Best pedicure ever! Venetian Nail Spa offers every option under the sun on their detailed menu. I was treated to the collagen pedicure for my birthday. It was insane! Tom spent so much time giving me the most incredible massage - with scrub, with lotion, with hot stones, with paraffin wax, with candle wax, with hot towels, etc. It was absolutely incredible and my feet and calves ever never felt so energized after a pedicure. I was treated to wine and completed the whole thing with gel polish. I highly recommend Tom. My daughter got the citrus pedicure. It was a $10 upgrade from the classic pedicure. It was probably 2/3 the length of my very detailed pedicure, but it still had a sugar scrub, paraffin wax, hot towels, lotion, and massage. Jimmy did a wonderful job. Found my new spot. Excellent service. Had the citrus pedicure with Barron and it was awesome. I also had an acrylic fill and Barron paid attention to every detail. They have a very large selection of gel polishes to choose from. The most I've ever seen in any salon. My tech helped me choose by painting a swatch on his nail so I can get a more accurate picture of the color. I also didn't feel rushed when choosing a color, which seems to be common at other salons. I was offered refreshments twice. I had a Sprite during the pedi and a margarita slushie during the mani/fill. I was even offered a short break in between the pedicure and manicure. The salon is beautiful and very clean. The decor is elegant with a large chandelier and the salon is also very large with nice massage chairs. I had an overall perfect experience. read more

I don't know what happened to this place, used to be my favorite for being quick, affordable, and long lasting polish. I could be in and out within an hour, and amazing service. Now, good luck being done in under 3. They are none of those now, easily close to $100 for a regular polish mani pedi that will last two days at best! Last two times I've gone they rush you to pick a color, sit you down and give the bare minimum. They have no attention to detail and act inconvenienced if you tell them you need something changed or adjusted. Not to mention, they offer to use the "cheese grater" metal file, which is illegal! Very unsanitary and high risk for infection. There is definitely something fishy going on here, staff acts very odd. I'm really bummed I had to find a new spot as the One Daytona location was very convenient. I wish this place was like how it used to be! read more

If you go to this place, be prepared for constant upselling. They will try to charge you for extra services, even if you didn't ask for them, and make it seem like you are the one who doesn't understand. That seems to be the normal experience here. Communication is also not great. The staff does not speak English clearly, and they don't really make an effort to explain things or make you feel comfortable as a customer. Even though the place may look nice, it is not a relaxing or high-quality experience. The overall attitude feels unprofessional, and more like a low-end environment rather than a place where customers are treated with care and respect. I would not recommend this place. read more

Honestly, I was really excited about getting a scalp massage done today. I've gotten one before back home and this was probably the most horrible Scalp massages I've ever had. It honestly pains me to have to write such a negative Review because I'm also in the Service industry, but having voiced how I felt about the service and then still having to pay $160 was a little outrageous. And then being told that I could try out the other lady that does the same service next time...... crazy! Scalp massages are supposed to be relaxing and almost therapeutic. But this was more of a scraping and literally hitting kind of service. I also feel like my head shouldn't itch this much. The salon fit us in same day, and there are plenty of chairs. It appears clean and well-kept. Lots of colors to choose from. The pedicure went well, and was relaxing. I chose the citrus option which was $39 I think. It included callus removal, paraffin, hot stone massage, and hot towels. Paul did a nice job on my toes. If I'd only come in for a pedicure it would have been a 5-star experience. But my manicure was just bad. I don't like leaving reviews like this so I'll keep it brief: he shaped my natural nails all different - some are rounded, some are squared, one is not shaped at all; nicked the skin on my pinky while filing causing it to bleed; got so much gel polish on my skin around practically every single nail that it lifted and peeled before the end of the day, and when he tried to correct the already baked overflow on one of my thumbs he used the cuticle nippers and cut the skin at the tip of the finger itself, which was painful. Unfortunately I didn't realize the extent of how bad the gel polish application was until I got home. Since we are on vacation I don't want to spend more time in the salon getting my nails painted again, so I chose not to contact them about it and can't speak to what their remedy might have been. read more

My husband and I found this place on a whim. We just moved from Missouri and didn't have a lot of great pedicure places where we were from. We were able to walk in on a Thursday afternoon and we were seated right away for a pedicure. My technician was Tammy and she was super sweet. My husband and I forgot his techs name but she was also super nice. They offered us manicures and we got those as well. The entire experience was so nice. You walk in and the place is absolutely beautiful and so big as well! There was no rushing at all and it was very relaxed. We will be making the hour long drive again and frequently. read more

They are quick! I went here and got a fill on my nails. Not the best nails ive had, left a bit of paint on my skin and under my nails and some of the nails were filed a little weird and uneven. We had (2) older guys that did ours (we sat at the same time) The tall older guy did my moms, which started out SORT OF friendly. Once we said we didnt want anything but the classic option his attitude completely changed and was very RUDE. The man who did mine came over about 30 min later (my mom was basically done). Very unfriendly, rough, and would be snappy when telling me to move my feet. we were already a little fed up with the treatment but still had eyebrow waxing to do. after im done with the pedi i get my eyebrows done. where the lady INSULTS me multiple times. When i asked if she could tweeze some of the hairs left from the wax she said "no" over and over.... she waxed AND tweezed my moms. I took my granddaughter here in June 2, 2023 and I also, got a pedicure. My granddaughter's pedicure and full set were okay. Mine on the other hand was not good at all. I asked Paul to file and cut even my toe nails. He did a bad job. I paid 40.00 for this. I would not recommend Paul. I am very disappointed. 2 pedicures basic and one full set of acrylic with gel polish was 150.00 not including tip. Not worth the money. A nice place to look at, but services are lacking. read more

Great place - friendly service! I called ahead before walking in for a pedicure and they said to come on over. The place was fairly busy for 4:00 on a Tuesday - but there are plenty of pedicure and manicure stations to accommodate people and to socially distance. All the technicians were wearing masks, and when I checked in on the iPad I was asked to sign an acknowledgement RE Covid. I chose to wear my mask during the service (most people chose not to wear theirs). I elected the pomegranate citrus pedicure ($39) which comes with a fruit scrub, paraffin wax on feet, stone massage, and then polish. Super relaxing - highly recommend! The place itself is super cute a with a Venetian feel to it (chandelier, water fountain in one wall, columns and painted sky ceiling). Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area! read more

I really enjoyed the "spa-like" experience at Venetian. Everything was very well laid out and you immediately felt more relaxed entering the facility. It was clean and they took measures to ensure everything was thorough. However... despite how amazing and relaxed I felt here, my manicure and pedicure were sub-par to say the very least. I really do with I could give this place 3.5 stars - I feel like their approach to a great spa experience is worth more than the three. Perhaps I just had an artist who wasn't as talented when I was there? It also took me a very long time (and both my mani and pedi were basic, no frills like gel or acrylic). Not sure what it all was, but it showed in my end result, and for that reason I've decided to go back to basics and return to my former salon that can offer me less of a spoiling experience, but a consistently good mani/pedi. With all that said, I think I'll certainly go back to try again, especially when i need a nice and relaxing experience! read more

I took my husband for a short getaway in Daytona for his birthday. I wanted to pamper him a bit with a luxury pedicure. My husband is a vet, so years of combat boots and cheap socks did not do his feet well. Found this place and was able to make a same day appointment. I booked the most expensive pedi for him, and the 2nd most expensive for me- sorry I forgot the names of the pedis. It was an awesome experience! For a $55 dip "manicure" I expect the manicure portion. My cuticles were not cut (and no, using the drill to scuff the nail surface to prep for dip does not count), also no lotion (at any point) or massage. I paid $55 to get dip applied and that's all. Def will not return. read more
