It was total relaxation from the beginning! I was already hooked before Kate came to get me for my service. Once I got to the nail suite Kate explained the process and each tool and product being used. It was nice to learn and see proper technique being done. The space is intimate as there is one pedicure chair and one manicure station so you truly get the techs undivided attention.
