Very Disappointed…read more Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with my experience. My nails came out noticeably crooked and uneven on both sides, and the shape was not what I was looking for. I feel like a professional nail technician should notice when the shape and tips are not straight and symmetrical. She did redo them, but unfortunately they still came out crooked. I also noticed that the other hand had white showing on the nails that was not corrected. Now I have to go back to my old salon and spend another $70 to have them fixed. I really wanted to love my nails, but unfortunately I left very disappointed. I expected better, especially after having them redone.

Best pedicure ever! Venetian Nail Spa offers every option under the sun on their detailed menu. I…read morewas treated to the collagen pedicure for my birthday. It was insane! Tom spent so much time giving me the most incredible massage - with scrub, with lotion, with hot stones, with paraffin wax, with candle wax, with hot towels, etc. It was absolutely incredible and my feet and calves ever never felt so energized after a pedicure. I was treated to wine and completed the whole thing with gel polish. I highly recommend Tom. My daughter got the citrus pedicure. It was a $10 upgrade from the classic pedicure. It was probably 2/3 the length of my very detailed pedicure, but it still had a sugar scrub, paraffin wax, hot towels, lotion, and massage. Jimmy did a wonderful job. I can't wait to come back for head space services after seeing the great videos on the televisions in the spa.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I spent well over $100 on a builder…read moregel full set and pedicure, with the builder gel service alone costing $90. For that price, I expected professional application, quality workmanship, and a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, I received the complete opposite. When I arrived, I specifically requested a builder gel full set and a pedicure. As soon as I sat down for my pedicure, they immediately began working on my nails simultaneously, which completely took away from the relaxing experience I was expecting. Despite clearly requesting builder gel, the first technician initially began applying powder for a traditional acrylic set. I had to stop him and explain that this was not what I requested. Once he switched to builder gel, the application was extremely messy and concerning. He was using his bare fingers to wipe excess builder gel off my nails and the surrounding areas rather than using proper application techniques. The product was getting everywhere, including on my clothing and phone. I was genuinely concerned about his familiarity with builder gel application. When I expressed my concerns and mentioned that he didn't seem experienced with builder gel, he became defensive and insisted that he performed the service frequently. His attitude toward me afterward made the entire experience uncomfortable. Eventually, another nail technician had to step in and correct the work. The builder gel full set alone took approximately THREE HOURS, while my pedicure was being completed simultaneously. After everything that happened, I requested a discount because I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. The staff seemed very hesitant to accommodate my request, and when I attempted to explain my concerns, there appeared to be little willingness to acknowledge what had happened or identify the original technician responsible. Despite this experience, I still tipped Miss Leanne, who completed my pedicure, and the gentleman who stepped in to correct my nails. I appreciated their efforts and wanted to recognize them individually. What is most upsetting is that after spending $90 on the builder gel full set alone, MY THUMB NAIL COMPLETELY POPPED OFF WITHIN JUST A FEW DAYS OF MY APPOINTMENT. I have had these nails for less than five days, and one has already completely detached. Builder gel enhancements are supposed to last significantly longer than a couple of days when applied correctly. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the amount of money I spent and the three hours it took to complete the service. I understand that mistakes happen, but when customers are paying premium prices, they should receive professional service, proper application, and quality results. I left this salon feeling frustrated and disappointed, and now I am left with a missing nail after spending well over $100. I have attached photos showing exactly what happened to my thumb nail after only a few days. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously because this experience was nowhere near the quality of service I paid for.

We got our pedicures, and I went over to get gel X for my hands. The lady that will do my nails comes over and looks at my hand, LAUGHED and says you pick at your nails huh? Mind you, I had physics and biochemistry exams in the past week that made me very anxious, and unfortunately I ended up picking at my skin. Then she sits down and asks me the color that I want, and I tell her exactly the one I picked out with the exact number, and she scoffs and tells me that we have so many of those, and I was like, okay, and showed her the exact one. Then she asked me what shape, and I showed her a picture and described it, and she laughed again; she mumbled under her breath and laughed. Then I showed her another photo of what I wanted, and she laughed yet again and started doing my nails. Genuinely, I was in shock; I started tearing up because what in the world prompts you to laugh in your customer's face multiple times. Then I ask her to make my nails a little bit shorter because they were too long, yet again, she scoffed in my face and then proceeded to make them shorter. Then, after my nails were almost done and she was putting on the final top coat, my mom came over and showed me her nails (we got the same color), and the lady asked her to see it, and again SHE LAUGHED in front of my mother and me. Then my mom left, and the lady told me that she thinks it doesn't look good, like, okay??? Then, after she was done with my nails, I went to look at them, and EVERY SINGLE NAIL is a different size compared to my other hand. At this point, I did not want to interact with this lady anymore because she was so incredibly rude to both my mother and me for no reason. One thing that Lotus Nails should take from this, especially the lady who did our nails, is to be kind to one another; you never know what's going on in someone's life, you don't know what someone is going through, and a fun day spent with my mom turned really grey because of your employee. Please do better, I am very disappointed. You should never make a customer feel bad about anything they ask for when they are paying $150+ for services and being nice. I only hope that, in the future, this lady learns to be nicer to the people around her and learns and grows to be a better person. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to a place that made me and my mom feel so unwelcome!
