Extremely unprofessional. We waited over 35 minutes and have not 1 but 2 people walk in and receive service immediately. One people yelled "eyebrows" and they stopped with the person they were working with to accommodate the yelling impatient customer. Then another person walked in and said "manicure" and they immediately seated him. We informed them that we have been waiting and then they said "oh, sorry, you can sit". We just walked out. With complete unprofessional workers, we will not give them service or recommend them. Extremely toxic smells the minute you walk in the door too. The equipment is old and coats of dust all over the seats. Look at the seats they sit on to work on you, covered in dust. Filthy. Horribly managed. read more

Everybody was extremely nice, but when I told the guy to quit filing he was making my nails too thin he continued filing. Not even 24 hours and my nail is already chipped. I purchased a gift card for a friend in an attempt to generate more business for them. My friend gave it back unused a month prior to expiration. I had major surgery and didn't get into Nails 4 U until after it expired. I was offended that after giving them my business for 2 years and then trying to generate additional business for them they wouldn't honor it. Afterall, it was paid for and didn't cost them anything. Lesson: No good deed goes unpunished. A smart business savvy owner would realize that was a poor business decision. They took the money for that one un-used visit but lost all future business from me and my gift cards. I even attempted to explain it but all the owner, Lena, could say was "we are small"! That was my point! A small company needs to be customer oriented. Penny wise, pound foolish! Service and Quality? Very Rude, they dont look up and say hello when you come in. you can sit there for an hour and not get a greeting. Brought in a picture and my nail technician, Tammy, and the male technician ABSOLUTELY wonderful job! perfect team! They exceeded my wants, and then some! Now, don't be scared of the location, looks sketchy, but they will hook you up! You will leave happy, because I definitely did, after going to other salons here, I left the other two salons, very disappointed! We did pedi and manicure, and we were very pleased! I recently moved to Florida and have been searching for a quality nail salon. After trying a few, I decided to have a pedicure here, and see how they did. Well, after a small hiccup upon arriving, Tammy stepped in and did a fantastic job! She proceeded to check my nails which I had done a couple weeks ago at another salon and she immediately noticed an issue which I was not happy with. Horrible , honestly . I didn't want to be rude but this is the WORST set I've ever had . My sister in law was already fed up by time my nails were getting filed and ended up leaving I left thinking okay maybe that was just her with her nail tech . Mines seemed pretty focused for the most part . He was pretty rough with my hand the whole time which made it super uncomfortable, anywho I just let him finish the last three fingers and left unsatisfied with my set and my cuticles sliced up I would've expressed my distaste but the way they handled my sister in law was not the best, they were rude so i didn't feel like going through the same thing . Paid and left had to go somewhere else to fix their work! I'm not happy at all they were super thick and lumpy And like omg I even showed him the picture (included below) of what I wanted before he even put on the acrylic. Even offered to do a regular basic color set if he couldn't do the task I was asking and he just smiled and said it was fine and continued forth . Never returning . So I was in town visiting some relatives and my feet needed some tender love and care I couldn't provide myself. Being an adult male it's tough going into a nail salon to get my pedicure let alone being surrounded by women. However my cousin told me Nails4u was the place to go. The comfortable atmosphere without being looked at weirdly by the women made me fall in love with this place. They did a great job on my feet and I left feeling baby soft. I even bought some sandals to wear to show off the results. It's a good size nail salon without feeling crowded nor did I feel out of place. I would describe it as a "home" type feel and you always feel comfortable at home. read more

My last visit will be just that my last visit. Unprofessional. Who takes a pair of scissors as someone is getting a pedicure and tries to remove something out the water? Good thing the scissors didn't touch me or I would have been highly upset. Also, the chair where I was seated stopped working as I sat there!! Wow. To end my visit I chose the 25.00 pedicure to be charged 28.00. I assume the cashier took it upon herself to add on a 3.00 tip as if I don't know how to tip. Once I got home later that day I looked down at my toes to notice a chip on the big toe and clumped up polish. Waste of time and money. I'd rate 0 if I could. My sister and I went in for two full sets. The guy who did mine constantly yanked my arm towards him everytime I had to switch hands, he didn't cut any of my natural nails before applying the tips, my cuticles are covered in acrylic, they're uneven. My sisters length of her nails are all different sizes, the lady who did her nails LEFT before hers were finished. She sat there for 30 minutes waiting for them to dry before leaving (which we were rushed out because they were closing), and still got completely messed up. When I called to have them taken off and ask for our money back, the "manager" was very nasty and said NO they'll fix them. We didnt want them fixed we wanted to go somewhere else. This was my worst nail experience ever! I had one of the male nail technicians and just wanted a basic full acrylic set. This guy didn't say one word to me the entire appointment, not even to ask what shape I wanted. Once he started filing I asked for the nails to be a little more in a coffin shape and he said I should've said something a half hour ago, and there's nothing he can do about it now. He was also extremely sloppy with the nail polish and I ended up walking out of the salon with nail polish all around my cuticles. On the bright side, my friend was there with me and had a great experience with her nail tech and loved her nails. I went to this salon because of its amazing reviews so I figured that I would at least be slightly happy with my nails, but unfortunately I think my 7 year old niece could have done a better job. read more

I was there a year ago and the nail tech had 2 people before me and never cleaned the tools or used new ones. I later found out that they are required to clean each tool they use after each person. I'm never going back. It was around 5 o clock and only 3 nail techs were working. read more

Prices are reasonable, never left with unhappy work. I feel like they go above and beyond with their pedicures. Not giving 5 starts because there is a younger boy who works there that is pretty painful when he does pedicures, like catching skin when using the nail file.
