I have been coming to the Ormond Beach European Wax Center for about 3 years now. Damaris has been providing me with great service for my Brazilian P and other areas of waxing every 4 weeks. She is always professional with great customer service. read more

Went again this week had eye brow tint and waxing So professional excellent job. Very Happy with their services read more

The services are great. Waxers are very nice, however mgmt. team/customer service really, really, really sucks!!! If it wasn't for my wax passes being already paid for, I'd stop going to EWC altogether!!! I tried to return a completely unused product to do, so I could afford the tip on my service and I'm told no I can't do that. So, what am I supposed to do?! I'm flat broke bc of the cost of the product, and it's so not fair that I have to leave the center w/o leaving a damn tip for my waver!!! Ta boot, they've got my product in limbo in their center trying to figure out what to do when mgmt. is off today!!! Sooo dissatisfied for the LAST time!!! read more

The manager at this location is very unprofessional and an unkempt slob. They are very disrespectful of our time. I arrived, on time, for my appointment. When I arrived, I wasn't informed that there would be at least a 30 minute delay and subsequent wait. When I realized there was going to be a long delay, I said to the manager, it would have been nice for you to tell me about the long wait. I also overheard them fitting in the person in front of me who was a walk in, which is ridiculous. Why should I have to wait because someone walks in and gets to go before me? I made an appointment and drove a ways to get there on time to be respectful of their time. Once I started to complain, the manager essentially kicked me out of the store. I will never go back, and think the unprofessional manager should be fired. Hopefully, the owners of the store will watch the video from this encounter. read more

I don't recommend this place at all. The lady doing my Brazilian basically took out half of the hair. She knew I was traveling so clearly decided not to worry about such a customer. read more

Thought I'd try again. After all. 8 months is a lot. Just so everyone knows, They aren't still horrible. My brows are uneven and different shapes. They wouldn't even refund me for today. Plus. The girl left dried wax in my hair! I had to ask multiple times for her to even remove it Do not come here. read more

I came to see Katie after another place messed up my wax. She made sure I was educated on the proper way things should have been done and she also taught me certain things to look out for as far as sanitation goes. She made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. I highly recommend her she is amazing. Go see Katie for all your waxing needs read more

Tiffany is the best! I've had so many Brazilians in my day (every four weeks for the past 8 years, so you do the math) and they've ranged from completely painless to brutal. Tiffany is calm, confidant, proficient, and easy to talk/distract yourself with, but the best part is you don't really need the last part since she's so good at what she does. She's fast, thorough, and relatively painless. The check in part was a breeze too; they practice social distancing, everyone was wearing masks and they take your temperature before going back. If you've been on the fence about getting back to bathing suit ready--don't hesitate! Just don't take all the appointments with her ;) read more

Katie was amazing!!! It was my first time getting a brazilian and she made me feel extremely comfortable. Would definitely go back just for her. read more

Great experience today getting a full-leg wax. Embarrassing to say but, I literally hadn't shaved or waxed since the first week of 2020 and my legs were HORRENDOUS (think Chewbacca)!! Angela did a great job and really made me feel comfortable as I was very self conscious about the forest that was growing on my legs. Looking forward to going back in a couple of days to get my arms waxed as well. Also, I bought an exfoliador that I can't wait to try! read more

Have been a client of this location for nine months after moving from NYC. Kimyla is a very skilled technician. The waxing is quick and nearly painless, and she is meticulous. Highly recommend her! read more

If you come to this location, you have to book with TYE! She is so personable, making the experience less intimidating, in a sense. And she is very good at what she does. I live about 30 mins away and justify the drive because she is just that good. Thank you Tye! read more

Checked in at 1055a for an 1115a, now it's 1119a...still not called in - You knew I was here early and I know for a fact the staff can text back. Or even text "hey sorry we're about 10 minutes behind..." Etc.... 1121a and still not texted in, this place is just going downhill over the years I've been a client and my regular wax specialist isn't even here anymore. read more

I normally go to an Asian nail salon to get my eyebrows done, but i recently moved to Daytona and wanted to try a nicer place. The wax center in Ormond is so nice and clean! I recommend Carina for a wax! She's quick and makes me look good!!! Although it's more than what i pay, it's worth it! They fill in your brows after every session. Also your first wax is free! And if you Bring your receipt to the second appointment you get five dollars off!! Love this place!!! read more

Had a wonderful experience. Was a little nervous at first since i have never been waxed before but damaris took great care of me. Making me comfortable and was talking to me the whole time to make sure i was okay while in the waxing process. I had a full leg service, Brazilian and armpit wax done. After she took me up front to get some amazing products to help with ingrown hairs . I will 100% come back for another waxing just because of damaris !! read more

I've been coming here for about a year now and basically have had every girl that works there wax me. I never really care who waxes me as every one of them are amazing and well trained. Today however I had Lucy. I don't think I could ever go to anyone else besides her now. She's gentle, efficient and incredibly sweet. She understood my skin type and recommended products based on my skin type, gave me suggestions on makeup for my brows etc. I highly recommend her- and any other girl here. read more

Easy review: The Good: **OMG THE WAX is so amazingly awesome for my super sensitive skin. No redness or irritation whatsoever & I've never been able to say that!!!! -Eyebrows were free for first timing it & an additional promotion for ears or nose as well. I picked nose being a guy lol. I picked nose...get it?! Ok ok not that funny. -Super nice front desk staff & the place was clean like a doctors office. -Knowledgeable staff & they take all the extra steps that other places seem to skip. They measure, trim & fill in your brows lightly for a natural look. -Did I mention that the wax they use is not only painless or irritating whatsoever???! Ok just checking! The Bad: ** Ok so I have only one & to be honest,it really doesn't bother me. It's $18 for brows which is the most I've ever paid or will end up paying on my next visit lol but no lie,It's worth it. My last place was good for $12 but for $6,there's a huge difference in comparison! **SUMMARY**= Happy Happy!! That is all my friends.I hope you get a chance to go & end up with the same feeling but either way,ENJOY!! read more

European Wax Center - I forgot to post a picture yesterday(1-5-17)!I have some hairy eyebrows but this is the best they've looked! - Skin Care Near Me - Ormond Beach, Florida

Tiffany is AMAZING. I get a Brazilian every 4 weeks and my boys and I get our eyebrows done regularly. I can only say wonderful things. Very meticulous painless and professional. I've been many places but for the last 4 years I've been so pleased. I won't be going anywhere else read more

I've been to this place three times now. Each time I've scheduled for a cheek and upper lip wax. The first two times, the waxer took skin off of my face along with hair. It was minimal and I understand that it can happen so I let it go. In my most recent experience, I arrived 5 minutes early and was looking forward to just letting the waxer know that there had been some lift issues in the last two sessions. However, after listening to reception staff describe the late policy (customers are given a 9 minute grace period to arrive for their service and if they do not arrive, the appointment is rescheduled) to another woman who arrived after and was seen before me (I had not scheduled with any particular waxer), I was told 10 minutes AFTER my appointment time that it was going to be a few more minutes before I would be seen. I watched the entire waiting room empty before I was told that my waxer was running behind. I will not be returning. read more

Tiffany was amazing! Kind, friendly, and extremely thorough. GSA (sorry didn't catch her name) was very accommodating as well! Great EWC location. read more

They're rude & unprofessional! Don't waste your time! Go somewhere else! The quality is ok, the customer service is HORRIBLE! And they're WAY OVERPRICED! read more

This is the best place to get a bikini /brazilian wax in Daytona area .. in terms of price and experience of staff. The prices , if you buy a package are very reasonable. I like their skin products for exfoliation too. Ive been with many technicians because my availability on when I can come is very restricted.... so I have to take who is available. I can honestly say I ve enjoyed every one of them. Very nice and professional. Very quick to apply pressure when waxing.. which any veteran can tell you.. pressure is very important once the wax is pulled off. They make it as comfortable as possible. Only 4 stars because this is a busy place and they do turn rooms over quickly. Technician stays in while you undress below, technician gets right to it, ... no tweezing or exfoliating strays... . they purely do WAX. read more

I'm a huge fan. Their waxing process is quick and as pain-free as possible, plus they're SUPER clean. I'm so grateful for all the precautions they're taking during this pandemic to ensure that both their staff and their customers are staying safe. I'll definitely be going back! read more

Super clean, friendly and quick! All of the staff is really nice and the products REALLY work, I highly recommend this place for any of your hair removal needs! read more

I completely understand Covid precautions, I am an advocate for them but what I don't appreciate is being left outside in the dark and rain which the receptionist did the first time I met her. 2nd time I didn't bring my phone, my text for appointment did not say that you had to bring phone, well the receptionist Alexa got very hostile, unpleasant and scolds you instead of speaking with a positive attitude, this is supposed to be a relaxed enjoyable experience. I asked Alexa if I can just enjoy my appointment and have someone else speak with me, someone more pleasant, It's unfortunate they allow people to behave this way. I hear this location is privately owned so imagine this is why. I have been coming here for years and never had an issue. Have always been treated very kind and laid back as it out to be when going to treat your to some TLC procedure, it was horrible. Even though I didn't feel in the wrong the first incident, I apologized but obviously it only added feel to her fire. Very unprofessional read more

No trip to Daytona bike week would be complete without a trip to here ! Not only are they affordable (47 for a full Brazilian???) but the wax is significantly less painful. They explain every step of the way. Candice is awesome - request this super professional waxer with a great demeanor. I wait it out and come here - it's my first stop before getting dolled up for Main Street antics ! This particular center is a step above some of the other FL ones - much more personable and convenient to access. read more

I would highly recommend this center. The hard wax system was relatively painless and Candace and the other staff were very professional.

Excellent Brazilian by Victoria and affordable too. I will be coming back!

I went in for a first time visit and had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them to anyone. My wax was done by Candace and she did a fantastic job. read more

I was very pleased with how my brow wax came out. I went today and saw Candy, who was very professional and nice, and was surprised at how thorough she was with my brows. She asked what I wanted to do with them(grow them more etc), gave a very good consultation, and she proceeded to trim them and shaped them just like I had asked her to. I will definitely be going back in the future! read more

Yesterday was my first visit to the European Wax Center and I have finally found a home. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about the products and services. It was a very comfortable environment and Katie was amazing. The service was virtually pain free and thorough. I hadn't had a wax in a while and was looking to get into a good routine. Katie helped coach me through a plan fit for me. The prices can't be beat. Thanks, European Wax Center, for a great experience. See you soon! read more

This is an update to an earlier review. I received a very nice message from the manager; Christina. It seems my concerns will be addressed. Good to know as I have always had excellent service from all of the wax technicians and found the hours to be very convenient as well. Thank you for your prompt response. I'll be back in soon :) read more

I was visiting my family in Daytona Beach last weekend and decided to go get a Brazilian and under arm wax. 1st the receptionists were AMAZING super friendly and professional. 2nd the place was clean and organized. 3rd and most important my waxer..........STEPHANIE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! It had been a while since my last wax and I do mean a while. Stephanie was so thorough and meticulous there was hardly any missed hairs. I live in Miami and I am seriously considering driving up there every 4weeks to get waxed by her. She makes you super comfortable and super clean I literally "struted out" the salon. I recommend Stephanie 100% I have told everyone about her. She is there Tues Wed Thurs and Sun. Go make your appointment with her I guarantee you will be more than pleased with her. read more

Victoria really ruined my eyebrows, they're nowhere close to being even and haven't grown back still.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The girl who did my waxing did a horrible job. There were lots of places she completely missed and I had stubble by the next day. I've had waxing done before and this was definitely a poorly done job. They had a promotion that said free wax on 1st visit for new clients but of course that was just to get you in the door. It was actually half price which could explain the poor quality, I'd hate to see how bad it would have been if it was free read more
