and the staff work very hard to provide superb customer service. Just be careful: they will try to upcharge you for services (I honestly don't mind too much because they do such a great job that in the end I never have anything to complain about) but it's 25% cheaper than any place I've gone to get my pedicures so I don't even care! read more

I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and I was blown away by how safe they made me feel despite it being a very intimate service during COVID times. I could not enter without a mask, everyone inside was wearing a mask. My temperature was taken and they had clients wash their hands thoroughly before seeing the specialist. They were very respectful and it devestated me that they felt they had to apologize at the thought that I might have been inconvenienced. I've never felt safer. The nails they do are very below average.. trust me, there is better out there. I live in Illinois & go to the same salon to get my custom acrylics every 2 weeks, my salon does custom powdered colored acrylic. Every salon I go to when I have to go to another salon outside of mine, they're always super confused about my nails. I was in Port Orange for my birthday and decided to get my nails done to treat myself. I don't get pedicures often so I don't have a favorite in the area, so I decided to try this place because it is close to my favorite restaurant. I chose to get a regular spa pedicure and added a sugar scrub. Everything was fantastic. The leg/foot massage was great, the gentleman doing the pedicure was gentle on my feet and asked questions to make sure I got what I wanted. I was also pleasantly surprised about their requirements to stay safe because of COVID. Masks are required, were worn correctly by staff, and there are multiple signs reminding customers not to touch nail colors and to stay safe. At most other places I have been to this trip to the beach, no one has been wearing a mask. It is great to see an establishment being safe and making sure customers are safe as well.
