I came here yesterday on my birthday to treat myself to a relaxing pedicure + gel manicure. I saw a…read morecouple of good reviews about this place on Yelp and figured I would try out a new salon in the area. When I walked in, there was only one woman (assuming the owner) who was working on 1 woman. There was nobody else waiting in the place either. She asked me what she could help me with, and I asked her for a pedicure and gel mani in which she automatically responded "Oh sorry, I'm all booked today. I take appointments only." Which is totally fine if you only take appointments since you are the only one running the place, but when everyone is in hurricane panic mode and the town is getting vacated, wouldn't you think she would grab at the opportunity to make an extra $50-60, especially if you are the owner yourself. Who knows maybe she was booked, but the right thing to do would be to ask if I would like to come back at another convenient time because I'm sure she likely wasn't busy all day. Anyways, I didn't put up an argument and just walked out the door and gave my business to someone else. Their loss, won't be coming back that's for sure.

Very Disappointed…read more Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with my experience. My nails came out noticeably crooked and uneven on both sides, and the shape was not what I was looking for. I feel like a professional nail technician should notice when the shape and tips are not straight and symmetrical. She did redo them, but unfortunately they still came out crooked. I also noticed that the other hand had white showing on the nails that was not corrected. Now I have to go back to my old salon and spend another $70 to have them fixed. I really wanted to love my nails, but unfortunately I left very disappointed. I expected better, especially after having them redone.

Like previous reviews have said, this isn't the place you'd go if you want wine and a bougie spa experience, but the spa down the road did such a bad job on my nails I really could care less wether or not they offer me wine. The parts that actually matter were fantastic. Foot scrub, dead skin removed, hands and feet lotioned and massaged and a beautiful French gel mani/pedi. Prior to setting the gel, i asked her to add more red gel to the sides to fill some gaps or clean it up but she just grabbed the file and shape it more. Gel is bulky and has small bubbles on some of the nails too. Recommend more time for her to practice. I got my nails done less than an hour ago today. If youre getting a solid color or clear polish all over your nails whether its mani or pedi, i do highly recommend her as she is super gentle and nice. She did my pedi really nicely.

I had a pedicure with regular polis. I never put gel on my toes and it has stayed on until they grow out when I do them or a salon does. The last 2 times I went there the polish started coming off after 2 weeks. I went to talk to Trish about it. I explained what was going on and she immediately blamed me for the issue. I had tennis shoes on and 1st she blamed that. I wear tennis shoes all the time and its never been an issue. Who goes to work with flip flops or sandles so their polish wont wear off. Next she asked if I go to the beach. I don't but I saw where that was going. She was going to tell me that was the issue. I wore flip flops for 2 days after the application so it had plenty of time to set. I will NEVER go back and do not recommend this business.
