I did a walk-in manicure and it was very nice. My nails stayed looking good for over a week, which is exceptional for me. Will be going back soon. Thank you for the professional service. read more

when I came in they weren't very inviting it was like the two guys were irritated ppl were there one was laying back with his eyes closed in the customer chairs. I almost left but my daughter was to excited to get her nails done! what I got is nothing like the picture I showed the guy and the nails are not straight at all! I went years ago and they didn't ask me any questions and I was newer to this so I figured I give them another shot this time I told them exactly what I wanted and it was not what I wanted at all my daughters were cute though! The first picture is what I wanted but not as pointy the second picture I just had for an idea for one of the nails didn't have to be exact third and forth picture is what I got! I thought the stickers were going to be like what I showed him not white! read more

I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years. I've had my nails done by 3 different nail techs at this salon, and they are the best techs I've ever had. Their attention to detail is amazing. read more

Extremely unprofessional. We waited over 35 minutes and have not 1 but 2 people walk in and receive service immediately. One people yelled "eyebrows" and they stopped with the person they were working with to accommodate the yelling impatient customer. Then another person walked in and said "manicure" and they immediately seated him. We informed them that we have been waiting and then they said "oh, sorry, you can sit". We just walked out. With complete unprofessional workers, we will not give them service or recommend them. Extremely toxic smells the minute you walk in the door too. The equipment is old and coats of dust all over the seats. Look at the seats they sit on to work on you, covered in dust. Filthy. Horribly managed. read more

This salon takes walk-in. They have plenty of staff. Reasonable pricing. Have used all there techs and they all do a good job. I have been going to this salon for several years. read more

Everybody was extremely nice, but when I told the guy to quit filing he was making my nails too thin he continued filing. Not even 24 hours and my nail is already chipped. One of my nails is raised where there's a gap between my natural nail and the acrylic. Paid a lot of money for disappointment read more

I purchased a gift card for a friend in an attempt to generate more business for them. My friend gave it back unused a month prior to expiration. I had major surgery and didn't get into Nails 4 U until after it expired. I was offended that after giving them my business for 2 years and then trying to generate additional business for them they wouldn't honor it. Afterall, it was paid for and didn't cost them anything. Lesson: No good deed goes unpunished. A smart business savvy owner would realize that was a poor business decision. They took the money for that one un-used visit but lost all future business from me and my gift cards. I even attempted to explain it but all the owner, Lena, could say was "we are small"! That was my point! A small company needs to be customer oriented. Penny wise, pound foolish! Service and Quality? They are average, nothing special, same price as anyplace else in the area. read more

New owners; Tony & Jenni... please give them a chance and try this newly taken over salon!!! They are extremely experienced, kind and professional! I been here twice, pedi and powder fill with gel polish. read more

I wanted white flames and got a terrible design. I was too embarrassed to even tell her to start over, so I just went somewhere else after 3 nails cracked in the second week, where they it was so bad, they fixed it for free. Please don't waste your time here unless you're getting something super super simple like just nail polish. read more

Very Rude, they dont look up and say hello when you come in. you can sit there for an hour and not get a greeting. They make you feel uncomfortable and like it is a burden you are their. i feel if they dont like the job they are doing (and it shows) then get out of the business. will not be back and my friend whom i referred got the same results and she will not be returning eather. she left without getting her nails done after sitting for half hour and not getting even eye contact. read more

Hands down, thee best nail salon I've ever been too. I'm visiting from Hawaii and I took my baby sister out to do our nails. Brought in a picture and my nail technician, Tammy, and the male technician ABSOLUTELY wonderful job! perfect team! They exceeded my wants, and then some! Now, don't be scared of the location, looks sketchy, but they will hook you up! You will leave happy, because I definitely did, after going to other salons here, I left the other two salons, very disappointed! We did pedi and manicure, and we were very pleased! Must try!! read more

I recently moved to Florida and have been searching for a quality nail salon. After trying a few, I decided to have a pedicure here, and see how they did. Well, after a small hiccup upon arriving, Tammy stepped in and did a fantastic job! She proceeded to check my nails which I had done a couple weeks ago at another salon and she immediately noticed an issue which I was not happy with. She took it upon herself to reshape my nails and applied another top coat making them look sooooo much better. Thank you Tammy! I will definitely be back!! read more

Horrible , honestly . I didn't want to be rude but this is the WORST set I've ever had . My sister in law was already fed up by time my nails were getting filed and ended up leaving I left thinking okay maybe that was just her with her nail tech . Mines seemed pretty focused for the most part . He was pretty rough with my hand the whole time which made it super uncomfortable, anywho I just let him finish the last three fingers and left unsatisfied with my set and my cuticles sliced up I would've expressed my distaste but the way they handled my sister in law was not the best, they were rude so i didn't feel like going through the same thing . Paid and left had to go somewhere else to fix their work! I'm not happy at all they were super thick and lumpy And like omg I even showed him the picture (included below) of what I wanted before he even put on the acrylic. Even offered to do a regular basic color set if he couldn't do the task I was asking and he just smiled and said it was fine and continued forth . Never returning . Hopefully future customers don't experience what I did. Do better . read more

So I was in town visiting some relatives and my feet needed some tender love and care I couldn't provide myself. Being an adult male it's tough going into a nail salon to get my pedicure let alone being surrounded by women. However my cousin told me Nails4u was the place to go. The comfortable atmosphere without being looked at weirdly by the women made me fall in love with this place. They did a great job on my feet and I left feeling baby soft. I even bought some sandals to wear to show off the results. It's a good size nail salon without feeling crowded nor did I feel out of place. I would describe it as a "home" type feel and you always feel comfortable at home. read more

Tim is absolutely amazing and Tammy is as well. Going early in the morning I never wait more than 15 minutes, have not had one single complaint. read more

Came in for a fill and the younger guy with light tips in his hair did a beautiful job! He didn't hurt me in any way and had an incredible attention to detail. Prices are reasonable and my nails look great. Would definitely recommend. read more

My last visit will be just that my last visit. Unprofessional. Who takes a pair of scissors as someone is getting a pedicure and tries to remove something out the water? Good thing the scissors didn't touch me or I would have been highly upset. Also, the chair where I was seated stopped working as I sat there!! Wow. To end my visit I chose the 25.00 pedicure to be charged 28.00. I assume the cashier took it upon herself to add on a 3.00 tip as if I don't know how to tip. Once I got home later that day I looked down at my toes to notice a chip on the big toe and clumped up polish. Waste of time and money. The only pro I'll give is the cleanliness of the place. read more

anyone complaining clearly hasnt been a good customer before or they have no idea what it's like to get your nails done in NY. but they have the best prices and quality here. i'm not trying to know your life story when i get my nails done. getting my nails done is for me to relax how can i relax if you're constantly being talked to by strangers?? lol read more

I'd rate 0 if I could. My sister and I went in for two full sets. The guy who did mine constantly yanked my arm towards him everytime I had to switch hands, he didn't cut any of my natural nails before applying the tips, my cuticles are covered in acrylic, they're uneven. My sisters length of her nails are all different sizes, the lady who did her nails LEFT before hers were finished. She sat there for 30 minutes waiting for them to dry before leaving (which we were rushed out because they were closing), and still got completely messed up. When I called to have them taken off and ask for our money back, the "manager" was very nasty and said NO they'll fix them. We didnt want them fixed we wanted to go somewhere else. Horrible place, do not waste your money read more

This was my worst nail experience ever! I had one of the male nail technicians and just wanted a basic full acrylic set. This guy didn't say one word to me the entire appointment, not even to ask what shape I wanted. Once he started filing I asked for the nails to be a little more in a coffin shape and he said I should've said something a half hour ago, and there's nothing he can do about it now. He was also extremely sloppy with the nail polish and I ended up walking out of the salon with nail polish all around my cuticles. On the bright side, my friend was there with me and had a great experience with her nail tech and loved her nails. I went to this salon because of its amazing reviews so I figured that I would at least be slightly happy with my nails, but unfortunately I think my 7 year old niece could have done a better job. read more

Nice atmosphere, great prices and our nails look really good. Also got an eyebrow wax that was nearly painless. We'll definitely go back!

I was there a year ago and the nail tech had 2 people before me and never cleaned the tools or used new ones. I later found out that they are required to clean each tool they use after each person. I'm never going back. It was around 5 o clock and only 3 nail techs were working. read more

This is and was the most horrible experience ever.. I came and paid $95 crushed seashells to walk out pissed with just gel Polish.. I'm so done . Never ever again.. They try and talk you to what they think Is best.. Will not get my service no more. read more

Prices are reasonable, never left with unhappy work. I feel like they go above and beyond with their pedicures. Not giving 5 starts because there is a younger boy who works there that is pretty painful when he does pedicures, like catching skin when using the nail file. I've left bleeding because of him before. Everyone else is great. read more
