FUNGUS UNDER MY NAIL AFTER 3 WEEKS IS CRAZY! Especially when I specifically stated that my nails are lifting a little in the back and I need absolutely no air bubbles because I am a HOUSE KEEPER AND MY NAILS ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR THIS JOB, I'm not sure of the ladies name but I know she sits right next to the counter and is probably new around 24/25. But get this, after I told her that they are lifted, she persisted to tell me that it was just the dried glue. Even after me, pointing out where it was lifted on my nail, she only filed a little and then resealed my nail. IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! I am absolutely livid and will continue to tell EVERYONE I KNOW & MEET TO STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM BECAUSE YOU JUST NEVER KNOW IF SOMEONE IS GOOD OR NOT. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE MORE DAMN! read more

My family was in town from all over the country. We decided to get a pedicure to relax. We made an appointment and we're able to sit together and visit. Best pedicure I have had in years. The massage was absolutely amazing! I live in Seattle. Katie did my manicure and pedicure . She was excellent. My aunt who had never had a pedicure said that she felt very pampered and her feet have never felt so great! She is from Tennessee. I am from Kentucky and came to this salon on the first day of my vacation because I broke a nail the day before I left. I am always skeptical about going to a new salon because I have been getting my nails done by the same person for 10 years. Let me just say, I wish I could move here because they did such a good job. Vi did my nails and i have never had more perfect nails!! She was extremely professional, gentle, and she took her time! Half don't speak English, A few rude ones. I went for a pedicure I thought while I was there to get a manicure it was 6:15 pm they close at 7 Pm I was told there was t enough time. ???? Ben who did my pedicure was not busy neither was 3 others sitting there waiting till 7.I called the manager who said his name is Alex he said it takes an hourWRONG he said everyone take an hour -poor communication and very poor customer service. What a great treasure !! Visiting here and so excited to find this place!! The hot stone, paraffin wax pedi was fantastic. What a treat!! I also had a gel manicure. Thi is an excellent nail tech. My nails were very sloppily done by a young male and are already peeling up. The rest of my party had their nails done by others who did a better job but still not the best. The massage was very nice so props to my toe lady. But I paid 53$ plus my tips and it lasted 20 minutes in total, maybe less. I've never been so appalled. There was someone working on my gel and someone on my toes and the massage machine running which leads to mess ups as my arms were shaking. It was rushed through and definitely not worth the money unless you are looking for a place that will get you in and out in 20 minutes no problem. Unfortunately, this was vacation and a treat to myself and it felt sloppy and hurried. I was expecting it to take an hour. Typically it does at any other salon for a mani pedi but not here. Very disappointed that I put that money down the drain for something I could've done myself in my hotel room or before I left with my gel kit. Would not suggest unless you want a quick in and out spot. My nails have already started peeling less than a week later and I have to redo them myself for Christmas (something I hoped to avoid). since the orginal owners sold the the business to new management..they raised all their prices for treatments...so if you have been a costumer from the beginning it a height in prices..not as clean from previous owner...and they do not try and satisfy the costumer when they clearly made a mistake..and have individuals working there not understanding what the costumer wants..i will not reccomend under this new management..!! read more

I was shocked to discover that this business was not on Yelp, so I was able to add it myself. This is a husband and wife team that have recently opened their own nail and spa business together! I have frequented their previous location and am so happy that they ventured out on their own. Their nail and wax services are top of the line and I would not go anywhere else but here! I recommend making an appointment as it is just the two of them for now, they told me they have not hired anyone yet, good help is hard to find! read more

terrible customer service! i've already had to go back once before because my nail chipped a day after i got them done! i am now having to go back because of two more cracks! one day 4 of me having these nail! obviously i'm annoyed that i am now having to call AGAIN to get my nails that i paid $38 plus a $20 tip fixed AGAIN! when i called the man on the phone was so rude! never coming back after they take off my nails! that's ridiculous and i will never be giving these people my hard earned money ever again! read more
