I am in Florida for a wedding. As a bridesmaid, it was important that I looked my best. My fingernails were not a reflection of this. Lol. I called Perfect 10 to inquire about same day availabilities. They squeezed me in for 1:10pm. While they did a great job on my gel pedicure, my 5 stars is based on the experience. The nail tech was very polite, conversational, and since I was a tourist, she gave great insight about the area. More importantly, she did not harass me every 5 minutes pressuring me into purchasing another service e.g. pedicure, eye browse, etc. I greatly appreciate this. She was meticulous with my hands. She ensured that my cuticles were painlessly cut down, helped get rid of dead skin and painted within the lines. Lol. This may sound simple but back home, my experience with nail salons are so rushed and mediocre. She was fast not rushed. I loved the final product. read more

RUDE!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! IF YOU WANT UMBRE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I Should have read the reviews before I went into this place today. I walked in today and requested umbre nails. Pink and white nails that blend with sparkles. I showed him 2 pictures of what I liked. He told me that he could do it. After he already applied the white he told me that he didn't have the sparkles that I requested. (Big shiny sparkles) he brought me a color with shear light sparkles (nothing like the pictures) AFTER HE SAID HE COULD DO IT!!! He then showed me a different shade of pink with a lot of sparkles in it. I told him that I was ok with the pink he showed me, I just want it umbre where the colors blend. When he was finishing up my nails they were not umbre they were white tips! The two colors were not blended together AT ALL!!!. He then said I told you that we needed to do clear??? Blaming me!!! I said I wanted sparkles with pink and white umbre. I showed you 2 pictures and I was verbally clear on the request. It's not my job to know the technique that you use!!! I'm only concerned with the final product!!! I told him that I refuse to pay for this. The manager or whoever she was jumped up and said, sit down I got you. She then said that I didn't listen to the other tech when he was telling me what he needed to do. First of all, she was not present at the time when I showed him the pictures and verbally told him the look I was trying to accomplish. She then told me the only way to fix it was to take the nails off and start again. She then soaked my nails. Ok fine, if you can fix it I will let you fix them. Once she took the nails off she got up and moved to another chair and began working on someone else. And didn't say a word!! I said, are you not going to fix my nails? She told me that she didn't have time to fix them unless I wanted to wait for 2 hours. AFTER SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE COULD DO WHAT I REQUESTED !! If you don't know how to accomplish the technique that is requested you shouldn't say yes I can do that!!! Then, tell me you are going to fix it and then take off my nails and send me on my way. After they told me they would fix it. Instead telling me she will fix it and then act like I'm the one who is wrong!! I hope I help someone else by leaving his review for bad business. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I understand mistakes, but to completely disregard a customer as if it was my fault shows exactly what type of character this salon has. All around great experience here. Took my mom for her birthday. It's clean. Slightly more upscale but still affordable. Had a wine with the pedi. Very friendly staff. Modern equipment. Would definitely return. read more

I would improve their scheduling, customer relations, and to fix a nail problem that she mentioned I had an appointment for eyebrows after my manicure I mentioned that I would would like to reschedule further appointments for gel pedicure and manicure The eyebrow treatment or rescheduling never happened I did call to try to resolve this, but have not gotten a response The owner (who did my pedicure and manicure) was complaining about losing business Now I can see why this happened Just a phone message or text would have maybe worked this out Never happened By the way, I hate when they talk in their language while working with me I' give great tops I cannot understand this at all read more

I have always loved this place! There's only one technician that sometimes Cna be inconsistent. The two owners are awesome! Don always takes care of my nails. However, the receptionist is not the best. She's not my nail tech so I don't mind having to deal with attitude for 10 minutes of my day if it means don does my nails. I've tried plenty of salons in the area and I drive 30 minutes just to get french ombré with him. The place has very nice pedicures but this place can be pricey for certain services. It's a very quiet salon so sometimes I can't make it but it will forever be my favorite! read more

This was my first time coming here and there was only one other lady getting her nails done. The staff was very unfriendly and rude towards me and my friend. The woman I had rushed through my nails as if there were tons of people waiting after us (there wasn't) and did a very sloppy job. There's nail polish on my fingers and my nails aren't even painted on the sides correctly. Never will be coming back. read more

I really am at a loss as for how many stars to rate this facility because the nail tech "Don" that did my daughters nails was great and she is very pleased with her nails, however Kelsey the receptionist is a completely different story. This was our first first to this salon, but we had heard great things from others who had used the facility previously. As we were new to this nail salon we didn't know that it was best to make an appointment, but no worries walk-ins were welcome. My daughter, her best friend and I walked in and they signed in both for fill-ins. Shortly after we walked in another woman without an appointment walked in and signed in for a full set followed by a lady with an appointment. The nail tech, Don took my daughter right away and we were advised by Kelsey to have a set and the next available tech would be with my daughters best friend. The woman who signed in AFTER us was questioning if she would have time to be seen today and stated that if she wasn't seen within 20-25 mins she would just come back tomorrow it was at this time the KELSEY said it wouldn't be a problem that it shouldn't me much longer. Now 35+ minutes into our wait with my daughters best friend at my side Don asked my daughter if it would be ok if someone else painted her nails as he was running late to get it son from school so she said it was ok. Needless to say someone came and polished my daughters nails and she was advised to sit under the nail light for the duration of the timer (15 mins). This is when our experience there went sideways quick! Kelsey, the receptionist, instructed the woman who came AFTER us that was getting a FULL SET to go in the back and have a seat. I was a little confused because my daughter and her friend went to get their nails done TOGETHER and now my daughter was COMPLETELY FINISHED and her friend HAD NOT EVEN STARTED!! When I asked the receptionist who would be doing my daughters friends nails she told me that the nail tech, who's name is unknown, would do them when he FINISHED THE OTHER LADIES NAILS....YES, the woman that came after us, that was getting more work was being seen PRIOR to the other person who came with us & my daughter was COMPLETELY DONE! I was and still am pissed! When I asked why?! Kelsey told me "well she needed to be started by a certain time"!! Excuse me?! Since when did walk-ins that generally come first come first served get skipped because someone who comes LATER W/O APPOINTMENT are on a time crunch! Why was her time more valuable than mine when I was there first!! I asked who the MOD was and was told it was "Caroline" so I asked to speak with her...SHE NEVER CAME! I heard Kelsey telling her the story, but Caroline never came to speak to me. At this point I was beyond pissed and walked outside to take a phone call. When I walked back in Caroline still never came to speak with me, but after a hour of being gone Don returned at which point I explained everything to him. He then apologized and went towards the back. Needless to say after spending almost 3 hrs at this salon we paid and left. We were not offered a discount or free design or anything for our inconvenience, just a simply "I'm sorry". Like I said DON, the nail tech, was awesome and did great nails. As for Kelsey & Caroline, I'm beyond pissed and think they are wrong and they are why I am writing this negative review. Very small salon. Quiet place but very relaxing. Got a paraffin spa pedicure as its was very relaxing. The guy wasn't very talkative which is the way I like it because I'm there to be pampered not talked to. Best part was they served me a glass of wine and the foot massage was amazing. I planned to get pedicures for me and mom. After 30min wait we were sent to the chair and my feet to be soaked. Many other people walked in after me and were taken care of. I was not very happy with my initial visit. I went there based on a recommendation from a family member. I went in to have eyebrows waxed and a pedi. I am accustomed to being asked before they start waxing how I would like them done. I prefer just a clean up and to keep the shape of my brows. I was not asked and she just went at it. Taking a little more than I would have preferred and making them a little too thin. Then I received the pedi, which was fine until the paint. I noticed immediately that it was not a completely smooth finish on all the nails, but did not complain. I went to the beach several hours after and some of the polish came off completely from the nails. I called and told them and they had me come back to redo. I wasn't really happy about this as I didn't want a second trip, but also didn't care for the way it looked only being a few hours old. I hoped it was the polish brand and decided to go with a different brand. I opted for OPI as I have used it before with no problems. I am a week out and the polish is at you would expect it to be. Maybe it was the brand of polish I initially chose or something else, I don't know. Regardless I probably won't go back to the same shop because at the least I feel the nail tech should have noticed the Rough paint job from the beginning and advised me To change. read more

I have gone here for 3 years. Never friendly but there is a guy there that does good work. So in there last year, the lady who i believe runs the place, screamed at my mother ad she did not have an appointment. The man that was doing my nails actually threw a temper tantrum because i like my nails short. Then the ladt time i was there the owner aforementioned actually took a beverage out of my hand saying " you bettet pay for a $35 pedicure before i give you a beverage". I usually tip $10 for a manicure but not that day and wrote her a pretty nasty note. I am handicap and to have anyone touch my legs causes severe pain. She then chase me to my handicap parking spot but must of realized her actions were terrifying to me ad she ran back to the store. Such a horrible place. I would never suggest to anyone. read more
