I feel like a professional nail technician should notice when the shape and tips are not straight and symmetrical. She did redo them, but unfortunately they still came out crooked. I also noticed that the other hand had white showing on the nails that was not corrected. Now I have to go back to my old salon and spend another $70 to have them fixed. I really wanted to love my nails, but unfortunately I left very disappointed. I expected better, especially after having them redone.

Bao, the owner, is super nice and always accommodating if I have to change my appointment time and date occasionally. He has also done my pedicure several times - great job! My regular nail tech is Calista and she is great! She does a wonderful job (gently!!! So important to me after having been to other salons and suffering abrasions on my feet from rough treatment!!). My nail tech Etianee was on point. I felt like I was talking to my favorite bar tender yet she never lost focus of doing a meticulously perfect job. The first picture is what I wanted but not as pointy the second picture I just had for an idea for one of the nails didn't have to be exact third and forth picture is what I got! I thought the stickers were going to be like what I showed him not white!
