You can tell that they keep up with today's nail trends and really do their best to give you the nails you are wanting. My nail tech was Mia and I loved how she took the time to make sure the shape of the nails were perfect. Not to mention she was so friendly. I glimpsed over at the other nail techs and they all did a really good job on other clients nails. I definitely recommend this place! It's been over a year now trying to find a nail salon and I've come out of them disappointed, so I'm glad I decided to try this one out

I called ahead on Saturday and was told they would have availability in 20 minutes but after…read morearriving, I still had to wait an additional 30 minutes before my pedicure even started. Unfortunately, the service only went downhill from there. The technician applied the polish so thick on my toenails that it was clumped up badly. When I pointed it out, she removed it only to then apply more thick coats the same way. I explained that it would never dry like that, and I ended up telling her to just remove the polish completely. I left without polished toenails after paying for a pedicure. Before getting my nails done, I showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted. She said "okay," but the final result looked nothing like the photo I showed her. This was my second time giving this salon a chance because I was also disappointed the first time. Unfortunately, this visit was just as disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money. I will not be returning and would recommend finding a different nail salon. The second photo is what I asked for and the first photo is what I got.

I had to wait for some individuals to come in because of the time I booked, which wasn't an issue for me. But the weight was worthwhile. I got one of the best pedicures I've ever received. The woman that I got put with was incredible. I then had her give me a really awesome head spa (my first). I would love to come back again. The place is very clean neat and it was packed. According to the woman I was with that is a bit unusual however, on the weekends, they do get busy. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

So I said ok that's fine we can just to do coffin the other man that was there came to do coffin and he fixed the nail to "coffin" and he showed me and I told him this still isn't coffin and asked him to just take my nails off and I would get them done somewhere else he refused and said it would look better once he got done. He finished and I still didn't like them but I told myself I could live with it so I went to go dry my nails and 5 minutes later he told me I was good to go so I left and they left too because they were closed at this point. Immediately after I left I noticed my nails were no where near dry. I told my friend that I'd just come back the next day and just ask them to take them off so that is exactly what I did I went in and ask politely " As soon as I left yesterday my nails got messed up because they weren't dry and this is not what I asked for at all can we please just take them off" He continued to tell me that it was my fault my nails were messed up because I chose to do regular polish instead of gel and that he would charge me $10 to take the nails off the nails that he and the lady messed up on!!! I didn't even ask for my money back I just wanted these ugly ass nails OFF. These people are HORRIBLE at doing nails and don't even know how to properly do nails I'm surprised they are still in business...if you want cheap ugly nails and an owner that doesn't listen and argues with you this is the place to go!!!

When you work in customer service, the one thing that you always strive to do is to be kind to your…read morecustomers. My mother and I went to Lotus Nails to get a pedicure and have our nails done. We got our pedicures, and I went over to get gel X for my hands. The lady that will do my nails comes over and looks at my hand, LAUGHED and says you pick at your nails huh? Mind you, I had physics and biochemistry exams in the past week that made me very anxious, and unfortunately I ended up picking at my skin. Then she sits down and asks me the color that I want, and I tell her exactly the one I picked out with the exact number, and she scoffs and tells me that we have so many of those, and I was like, okay, and showed her the exact one. Then she asked me what shape, and I showed her a picture and described it, and she laughed again; she mumbled under her breath and laughed. Then I showed her another photo of what I wanted, and she laughed yet again and started doing my nails. Genuinely, I was in shock; I started tearing up because what in the world prompts you to laugh in your customer's face multiple times. Then I ask her to make my nails a little bit shorter because they were too long, yet again, she scoffed in my face and then proceeded to make them shorter. Then, after my nails were almost done and she was putting on the final top coat, my mom came over and showed me her nails (we got the same color), and the lady asked her to see it, and again SHE LAUGHED in front of my mother and me. Then my mom left, and the lady told me that she thinks it doesn't look good, like, okay??? Then, after she was done with my nails, I went to look at them, and EVERY SINGLE NAIL is a different size compared to my other hand. At this point, I did not want to interact with this lady anymore because she was so incredibly rude to both my mother and me for no reason. One thing that Lotus Nails should take from this, especially the lady who did our nails, is to be kind to one another; you never know what's going on in someone's life, you don't know what someone is going through, and a fun day spent with my mom turned really grey because of your employee. Please do better, I am very disappointed. You should never make a customer feel bad about anything they ask for when they are paying $150+ for services and being nice. I only hope that, in the future, this lady learns to be nicer to the people around her and learns and grows to be a better person. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to a place that made me and my mom feel so unwelcome!
